Je suis tomb\u00e9 dedans il y a 5 ans maintenant, mais il est vrai que je m&rsquo;\u00e9chauffais depuis 1996 avec <a href=\"http:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\">Visionarymarketing.com<\/a>. \u00a0Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 <a title=\"Olivier Zara\" href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=olivier+zara&amp;ie=utf-8&amp;oe=utf-8&amp;aq=t\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Olivier Zara<\/a>, le plus fran\u00e7ais des Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois de Montr\u00e9al et auteur de l&rsquo;ouvrage bien connu sur la r\u00e9putation en ligne \u00ab\u00a0<a title=\"personal branding\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/gp\/product\/2212543182?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=axiopole-21&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1642&amp;creative=19458&amp;creativeASIN=2212543182\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">r\u00e9sussir sa carri\u00e8re gr\u00e2ce au personal branding<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0, j&rsquo;explique ma vision du sujet, pourquoi les m\u00e9dias sociaux sont importants, comment bien les utiliser, est-ce que le mot de \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9dias sociaux\u00a0\u00bb est appropri\u00e9 etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bonjour Yann, pourrais-tu te pr\u00e9senter en quelques mots ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je travaille pour <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/blogs.orange-business.com\">Orange Business Services<\/span>. C\u2019est l\u2019entit\u00e9 d\u2019Orange d\u00e9di\u00e9e au business-to-business, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire les ventes de services et de produits de r\u00e9seaux et t\u00e9l\u00e9communication aux entreprises dans le monde entier. Nous sommes pr\u00e9sents dans 166 pays directement, mais nos activit\u00e9s s\u2019exercent dans 220 pays et territoires.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Au sein de cette entit\u00e9, je m\u2019occupe de g\u00e9rer les sites Web. Il y en a environ une soixantaine auxquels il faut ajouter les m\u00e9dias sociaux\u00a0: blogs, <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/orangebusiness\">Twitter<\/a>, Facebook et surtout LinkedIn \/ Viadeo (car nous sommes en B2B).<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Peux-tu nous donner ta d\u00e9finition des m\u00e9dias sociaux ? Quelle diff\u00e9rence avec les r\u00e9seaux sociaux ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00e9dias sociaux sont un nom un peu barbare qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 invent\u00e9 (on ne sait plus bien par qui d\u2019ailleurs) vers la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2008 afin de remplacer le vocable un peu \u00e9cul\u00e9 de Web 2.0. Il s\u2019agit en quelques mots du Web collaboratif dans son ensemble. Mais, ce n\u2019est pas seulement une question d\u2019outils, de logiciels ou de services, c\u2019est aussi et surtout un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit, une v\u00e9ritable philosophie du Web et de l\u2019intelligence collective.<\/p>\n<p>Ce terme est critiquable car il donne l\u2019impression que le Web est un m\u00e9dium\/m\u00e9dia or ce n\u2019est pas tout \u00e0 fait vrai. C\u2019est plut\u00f4t un support car les m\u00e9dias peuvent \u00eatre invent\u00e9s ou r\u00e9invent\u00e9s sur ce support. Quant au qualificatif de social, il est aussi de nature \u00e0 induire en erreur du fait de sa polys\u00e9mie. Mais, il faut bien appeler ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d\u2019une mani\u00e8re ou d\u2019une autre afin que les gens retiennent le concept et se l\u2019approprient. Alors, pourquoi pas m\u00e9dias sociaux\u00a0?
