Dans cet article, nous allons vous expliquer ce qu\u2019est exactement le storytelling et comment il peut vous aider \u00e0 booster vos ventes.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u2019est-ce que le storytelling\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Le storytelling est avant tout un art\u00a0! Il s\u2019agit de l\u2019art de raconter des histoires et on le traduit le plus souvent en fran\u00e7ais par communication narrative. Toutefois, l\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas ici de faire plaisir aux enfants ou de les distraire. On les utilise pour passer un message pr\u00e9cis, mais d\u2019une tout autre mani\u00e8re. Il permet tout d\u2019abord de se d\u00e9tacher des pratiques courantes qui r\u00e9duisent les produits qu\u2019\u00e0 leurs simples caract\u00e9ristiques techniques, lesquelles sont le plus souvent d\u00e9pourvues de toute originalit\u00e9. Ici, le but est de les rendre plus attrayants en racontant aux acheteurs leur histoire et leur parcours.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Les diff\u00e9rents types de storytelling<\/h2>\n<p>Il existe diff\u00e9rents types de storytelling selon le produit que l\u2019on souhaite mettre en avant, mais aussi en fonction des envies et besoins du vendeur. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, vous aurez notamment le choix entre 4 principaux types de storytelling\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Une m\u00e9taphore\u00a0:<\/strong> un storytelling de ce genre permet de se passer de l\u2019aspect trop technique du produit et de cr\u00e9er par cons\u00e9quent de l\u2019\u00e9motion chez les acheteurs. Ce qui permettra de les pousser \u00e0 s\u2019int\u00e9resser encore plus au produit plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 un autre qui dispose des m\u00eames sp\u00e9cifications techniques.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le t\u00e9moignage d\u2019un client\u00a0:<\/strong> cela peut aussi constituer un \u00e9norme atout pour un produit, surtout si l\u2019avis est positif. Le t\u00e9moignage d\u2019un client peut en effet inciter d\u2019autres \u00e0 passer \u00e0 l\u2019action et acheter le produit en question.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Une anecdote sur le produit ou sur l\u2019entreprise\u00a0:<\/strong> il n\u2019y a rien de plus int\u00e9ressant et divertissant que d\u2019entendre une anecdote sur un produit ou sur l\u2019entreprise qui l\u2019a con\u00e7u.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La success-story : <\/strong>l\u2019histoire du succ\u00e8s de vos produits peut \u00e9galement susciter les acheteurs \u00e0 s\u2019en procurer. Vous pouvez par exemple parler de m\u00e9dailles qu\u2019ils ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 obtenues et les parcours qu\u2019ils ont suivis pour cela.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bref,\u00a0ce sont l\u00e0 les principaux types de storytelling. Toutefois, il existe aussi d\u2019autres, mais ils sont moins utilis\u00e9s. On citera \u00e0 titre d\u2019exemple la biographie du fondateur, la s\u00e9rendipit\u00e9 et l\u2019histoire tremplin.<\/p>\n<h2>Le storytelling par Apple\u00a0: un cas d\u2019\u00e9cole<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Steve_Jobs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Steve Jobs<\/a> peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui comme un des ma\u00eetres du storytelling appliqu\u00e9 au marketing. En 1984 d\u00e9j\u00e0, il pr\u00e9sente <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Macintosh_128K\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">le premier Macintosh<\/a> comme un nouvel h\u00e9ros se dressant face \u00e0 l&rsquo;ennemi public n\u00b01 de l\u2019\u00e9poque\u00a0: IBM.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous sommes \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent en 1984 [Steve Jobs parle soudainement lentement et assombrit sa voix]. IBM semble tout vouloir contr\u00f4ler. Apple est le seul espoir&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Il pr\u00e9sente son ordinateur \u00e0 l&rsquo;audience comme une r\u00e9ponse du Bien face au Mal, une combinaison irr\u00e9sistible en storytelling.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;introduction de <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/IPod\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l\u2019iPod en 2001<\/a> puis de <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/IPhone\">l\u2019iPhone en 2007<\/a> ne d\u00e9roge pas \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle. Son Keynote (pr\u00e9sentation PowerPoint d\u2019Apple) du <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/t4OEsI0Sc_s\">tout premier iPhone est un cas d&rsquo;\u00e9cole<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Steve cr\u00e9e un suspense insoutenable d\u00e8s l&rsquo;ouverture de la conf\u00e9rence. Notons qu&rsquo;il ne prend jamais pour acquis le statut d&rsquo;Apple, et respecte co\u00fbte que co\u00fbte les r\u00e8gles d&rsquo;un bon storytelling. Rappelant les diff\u00e9rentes success stories d&rsquo;Apple (Mac et iPod), Jobs fait comprendre \u00e0 l&rsquo;audience qu&rsquo;ils sont sur le point d\u2019assister \u00e0 une 3\u00e8me r\u00e9volution technologique.<\/p>\n<p>Pour parler des autres smartphones du march\u00e9, Jobs utilise les termes de \u00ab\u00a0suspect\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0coupable\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0probl\u00e8me\u00a0\u00bb. Puis il qualifie l\u2019iPhone de r\u00e9volution. Un coup classique de Steve : il oppose encore une fois le probl\u00e8me (le M\u00e9chant) \u00e0 la solution (le H\u00e9ros).<\/p>\n<p>Steve Jobs comprenait l&rsquo;art de la dramaturgie, et c&rsquo;est la raison pour laquelle ses lancements de produits \u00e9taient toujours spectaculaires. Voici quelques conseils qui pourront vous aider \u00e0 mieux d\u00e9buter et \u00e0 booster rapidement vos ventes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bien soigner son discours\u00a0: <\/strong>bien qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019une histoire, il ne faudra toutefois pas trop inventer. Il est important d\u2019apporter un brin de rationalit\u00e9 dans son discours afin qu\u2019il soit plus cr\u00e9dible.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Apporter de l\u2019originalit\u00e9 et de la personnalisation\u00a0: <\/strong>comme vous le savez d\u00e9j\u00e0, tel est le but supr\u00eame du storytelling. Dans votre histoire, essayez donc d\u2019\u00eatre le plus original possible. Vous devez cr\u00e9er une identit\u00e9 propre \u00e0 votre marque et la r\u00e9pandre \u00e0 travers vos discours.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 utiliser des images\u00a0: <\/strong>les images deviennent de nos jours de supports de communication tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9s en webmarketing. Ils attirent plus les internautes et permettent de transmettre ses messages plus facilement.
