Je ne regrette pas de l&rsquo;avoir fait car j&rsquo;ai appris \u00e0 conna\u00eetre une start-up qu&rsquo;on peut qualifier d&rsquo;\u00e9toile filante et qui m&rsquo;a impressionn\u00e9 aussi bien sur le fond que la forme. Cette interview de David nous a ainsi permis de nous familiariser avec cette forme intelligente de communication, qui joue aussi bien sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 traditionnel que digital, et qui permet \u00e0 des monstres comme TF1 ou RTL d&rsquo;appr\u00e9hender le monde des start-ups. En retour, cette m\u00e9thode donne la possibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 ces start-ups de gagner en visibilit\u00e9 au travers de la force de frappe publicitaire des m\u00e9dias de masse, dont on verra qu\u2019il ne faut pas minimiser la puissance. En la pr\u00e9parant David laissa tomber quelques chiffres : \u00ab\u00a0nous avons lev\u00e9 35 millions d&rsquo;euros\u00a0\u00bb alors que, poursuit-il, \u00ab\u00a0nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s il y a 1 an et demi\u00a0\u00bb. J&rsquo;ai laiss\u00e9 tomber mon stylo \u00e0 ce moment l\u00e0 et je ne dois pas cacher le fait que j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 impressionn\u00e9.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 impressionn\u00e9 mais pas seulement par les chiffres. Par la simplicit\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois du <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20151209195224\/http:\/\/www.cornerjob.com:80\/?\">dirigeant de la start-up<\/a> et la fa\u00e7on dont il a expliqu\u00e9 son innovation qui \u00e0 mon avis servira \u00e0 un prochain cours que je donnerai sur l&rsquo;innovation \u00e0 Paris en d\u00e9but 2017. Cette remarque pourrait d\u2019ailleurs \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9rique, car les entrepreneurs \u00e0 succ\u00e8s sont souvent aussi les plus modestes et les plus abordables (peut-\u00eatre car pour \u00eatre un bon entrepreneur, il faut aussi savoir bien \u00e9couter).<\/p>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 du <strong>media for equity<\/strong> en Europe et ses acteurs majeurs. 8-10 investissements en France dont Cornerjob (<a href=\"http:\/\/business.lesechos.fr\/entrepreneurs\/financer-sa-creation\/0203080488101-le-media-for-equity-une-autre-voie-pour-le-financement-des-start-up-55997.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">source les \u00e9chos<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h3><strong>7 le\u00e7ons d\u2019innovation selon Cornerjob<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"float: right;\" title=\"NewImage.png\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/NewImage.png\" alt=\"NewImage\" width=\"599\" height=\"414\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Premi\u00e8re le\u00e7on<\/strong>, <strong>prendre le march\u00e9 \u00e0 contrepied<\/strong>. alors que tout le monde se focalise sur les cols blancs, Cornerjob s&rsquo;est focalis\u00e9 sur les cols bleus (voir l\u2019exemple sur la droite). Et pour cause. Ils repr\u00e9senteraient selon <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/rodriguezdavid\">David Rodriguez<\/span> 80% des demandeurs d&#8217;emplois. \u00ab\u00a0Rentrez dans une agence de travail temporaire\u00a0\u00bb m&rsquo;a-t-il confi\u00e9 en substance, et \u00ab\u00a0vous trouverez surtout des demandes pour des soudeurs et des fraiseurs\u00a0\u00bb. C&rsquo;est un comble mais le manque de comp\u00e9tences dans ces domaines est criant et la demande pl\u00e9thorique.<\/p>\n<p>Il suffisait donc d&rsquo;y penser, et c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que se niche l&rsquo;innovation, regarder ce que le monde entier a abandonn\u00e9 et adapter le mod\u00e8le \u00e0 la population en question. En fin de compte, cela a abouti \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de 100 000 emplois qui certes, selon l\u2019aveu-m\u00eame de David, ne sont pas de nouveaux emplois cr\u00e9\u00e9s de nulle part, mais qui peuvent n\u00e9anmoins compter comme autant d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s de mises en relation entre employeurs et futurs employ\u00e9s. De quoi donner un bon coup de main \u00e0 P\u00f4le Emploi je suppose.