Et quoi de mieux qu&rsquo;une reprise accompagn\u00e9e d&rsquo;une annonce : celle de notre nouvel ouvrage \u00ab\u00a0la strat\u00e9gie digitale expliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 mon boss\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 para\u00eetre l&rsquo;an prochain, la suite naturelle de la collection <a href=\"http:\/\/amonboss.com\"><span class=\"s2\">amonboss.com<\/span><\/a>, dont nous sommes d\u00e9sormais les directeurs chez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.editions-kawa.com\/\">Kawa<\/a>. Il s&rsquo;agit du quatri\u00e8me de la collection \u00e9crit par nous-m\u00eames (apr\u00e8s les deux en fran\u00e7ais et un en anglais), qui vient s&rsquo;ajouter aux trois nouveaux opus r\u00e9dig\u00e9s par d&rsquo;autres auteurs (marketing international, social selling et les startups pour le petit dernier) qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 directement pilot\u00e9s voire co-\u00e9crits par <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/hervekabla?authType=NAME_SEARCH&amp;authToken=1KPT&amp;locale=fr_FR&amp;trk=tyah&amp;trkInfo=clickedVertical%3Amynetwork%2CclickedEntityId%3A1041191%2CauthType%3ANAME_SEARCH%2Cidx%3A1-1-1%2CtarId%3A1471850595321%2Ctas%3Aherv%C3%A9%20\">Herv\u00e9<\/span> pendant que je faisais d\u00e9coller mon agence. Deux ans pass\u00e9s apr\u00e8s ce d\u00e9collage il est temps d&rsquo;annoncer autre chose et ceci pour plusieurs raisons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.dailymotion.com\/embed\/video\/x4b1ikb\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dailymotion.com\/video\/x4b1ikb_la-strategie-digitale-expliquee-a-mon-boss_tech\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">La strat\u00e9gie digitale expliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 mon boss<\/a> <i>par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dailymotion.com\/frenchweb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Frenchweb<\/a><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">D&rsquo;une part les ventes de \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.editions-kawa.com\/home\/55-la-communication-digitale-expliquee-a-mon-boss.html\">la communication digitale expliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 mon boss<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 de toutes nos esp\u00e9rances. Pr\u00e8s de 6 000 exemplaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vendus selon Kawa, ce qui est vraiment bien pour un livre business (l\u00e0 norme est que 1 000 ventes dans ce domaine constitue un bon chiffre). Cela surtout que le livre s&rsquo;est essentiellement vendu en ligne, par recommandations et au travers des m\u00e9dias sociaux et cela est aussi satisfaisant pour des promoteurs du marketing du bouche \u00e0 oreille. Un pareil succ\u00e8s appelait un nouvel ouvrage. D&rsquo;autre part depuis pr\u00e8s de trois ans nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9. Bien au-del\u00e0 de la communication digitale. Il nous fallait prendre un peu de hauteur aller au-del\u00e0, remonter d&rsquo;un cran selon mon expression favorite, partir dans la strat\u00e9gie car nous avons beaucoup travaill\u00e9 dans ces domaines et que, pour boucler la boucle 20 ans plus tard, le secteur digital \u00e9tant redevenu strat\u00e9gique, il fallait un livre qui couvre ce domaine. Troisi\u00e8me raison, mon implication personnelle au travers du MS Advanced Business Strategy de Grenoble Ecole de Management. Une s\u00e9lection d&rsquo;articles sur la strat\u00e9gie digitale \u00e9crits par nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves sera d&rsquo;ailleurs effectu\u00e9e pour figurer en annexe de ce livre. Cela nous para\u00eet important de sortir ce livre sur la strat\u00e9gie parce que trop souvent on a cantonn\u00e9 le Web, notamment apr\u00e8s la bulle, dans un domaine qui \u00e9tait un domaine technique. Certes le digital est technique, comme la finance est technique, comme le marketing est technique, comme tous les domaines o\u00f9 une expertise est requise sont techniques. Mais le digital est plus important que \u00e7a. C&rsquo;est devenu l&rsquo;un des aspects majeurs de nos \u00e9conomies, il n&rsquo;y a plus de secteur qui ne fasse pas de digital\u00a0: m\u00eame le cordonnier du coin fait du digital quand il fait ses factures sur sa caisse \u00e9lectronique ou quand son client l\u2019a trouv\u00e9 via un \u00ab\u00a0store locator\u00a0\u00bb. Il n&rsquo;en est pas conscient, mais il le sera beaucoup plus quand il fera lui-m\u00eame de la publicit\u00e9 sur Google ou mettra \u00e0 jour sa fiche Google my business par exemple. Tout le monde est concern\u00e9, tous les secteurs sont concern\u00e9s\u00a0; pas forc\u00e9ment \u00e0 la m\u00eame vitesse, pas forc\u00e9ment avec la m\u00eame force, mais tout le monde est concern\u00e9 par la strat\u00e9gie digitale. Il y a donc besoin de faire comprendre comment cela fonctionne, quels en sont les fondamentaux, et c\u2019est sur ce plan que notre prochain livre para\u00eetra.
