En effet, le Conseil d\u00e9partemental de la Seine-Saint-Denis lancera en octobre prochain sa marque territoriale. Bien qu&rsquo;elle soit port\u00e9e par le d\u00e9partement, la d\u00e9marche se veut la plus participative possible, le but \u00e9tant de construire une marque partag\u00e9e. Pour cela, les outils digitaux sont pr\u00e9cieux. Ils facilitent en effet le partage d&rsquo;id\u00e9es permettant de construire la marque et son univers.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><b>Une d\u00e9marche endog\u00e8ne<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>In Seine-Saint-Denis a d&rsquo;abord pour but de permettre aux acteurs du d\u00e9partement, qui jouit souvent d&rsquo;une mauvaise image dans les m\u00e9dias, d&rsquo;affirmer leurs atouts. Et l&rsquo;union faisant la force, mettre en\u00a0 commun et faire valoir ses atouts ensemble ne peut qu&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;image d&rsquo;un d\u00e9partement et de ceux qui y vivent et y travaillent. Si certaines marques territoriales ont uniquement pour objectif d&rsquo;attirer des entreprises, de se vendre au niveau national et m\u00eame international, ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas de la marque territoriale In Seine-Saint-Denis qui n&rsquo;a pas pour vocation \u00e0 s&rsquo;opposer \u00e0 Paris. D&rsquo;ailleurs,\u00a0 en faisant valoir certains atouts et sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s propres \u00e0 la partie nord est du Grand Paris, cette revalorisation de l&rsquo;image ne devrait pas profiter qu&rsquo;au d\u00e9partement. En effet, m\u00eame la plus attractive des m\u00e9tropoles peut perdre en comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 s&rsquo;il y existe de grandes disparit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques et sociales et qu&rsquo;au-del\u00e0 de son c\u0153ur, elle semble en partie (ou totalement) d\u00e9laiss\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2><b>In Seine-Saint-Denis, une marque <\/b><b>plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;un label<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;id\u00e9e de cr\u00e9er une marque a germ\u00e9 lors de la campagne pour les \u00e9lections d\u00e9partementales de 2015. En campagne, <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/St%C3%A9phane_Troussel\">St\u00e9phane Troussel<\/a> (d\u00e9j\u00e0 Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil d\u00e9partemental\u00a0 depuis 2012 suite \u00e0 la nomination de Claude Bartolone \u00e0 la Pr\u00e9sidence de l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e nationale et reconduit en 2015) a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la rencontre des acteurs de terrain, notamment des entrepreneurs. Dans ce d\u00e9partement o\u00f9 15 000 entreprises (dont la moiti\u00e9 d&rsquo;auto-entreprises) se cr\u00e9ent chaque ann\u00e9e, a alors commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se faire jour\u00a0 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de cr\u00e9er une marque\u2026 ou plut\u00f4t un label \u00ab\u00a0Made in Seine-Saint-Denis\u00a0\u00bb destin\u00e9 \u00e0 valoriser les talents locaux. L&rsquo;id\u00e9e, en sommeil pendant les quelques mois du d\u00e9but de mandat, ressurgit apr\u00e8s les attentats de 2015. N\u00e9cessitant l&rsquo;instauration de crit\u00e8res, le label semble finalement difficile \u00e0 mettre en place. Le Conseil d\u00e9partemental s&rsquo;oriente alors vers une marque territoriale vou\u00e9e \u00e0 porter des valeurs positives, \u00ab\u00a0<i>u<\/i><i>ne marque de c\u0153ur qui t\u00e9moigne d\u2019un d\u00e9partement jeune, m\u00e9tiss\u00e9, solidaire, \u00e9cologique, citoyen, ambitieux et innovant<\/i>\u00ab\u00a0, explique St\u00e9phane Troussel.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Une marque <\/b><b>pour changer d&rsquo;image<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Le premier objectif de la marque In Seine-Saint-Denis est bel et bien de changer l&rsquo;image de ce d\u00e9partement, non pas en l&rsquo;id\u00e9alisant mais en mettant en avant le dynamisme qui est l&rsquo;une de ses grandes forces. Car, s&rsquo;il est r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement surnomm\u00e9 le Molenbeek fran\u00e7ais dans les m\u00e9dias, le d\u00e9partement (et certaines de ses villes en particulier) ne pr\u00e9sente pas uniquement des handicaps mais aussi beaucoup d&rsquo;atouts. Au c\u0153ur du futur Grand Paris, le d\u00e9partement est proche de la capitale, souvent tr\u00e8s bien desservi par les transports en commun (et encore mieux prochainement avec l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e du Grand Paris Express (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.societedugrandparis.fr\/\">https:\/\/www.societedugrandparis.fr<\/a>), dot\u00e9 de deux a\u00e9roports (un commercial, un d&rsquo;affaires), de deux parcs des expositions (Villepinte et Le Bourget)\u2026 et il fait montre d&rsquo;un r\u00e9el dynamisme, attirant beaucoup d&rsquo;entreprises, notamment \u00e0 La Plaine Saint-Denis (surnomm\u00e9e la nouvelle D\u00e9fense par certains \u00e9lus locaux et qui h\u00e9berge notamment les si\u00e8ges sociaux d&rsquo;Orange, SFR, Cr\u00e9dit agricole, la SNCF\u2026 ) et \u00e0 Pantin. Ainsi, apr\u00e8s Herm\u00e8s, BNP Paribas (install\u00e9 dans les Grands moulins) ou Chanel, l&rsquo;agence de pub\u00a0 BETC (appartenant \u00e0 Havas) a quitt\u00e9 Paris, en juillet dernier, pour un b\u00e2timent de 18 000 m\u00b2 au bord du canal de l&rsquo;Ourcq o\u00f9 travaillent 750 salari\u00e9s et o\u00f9 un quartier d&rsquo;habitation de 600 logements est en construction. Si BETC a choisi de s&rsquo;installer \u00e0 Pantin, ce n&rsquo;est pas seulement en raison de loyers plus int\u00e9ressants et de la possibilit\u00e9 de regrouper dans un m\u00eame b\u00e2timent toutes ses activit\u00e9s, mais aussi de la mixit\u00e9 qui y existe : une diversit\u00e9, un c\u00f4t\u00e9 populaire propices \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>9-3.
