Alain Garnier s\u2019est donc pr\u00eat\u00e9 au jeu du vrai\/faux avec son habituel franc-parler, donnant son point de vue sur diff\u00e9rents aspects des RSE. <\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2><strong>Un r\u00e9seau social d&rsquo;entreprise\u00a0sert \u00e0 s\u2019envoyer des lol cats entre coll\u00e8gues<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">FAUX<\/span><\/strong> \u2013 \u00ab\u00a0Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux d\u2019entreprise proviennent\u00a0des r\u00e9seaux sociaux grand publique, o\u00f9 l\u2019on s\u2019\u00e9change des contenus souvent l\u00e9gers (lol, trash, cute). Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cela, <strong>on casse les silos, on ouvre des fen\u00eatres entre ces services<\/strong> qui des fois ne se connaissaient m\u00eame pas. Cela s\u2019explique par le fait qu\u2019ils vont pouvoir \u00e9changer en temps r\u00e9el des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de leur m\u00e9tier de mani\u00e8re transversale.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2><strong>Le r\u00e9seau social d&rsquo;entreprise\u00a0va tuer le mail<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">VRAUF<\/span> <\/strong>\u2013 \u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est vrai et faux. Certaines personnes disent que les r\u00e9seaux sociaux d\u2019entreprise vont supprimer le mail, mais il se trouve que ce n\u2019est toujours pas le cas. \u00a0Cela devient par contre un compagnon du mail\u00a0:<strong> il permet de diminuer les mails inutiles<\/strong>. Dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es, il y aura des RSE con\u00e7us pour faire du social selling , pour aller vendre, d\u2019autres utilis\u00e9s pour le knowledge management (gestion de la connaissance), d\u2019autres pour l\u2019innovation, etc. <strong>Il y a d\u00e9sormais une multitude de r\u00e9seaux sociaux d&rsquo;entreprise<\/strong> qui sont en train de se mettre en place. Cette diversit\u00e9 est une richesse pour les m\u00e9tiers.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2><strong>Le r\u00e9seau social d\u2019entreprise concerne uniquement les jeunes salari\u00e9s de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">FAUX<\/span> <\/strong>\u2013 \u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est une l\u00e9gende\u00a0: cela a d\u2019ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9crit partout dans les blogs. Le fait est que les jeunes ont des r\u00e9flexes, mais pas forc\u00e9ment celui du num\u00e9rique dans le travail. <strong>Les personnes les plus performantes sont celles qui ont compris le num\u00e9rique et la valeur collaborative<\/strong>. Ces profils existent quel que soit l\u2019\u00e2ge, de 7 \u00e0 77 ans.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2><strong>Le r\u00e9seau social d\u2019entreprise c\u2019est bien, mais finalement \u00e7a fait perdre du temps<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">FAUX<\/span><\/strong> \u2013 \u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est faux, et il\u00a0a m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un outil de convergence collective, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire qu\u2019avant lorsque l&rsquo;on mettait en place une r\u00e9union pour d\u00e9cider comment lancer un nouveau produit, on avait besoin de 17 mails et 5 r\u00e9unions avec un temps infini pour converger. Dans le r\u00e9seau social <strong>on converge plus vite parce que tout le monde travaille au m\u00eame endroit, au m\u00eame moment<\/strong> et avec le m\u00eame outil, et \u00e7a , c\u2019est un gain collectif de temps.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2><strong>Le march\u00e9 des r\u00e9seaux sociaux d\u2019entreprise n\u2019est pas encore mature<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">FAUX<\/span><\/strong> \u2013 \u00ab\u00a0Cela s\u2019est confirm\u00e9 une nouvelle fois au salon internet RSE, o\u00f9 l\u2019on a vu des acteurs qui \u00e9taient depuis 5, 7, voire 10 ans sur le march\u00e9, avec des croissances \u00e0 deux chiffres, et d\u2019autre part des acteurs mondiaux qui p\u00e8sent plusieurs milliards. <strong>On ne peut donc pas dire que c\u2019est un march\u00e9 \u00e9mergeant\u00a0: c\u2019est un march\u00e9 qui est devenu mature<\/strong> et qui est en train de rejoindre un march\u00e9 comme celui du CRM. C\u2019est un de ces grands march\u00e9s qui existent depuis maintenant une vingtaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es dans l\u2019informatique, notamment avec le Cloud, qui en fait un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de
