Ceci s&rsquo;explique assez ais\u00e9ment et correspond \u00e0 une configuration maintes fois rencontr\u00e9e par tout enseignant.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour celui-ci, qui a fait l&rsquo;effort de simplifier les choses pour les rendre faciles \u00e0 expliquer, tout semble couler de source. Fort de sa technique, il r\u00e9duit la d\u00e9marche, au risque de la sch\u00e9matiser, sous forme de listes de points \u00e0 suivre, s\u00e9quentiellement.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;apprenant, l&rsquo;importance du contexte, du v\u00e9cu et de la mise en perspective, et enfin interpr\u00e9tation son fondamentaux. C&rsquo;est pour cela que j&rsquo;aime bien alterner cette d\u00e9marche, r\u00e9solument positive, mais moins accessible qu&rsquo;il y para\u00eet \u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue, avec une autre d\u00e9marche, prescriptive de ce qu&rsquo;il ne faut <em>pas<\/em> faire. (Call to action)<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20170709041701\/https:\/\/www.sparklane-group.com\/fr\/blog\/\">Soyez impatient et attendez des r\u00e9sultats imm\u00e9diats<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"Oubliez_de_rappeler\">1) Oubliez de rappeler vos clients<\/h2>\n<p>Il suffit de quelques heures \u00e0 un visiteur de site Web pour oublier sa visite (sauf s\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un v\u00e9ritable ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne exp\u00e9rientiel). Pour une personne adulte normale, et sans effort particulier d\u2019attention, 90% des informations auxquelles elle est expos\u00e9e disparaissent au bout de 18 secondes. Difficile donc pour un internaute de se souvenir de tous les sites qu\u2019elle a visit\u00e9s,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.blogdumoderateur.com\/chiffres-internet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">au terme de ses 4 heures quotidiennes de navigation sur le Web<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, si vous rappelez cet utilisateur ne serait-ce que le lendemain et que vous commencez votre appel par \u00ab vous \u00eates venus sur le site machin.com hier\u2026 \u00bb vous avez 9 chances sur 10 pour que cette personne ne se souvienne ni du site, ni de votre marque, ni de sa visite. <strong>Or, c\u2019est la premi\u00e8re erreur commise par les entreprises qui veulent lancer une campagne de lead generation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elles ont souvent tout pr\u00e9vu : le site, les outils, le contenu (nous y reviendrons), mais le dernier kilom\u00e8tre a \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9glig\u00e9 :\u00a0<strong>qui va rappeler le client ?\u00a0<\/strong>La cellule de rappel est-elle comp\u00e9tente ? Le commercial rappelle-t-il ou cela est-il fait par une cellule externe ? A-t-on prot\u00e9g\u00e9 la d\u00e9marche des conflits de canaux ? Ces questions, pourtant anodines, sont souvent au c\u0153ur de gros malentendus.<\/p>\n<p>Notamment, celui qui consiste \u00e0 croire qu\u2019un commercial sera toujours reconnaissant au marketing pour lui avoir apport\u00e9 un lead. C\u2019est bien mal conna\u00eetre ce m\u00e9tier et sa psychologie, et c\u2019est ce que j\u2019ai appris sur le terrain, comme commercial d\u2019abord, puis comme directeur de la ma\u00eetrise d\u2019ouvrage des syst\u00e8mes commerciaux d\u2019Unisys pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un commercial aime piloter lui-m\u00eame sa prospection : c\u2019est ce qui prouve sa valeur ajout\u00e9e ;<\/li>\n<li>Un commercial aime piloter son chiffre d\u2019affaires, c\u2019est sa r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration ;<\/li>\n<li>Un commercial aime contr\u00f4ler la croissance de son chiffre d\u2019affaires, c\u2019est ce qui d\u00e9termine son quota de l\u2019an prochain (donc sa r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Et je passe sur tous les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de jalousie entre diff\u00e9rents services. Ne vous \u00e9tonnez donc pas, si votre op\u00e9ration de lead generation a fait l\u2019impasse sur ce point, de voir votre ROI tomber \u00e0 plat.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #005493;\"><strong><em>Ce qu\u2019il convient de faire<\/em><\/strong><em>\u00a0:\u00a0<\/em><em>Avant toute chose, il convient de s\u2019assurer de l\u2019absence de conflits de canaux. Si vous \u00eates capable d\u2019imposer votre dispositif sans brusquer ni d\u00e9motiver les commerciaux, tout va bien. Dans le cas contraire, il existe plusieurs astuces :\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><span style=\"color: #005493;\">d\u00e9veloppez une cellule de vente d\u00e9di\u00e9e qui permettra de d\u00e9velopper votre business sur un nouveau segment sans venir rogner sur les commissions de vos commerciaux actuels ;<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span style=\"color: #005493;\">incorporez une mesure de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration dans la formule de commissionnement pour r\u00e9compenser les vendeurs quand ils jouent le jeu du rappel des leads en ligne et s\u2019ils d\u00e9veloppent ce canal ;<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span style=\"color: #005493;\">la solution hybride consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper ce canal de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante et d\u2019instaurer un syst\u00e8me de double booking.
