Aujourd&rsquo;hui, ce n&rsquo;est plus si absurde ; je vous explique. Vous \u00eates s\u00fbrement d\u00e9j\u00e0 tomb\u00e9s sur <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2016\/06\/transformation-digitale-de-vos-prochaines-vacances\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">un article \u00e0 propos de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle, ou la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e, et leurs diff\u00e9rentes applications<\/a>. Mais gr\u00e2ce aux visites virtuelles, on peut se balader dans l&rsquo;appartement, regarder la vue sur la terrasse, et changer la couleur des murs. <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20181005012804\/https:\/\/www.habiteo.com\/france\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Habiteo m&rsquo;a invit\u00e9e dans leur &lsquo;truck&rsquo; pour d\u00e9couvrir la fusion technologie-immobilier. <\/a>Cette derni\u00e8re m&rsquo;a permis\u00a0de visiter un appartement dans le Sud de la France tout en \u00e9tant dans les rues du 9\u00e8me arrondissement de Paris.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>L&rsquo;immobilier, un secteur m\u00fbr<\/h2>\n<p>Comme beaucoup d&rsquo;autres industries, l&rsquo;immobilier est touch\u00e9 par la transformation digitale. Un acheteur potentiel n&rsquo;a pas toujours le temps de se rendre dans une agence. La premi\u00e8re est assez \u00e9vidente ; un acheteur potentiel essaye de rassembler le plus d&rsquo;information. Sa\u00a0source d&rsquo;information pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e : Internet bien s\u00fbr. Il y a trois ans, je cherchais un appartement \u00e0 Manchester au Royaume-Uni. J&rsquo;ai navigu\u00e9 sur tous les sites et les annonces d&rsquo;immobilier, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 trouver l&rsquo;appartement id\u00e9al. J&rsquo;ai lou\u00e9 mon appartement en Angleterre tout en \u00e9tant dans mon canap\u00e9 \u00e0 Beyrouth gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la visite virtuelle et \u00e0 Google Maps. Je savais exactement \u00e0 combien de minutes se trouvait l&rsquo;\u00e9picerie, la banque, l&rsquo;\u00e9cole et la salle de sport. Je connaissais les quartiers r\u00e9sidentiels et ceux qui \u00e9taient plus industriels. J&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 toutes mes questions.<\/p>\n<h2>Profiter de la disruption<\/h2>\n<p><!--more-->Vendre une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 sur plan\u00a0est un grand challenge, m\u00eame pour les plus\u00a0cr\u00e9atifs. Encore une fois, Internet apporte une opportunit\u00e9 en or. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, l&rsquo;acheteur n&rsquo;a pas le temps de se rendre dans une agence. Sa demande se r\u00e9sume en trois mots : flexibilit\u00e9, accessibilit\u00e9 et rapidit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/jeanne-massa-672aa319\">Jeanne Massa<\/span>, une des co-fondatrices d&rsquo;Habiteo a pris le temps de m&rsquo;expliquer leur concept. La mod\u00e9lisation en 3D est l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment principal qui leur permet d&rsquo;inviter le client potentiel \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s en construction. Cette repr\u00e9sentation en 3D suit au d\u00e9tail les plans de l&rsquo;architecte.<\/p>\n<h2>Acheter une maison en ligne, est-ce possible?<\/h2>\n<p>Se balader (virtuellement) dans l&rsquo;appartement de nos r\u00eaves et regarder la carte interactive pourrait rassurer certains. Ce ne sont pas seulement les visites qui sont digitalis\u00e9es, mais aussi toute la proc\u00e9dure administrative. La solution innovative d&rsquo;Habiteo permet d&rsquo;avoir des process plus simples et plus courts. Normalement, il faut 7 ou 8 rendez-vous avant de clore un deal dans l&rsquo;industrie de l&rsquo;immobilier. Maintenant, il n&rsquo;en faut que 3 ou 4.<\/p>\n<p>Personnellement, je trouve que la transformation digitale de l&rsquo;industrie de l&rsquo;immobilier est tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante pour trois raisons principales.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;abord, le client a beaucoup plus de flexibilit\u00e9. C&rsquo;est aussi le facteur qui fait qu&rsquo;un agent immobilier soit\u00a0plus fiable qu&rsquo;un autre.<\/p>\n<p>Dernier point, mais non le moindre, la satisfaction. Lorsque l&rsquo;on regarde un plan d&rsquo;appartement, on tente d&rsquo;imaginer le &lsquo;produit&rsquo; final. Malheureusement, on est parfois d\u00e9\u00e7us.
