Cette compagnie est aujourd&rsquo;hui un acteur leader du voyage court et moyen courrier, leader en terme de r\u00e9seau en Europe et la deuxi\u00e8me compagnie en France. La strat\u00e9gie choisie par Easyjet \u00e9tait radicalement innovante \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait une v\u00e9ritable rupture, bas\u00e9e sur un service \u00e0 la carte, oppos\u00e9 au tout inclus. Le digital est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel compris dans sa strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;innovation. Afin d&rsquo;en savoir un peu, \u00a0nous avons convi\u00e9\u00a0<span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/anne-marie-goldenberg-crisco-8402101\">Anne-Marie Goldenberg<\/span>, responsable du marketing et de la communication pour la France afin de mieux comprendre le fonctionnement de l&rsquo;innovation\u00a0chez l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur a\u00e9rien britannique.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Le digital, facteur important de la rupture d&rsquo;innovation<\/h2>\n<p>Que de chemin parcouru par cette petite compagnie, lanc\u00e9e par le g\u00e9nial <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Stelios_Haji-Ioannou\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Stelios Haji-ioannou<\/a>, le grand entrepreneur Chypriote et britannique, fils d&rsquo;une grande famille d&rsquo;armateurs grecs.\u00a0Au point que la petite compagnie ne l&rsquo;est plus du tout, et qu&rsquo;elle est m\u00eame devenue un leader europ\u00e9en incontest\u00e9. Il suffit de se rendre \u00e0 CDG, le hub d&rsquo;Air France et de voir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.france24.com\/en\/20141003-business-easy-jet-increased-profit-air-france-pilots-strike-uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ces rang\u00e9es ininterrompues de portes d&#8217;embarquement aux couleurs de la compagnie britannique<\/a> pour s&rsquo;en rendre compte. Il est loin le temps o\u00f9 Easyjet \u00e9tait rel\u00e9gu\u00e9e au fin fond du petit a\u00e9roport d&rsquo;Orly. La compagnie a d\u00e9sormais pignon sur rue et tout cela, elle le doit \u00e0 la r\u00e9invention d&rsquo;un secteur. Le digital a jou\u00e9 d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part un r\u00f4le fondamental dans le succ\u00e8s de la compagnie low-cost, en permettant de sublimer\u00a0l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client, sur la base d&rsquo;un service personnalis\u00e9. 20 ans plus tard, cette transformation digitale avant l\u2019heure d\u2019un secteur traditionnel a transform\u00e9 un low-cost en leader, car Easyjet est la deuxi\u00e8me compagnie a\u00e9rienne en France aujourd\u2019hui, alors qu\u2019elle n\u2019est pr\u00e9sente que sur les moyens et courts courriers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Easyjet, en 20 ans \u00e0 peine, a survol\u00e9 le monde du transport a\u00e9rien gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019innovation digitale<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les enjeux de la compagnie en terme d&rsquo;innovation sont de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des voyageurs, en rendant le plus simple possible le fait de voyager. Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cela, l&rsquo;application mobile joue un r\u00f4le important. Elle poss\u00e8de une vraie reconnaissance sur le march\u00e9. En effet, cette application mobile a \u00e9t\u00e9 t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9 plus de 2 millions de fois en France et elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 prim\u00e9 au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mobileworldcongress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mobile World Congress<\/a> en 2015 en tant qu&rsquo;application la plus performante et rapide du march\u00e9. Pour devenir si importante, cette application poss\u00e8de donc divers atouts. Elle permet de pr\u00e9parer totalement son voyage avec simplicit\u00e9 : on peut ainsi choisir et obtenir son billet en moins d&rsquo;une minute, et depuis peu, on peut \u00e9galement payer au travers du service de paiement en ligne <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apple.com\/fr\/apple-pay\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ApplePay<\/a>. Cette application est essentielle, car le mobile est devenu le compagnon de voyage du passager, qui ne s\u2019en s\u00e9pare jamais. Les r\u00e9servations sur mobile ont \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9es par deux depuis le lancement de cette application. Pour faciliter la vie du voyageur, l\u2019appli mobile permet\u00a0de guider le voyageur jusque sa porte d&#8217;embarquement ou l\u2019aide \u00e0 retrouver ses bagages \u00e9gar\u00e9s. Ces diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments facilitent consid\u00e9rablement la vie des passagers, en les rendant autonomes (ce qui permet ainsi de baisser les co\u00fbts).<\/p>\n<h2><!--more-->Mesurer la satisfaction client<\/h2>\n<p>Easyjet n\u2019en reste pas l\u00e0. La compagnie effectue des mesures de la satisfaction client tous les mois afin de savoir si l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client est \u00e0 la hauteur de ses esp\u00e9rances et connaitre ainsi les diff\u00e9rents points \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer.