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deuxi\u00e8me le\u00e7on d\u2019innovation, ne pas avoir de pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s contre les bonnes id\u00e9es<\/strong>: c\u2019est le cas du media for equity. M\u00eame une start-up du monde de l\u2019Internet peut avoir besoin des m\u00e9dias traditionnels, pour b\u00e2tir une marque et une notori\u00e9t\u00e9 notamment. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019a fait Cornerjob. Il faut savoir m\u00e9langer les diff\u00e9rents types de promotion : bouche \u00e0 oreille et content marketing pour produire de l\u2019inbound marketing (dans la partie B2B de la start-up qui s\u2019adresse aux entreprises), annonces tr\u00e8s cibl\u00e9es avec Facebook (qui produit sans doute le meilleur co\u00fbt par action) et enfin les m\u00e9dias traditionnels pour b\u00e2tir la r\u00e9putation, la marque et la notori\u00e9t\u00e9. Avec la possibilit\u00e9, c\u2019est encore une innovation, de lier les deux, en mesurant la corr\u00e9lation entre les r\u00e9sultats de t\u00e9l\u00e9chargements et les passages de spots radio ou t\u00e9l\u00e9. Cerise sur le g\u00e2teau, l\u2019investissement en publicit\u00e9 se r\u00e9alise au travers d\u2019un \u00e9change d\u2019actions dans un esprit gagnant-gagnant. Et dans le cas de cornerjob, cela pass essentiellement par le mobile. On le r\u00e9p\u00e8te depuis assez longtemps, et notamment sur ce blog, le monde de l&rsquo;Internet a bien chang\u00e9. Ici on s&rsquo;adressera \u00e0 des populations qui ont toutes un smartphone mais pas depuis longtemps. David nous explique en effet que cette innovation n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas possible avant car les mobiles intelligents ne sont v\u00e9ritablement r\u00e9pandus dans la population fran\u00e7aise que depuis quelques ann\u00e9es. \u00ab\u00a0Ce n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas possible il y a trois ans\u00a0\u00bb nous a-t-il expliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Encore une le\u00e7on d\u2019innovation, la quatri\u00e8me : il faut savoir attendre le bon moment<\/strong>. Le v\u00e9ritable innovateur frappe au moment opportun et ne cherche \u00e0 avoir raison ni trop t\u00f4t ni trop tard. Cela est fondamental. Surtout en France o\u00f9 la digestion des innovations par le grand public est d&rsquo;une lenteur incroyable (La barre des 100% d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement mobile a \u00e9t\u00e9 pass\u00e9e r\u00e9cemment ici et le taux d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement reste tr\u00e8s en retrait par rapport au taux italien par exemple).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cinqui\u00e8me le\u00e7on d&rsquo;innovation : aller vite<\/strong>. Cornerjob s\u2019est cr\u00e9\u00e9e il y a \u00e0 peine 1 an et 1\/2. Quiconque a d\u00e9j\u00e0 cr\u00e9\u00e9 une entreprise sait que cela est un temps incroyablement r\u00e9duit pour mesurer un r\u00e9sultat. Mais en innovation, la vitesse est terriblement importante. C\u2019est elle qui va vous permettre de prendre les concurrents, et notamment les concurrents \u00e9tablis, \u00e0 revers. Le temps qu\u2019ils s\u2019organisent, l\u2019innovateur sera d\u00e9j\u00e0 loin. Dans le cas de Cornerjob, la r\u00e9plication d\u2019un mod\u00e8le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent (une application pour les petites annonces qui a renvers\u00e9 les leaders du march\u00e9 espagnol en \u00e0 peine un an) sur un autre domaine (le recrutement) a permis aussi d\u2019aller tr\u00e8s vite.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u2019est la sixi\u00e8me le\u00e7on d\u2019innovation de Cornerjob : adapter un mod\u00e8le qui marche \u00e0 un autre domaine permet d\u2019aller plus vite<\/strong>\u00a0et de r\u00e9ussir avec plus de chances. Cela permet aussi de convaincre des investisseurs plus facilement. \u00ab\u00a0Si cela a march\u00e9 une fois, cela marchera une deuxi\u00e8me fois\u00a0\u00bb se sont s\u00fbrement dit les investisseurs. Dans le cas des start-ups et de l\u2019innovation, comme dans celui du grand public, on pr\u00eate plus facilement aux riches. C\u2019est sans doute amoral, mais r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Septi\u00e8me le\u00e7on d\u2019innovation: pensez global, agissez localement<\/strong>. Cornerjob est bas\u00e9e en Espagne mais pense global. Leur but n\u2019est pas de devenir bons en France, ni bons en Europe (sans plus de pr\u00e9cision), mais de devenir des leaders dans tous les pays o\u00f9 ils sont install\u00e9s et notamment la France.
