On n\u2019en finit plus de vanter les opportunit\u00e9s qu\u2019ils apportent : il s\u2019agit d\u2019une plong\u00e9e au c\u0153ur de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du consommateur qui permet d\u2019identifier par exemple de nouveaux axes d\u2019innovation, de renouveler l\u2019approche client, de trouver de nouveaux ambassadeurs, ou d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de ses produits et de ses services.<\/p>\n<p>Si effectivement, cette d\u00e9tection d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s est largement possible, il y a aujourd\u2019hui une r\u00e9elle opacit\u00e9 sur les m\u00e9thodologies utilis\u00e9es \u00e0 la fois au niveau du recueil qu\u2019au niveau de l\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es. Or, il suffit de peu de choses pour introduire des biais qui peuvent remettre en cause la fiabilit\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats.
