Et c&rsquo;est exactement ce qu&rsquo;a fait <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pub\/laurent-granger\/18\/6A\/872\">Laurent Granger<\/span> en cr\u00e9ant <a title=\"Manager Go\" href=\"http:\/\/www.manager-go.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">manager go.<\/a> Cela fait plusieurs ann\u00e9es maintenant je corresponds r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement avec Laurent et devant le succ\u00e8s de son site, je lui ai demand\u00e9 de d\u00e9crire son exp\u00e9rience, en commen\u00e7ant par l&rsquo;id\u00e9e jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation des r\u00e9sultats.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 lui poser directement aux questions au travers des commentaires.<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;histoire de <a title=\"Manager Go - Laurent Granger\" href=\"http:\/\/www.manager-go.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Manager GO!<\/a> par Laurent Granger, fondateur<\/h3>\n<p><strong>La gen\u00e8se de Manager GO!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le pass\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai beaucoup travaill\u00e9 dans des fonctions n\u00e9cessitant une veille sur les pratiques manag\u00e9riales, en tant que responsable d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes marketing et strat\u00e9giques, puis chef de projet organisation. Dans ce cadre, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une v\u00e9ritable passion du management de l&rsquo;entreprise, je perdais beaucoup de temps en recherches sur le web pour d\u00e9nicher les informations convoit\u00e9es : articles, cours, \u00e9tudes de cas, analyse, \u00e9tudes&#8230;\u00a0 Petit \u00e0 petit, je me suis ainsi constitu\u00e9\u00a0 mon propre bookmark pour mes th\u00e8mes favoris.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai rapidement \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs probl\u00e8mes : liens rapidement obsol\u00e8tes, difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 classer tel ou tel lien dans une cat\u00e9gorie sp\u00e9cifique&#8230; et au final un bookmark souvent sans r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 de nouvelles questions\u2026 Il fallait donc r\u00e9utiliser les moteurs de recherche classiques, qualifier de nouveau les r\u00e9ponses\u2026 bref, passer de nouveau beaucoup de temps.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est ainsi que germa l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de Manager GO! : synth\u00e9tiser, r\u00e9pertorier et actualiser toutes ces publications issues du web, pour ensuite les diffuser \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un outil ergonomique et ultra fonctionnel et pr\u00e9venir les utilisateurs des nouveaux liens les plus int\u00e9ressants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Manager GO!, l&rsquo;outil<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La mise en application de l&rsquo;id\u00e9e \u00e0 pris de nombreux mois. Cat\u00e9goriser les liens est une op\u00e9ration assez ais\u00e9e. En revanche, organiser les cat\u00e9gories se r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00eatre un v\u00e9ritable casse-t\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p>Exemple : prenons la cat\u00e9gorie Business plan, a priori facile \u00e0 classer : on r\u00e9alise un business plan essentiellement lors de la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;entreprise. Que retrouve-t-on dans un business plan : une \u00e9tude de march\u00e9, un business model, une strat\u00e9gie, etc. Le probl\u00e8me est que ces cat\u00e9gories sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 reli\u00e9es ailleurs &#8230; L&rsquo;\u00e9tude de march\u00e9, par exemple,\u00a0 est une sous-cat\u00e9gorie du domaine marketing. Notre outil doit donc pouvoir cr\u00e9er un lien transversal entre Business plan et \u00e9tude de march\u00e9. De plus, un business plan est un document \u00e0 ajouter dans son dossier de cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;entreprise. On doit donc le retrouver \u00e9galement dans cette derni\u00e8re cat\u00e9gorie.<\/p>\n<p>Bref, on se rend vite compte que classifier et cr\u00e9er des connexions transversales devient une v\u00e9ritable usine \u00e0 gaz. Toutefois, il s&rsquo;agit du point le plus important de l&rsquo;outil. En effet, l&rsquo;utilisateur recherchant des informations sur le business plan sera satisfait de pouvoir acc\u00e9der rapidement \u00e0 la cat\u00e9gorie \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9tude de march\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Tout comme celui recherchant des informations sur le\u00a0 Marketing\u00a0 pourra acc\u00e9der \u00e9galement \u00e0 ce qui se dit sur les \u00e9tudes de march\u00e9. On se rend compte que le <em>contexte de navigation <\/em>est important pour la classification des cat\u00e9gories.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez \u00e0 cela, le fait que les cat\u00e9gories vivent. A l&rsquo;origine, la cat\u00e9gorie \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9tude de march\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0 ne poss\u00e9dait aucune sous-cat\u00e9gorie. Puis, lorsque le nombre de liens est devenu cons\u00e9quent, les cat\u00e9gories \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9tudes documentaire\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9tudes quantitatives\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9tude qualitatives\u00a0\u00bb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es. Ce qui allait g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de nouvelles connexions transversales&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>En conclusion, il fallait donc pouvoir cr\u00e9er <em>non pas une simple cat\u00e9gorisation mais un v\u00e9ritable mod\u00e8le avec des liens hi\u00e9rarchiques et transversaux<\/em>. Un des enjeux majeurs \u00e9tait d&rsquo;avoir \u00e0 sa disposition un outil permettant d&rsquo;appr\u00e9hender ais\u00e9ment ce mod\u00e8le et de pouvoir tr\u00e8s facilement le modifier : ajouter de nouvelles connexions, en\u00a0 d\u00e9placer, en supprimer&#8230; C&rsquo;est pour ces raisons que le mod\u00e8le utilis\u00e9 par Manager GO! est bas\u00e9 sur des <em><a title=\"ontologies informatiques\" href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ontologie_(informatique)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ontologies<\/a> et des <a title=\"topic maps\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Topic_Maps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">topic maps<\/a><\/em> . Ces technologies permettent en effet de d\u00e9crire des donn\u00e9es non seulement d\u2019une mani\u00e8re hi\u00e9rarchique domaine-&gt;sous-domaine etc, mais surtout de cr\u00e9er des liens transversaux charg\u00e9s de <em>sens<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>De fil en aiguille, le mod\u00e8le s&rsquo;\u00e9toffe et <strong>apr\u00e8s 2 ans<\/strong>, l&rsquo;outil r\u00e9f\u00e9rence plus de <strong>5000 documents class\u00e9s dans 950 cat\u00e9gories<\/strong>.\u00a0 Des services ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une lettre de veille gratuite dont l&rsquo;objectif est d&rsquo;informer en mode push les abonn\u00e9s des entr\u00e9es les plus int\u00e9ressantes.
