McKinsey France estimait en 2014, dans un rapport intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.fr\/url?sa=t&amp;rct=j&amp;q=&amp;esrc=s&amp;source=web&amp;cd=3&amp;ved=0ahUKEwiY8qbEjaXNAhWBzBoKHR10B5oQFggyMAI&amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mckinsey.com%2F~%2Fmedia%2FMcKinsey%2520Offices%2FFrance%2FPDFs%2FRapport_McK-Accelerer_la_mutation_numerique_des_entreprises_2014.ashx&amp;usg=AFQjCNFoGJipn9s85rmzjDqr7mTVNXsJxA&amp;sig2=rEVOjPja4j_dcbKF2PHLiA&amp;bvm=bv.124272578,d.d2s&amp;cad=rja\">Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la mutation num\u00e9rique des entreprises\u00a0: un gisement de croissance et de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 pour la Franc<\/a>e\u00a0\u00bb, le poids \u00e9conomique du num\u00e9rique dans le PIB \u00e0 113 milliards d&rsquo;euros, pas seulement sous forme de start-up innovantes, mais \u00e9galement en termes de gains de productivit\u00e9 engendr\u00e9s dans\u00a0tous les secteurs. Il est donc ind\u00e9niable que le num\u00e9rique est plus que jamais pr\u00e9sent dans l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie et que sa place ne va que se renforcer dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-21334 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/capture-d-ecran-13-30-2016_03.30.43.png\" alt=\"impact num\u00e9rique PIB - cyberfl\u00e2nerie Internet\" width=\"789\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/capture-d-ecran-13-30-2016_03.30.43.png 789w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/capture-d-ecran-13-30-2016_03.30.43-462x300.png 462w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/capture-d-ecran-13-30-2016_03.30.43-768x498.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 789px) 100vw, 789px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Mais cette pr\u00e9sence du num\u00e9rique dans les entreprises, notamment internet et tous les services de cloud computing qui apparaissent chaque jour, n&rsquo;est pas sans causer quelques effets pervers, parfois difficiles \u00e0 g\u00e9rer pour un responsable. En effet, l&rsquo;utilisation faite par les salari\u00e9s peut parfois r\u00e9duire \u00e0 n\u00e9ant\u00a0les gains offerts par l&rsquo;internet, voire \u00eatre nocive pour l&rsquo;entreprise. Nous avons relev\u00e9 dans cet article trois raisons pour lesquelles une connexion internet non ou mal r\u00e9gul\u00e9e peut-\u00eatre contre-productif voire dangereux :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2>La bande passante n&rsquo;est pas illimit\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>\u00ab\u00a0Comme toute autre ressource, les ressources informatiques sont limit\u00e9es. L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 Internet en particulier est contraint par la bande passante disponible. Si tous vos salari\u00e9s utilisent Internet en m\u00eame temps, la bande passante disponible pour chacun diminue. C\u2019est particuli\u00e8rement g\u00eanant si certains d\u2019entre eux consultent des contenus particuli\u00e8rement lourds, comme des vid\u00e9os. Et ne parlons pas de l\u2019envoi de vid\u00e9os, qui accentue le risque d\u2019engorgement car le d\u00e9bit sortant disponible est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement inf\u00e9rieur au d\u00e9bit entrant. Or cet engorgement peut avoir des cons\u00e9quences dramatiques, en p\u00e9nalisant les utilisateurs d\u00e9pendant du\u00a0<em>cloud<\/em> pour travailler.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>La cyber-fl\u00e2nerie sur Internet diminue la productivit\u00e9\u00a0des salari\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>\u00ab\u00a0Il y a, nous l\u2019avons vu, les ralentissements ou les blocages des applicatifs m\u00e9tiers ou bureautiques. Mais il existe un autre p\u00e9ril qu\u2019il ne faut pas occulter\u00a0: la perte de productivit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s. Chaque ann\u00e9e, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Salary.com, sp\u00e9cialiste des logiciels de paye et de gestion RH aux Etats-Unis, publie un barom\u00e8tre sur ce sujet. Les derniers chiffres disponibles sont \u00e9difiants\u00a0: en 2014, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/cherylsnappconner\/2015\/07\/31\/wasting-time-at-work-the-epidemic-continues\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">89% des employ\u00e9s reconnaissaient perdre du temps pendant leur journ\u00e9e de travail<\/a>. Les deux-tiers avouaient perdre entre trente minutes et une heure par jour, et certains perdant m\u00eame plusieurs heures.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/Secure-IT\/combien-de-temps-perdent-les-salaris-au-bureau-chaque-jour-62851372?ref=http:\/\/secure-it.egedian.com\/filtrage\/chef-dentreprise-faut-donner-acces-a-internet-a-vos-salaries\/<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Les probl\u00e8mes juridiques<\/h2>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>\u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20161219085717\/http:\/\/www.egedian.com:80\/filtrage-internet\/aspects-juridiques\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">La responsabilit\u00e9 civile de l\u2019entreprise, et, par cons\u00e9quent, de son repr\u00e9sentant l\u00e9gal, peut \u00eatre engag\u00e9e du fait du comportement en ligne de ses salari\u00e9s.<\/a> Qu\u2019un salari\u00e9 utilise la connexion mise \u00e0 disposition par son employeur pour t\u00e9l\u00e9charger de la musique ou des films ill\u00e9galement, pour consulter des sites racistes ou faisant l\u2019apologie du terrorisme, ou encore pour se livrer \u00e0 des actes de calomnie ou de harc\u00e8lement, <a href=\"https:\/\/shs.cairn.info\/revue-legicom-2002-2-page-47?lang=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">la responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise peut \u00eatre engag\u00e9e<\/a>. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cbf-avocats.com\/responsabilite-de-l-employeur-du-fait-des-agissements-de-ses-salaries-sur-internet_ad51.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Comme le souligne le cabinet d\u2019avocats CBF<\/a>, \u00ab\u00a0<em>la seule solution pour l\u2019employeur de se tirer d\u2019affaire est d\u2019apporter la d\u00e9monstration que le salari\u00e9 a agi sans autorisation et en dehors de ses attributions, d\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019importance pour l\u2019employeur de mettre en place un outil permettant de contr\u00f4ler ou de ma\u00eetriser l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019internet par ses employ\u00e9s\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Les probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>\u00ab\u00a0Laisser un salari\u00e9 t\u00e9l\u00e9charger et installer librement un logiciel, par exemple, c\u2019est s\u2019exposer \u00e0 ce que ce dernier soit un <em>malware<\/em> ou logiciel nocif. Il suffit qu\u2019un seul salari\u00e9 installe, sans le savoir, un programme de ce type, pour que tout le parc informatique de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 soit infest\u00e9. Au final, l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9quipes est \u00e0 la merci de destructions de documents, d\u2019instabilit\u00e9s ou, plus insidieusement, de l\u2019installation de \u00ab\u00a0portes d\u00e9rob\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb permettant \u00e0 un tiers de s\u2019introduire dans le syst\u00e8me d\u2019information de l\u2019entreprise. Outre les pertes de donn\u00e9es d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9es, les ordinateurs de l\u2019entreprise peuvent \u00eatre transform\u00e9s en \u00ab\u00a0ordinateurs zombies\u00a0\u00bb, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire en machines effectuant des attaques contre des cibles pour le compte de pirates, \u00e0 l\u2019insu du chef d\u2019entreprise.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En\u00a0conclusion, ces 4 risques sont trop importants pour pouvoir \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9s par les entreprises, qui doivent donc r\u00e9agir.
