Loos a \u00e9galement fourni des chiffres suppl\u00e9mentaires sur les abandons &#8211; chiffres issus des statistiques de Paybox \u00e0 d\u00e9but d\u00e9cembre 2009 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>taux d&rsquo;abandon (ou d&rsquo;\u00e9chec) observ\u00e9 sur la phase d&rsquo;authentification d&rsquo;environ 15 \u00e0 25% ;<\/li>\n<li>mais &#8230; \u00ab\u00a0ce taux d&rsquo;abandon se r\u00e9duit semaine apr\u00e8s semaine, ceci d\u00e9montrant une maturit\u00e9 grandissante des acheteurs\u00a0\u00bb ;<\/li>\n<li>De plus, ce chiffre recouvre beaucoup d&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nements du fait que \u00ab\u00a0[l&rsquo;]ensemble des erreurs techniques associ\u00e9es au fait que 3DS est nouveau pour toute la cha\u00eene de traitement et que les syst\u00e8mes n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas eux-m\u00eames totalement mures et [enti\u00e8rement]-disponibles\u00a0\u00bb ;<\/li>\n<li>rappel par M. Loos des diff\u00e9rents acteurs du paiement s\u00e9curis\u00e9 ainsi mis en oeuvre ;\n<ul>\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0e-commer\u00e7ant ;<\/li>\n<li>op\u00e9rateur de paiement du e-commer\u00e7ant (Paybox \/ Atos \/ &#8230;) ;<\/li>\n<li>[int\u00e9grateur de l&rsquo;] application MPI (Merchant Plug In) permetant les \u00e9changes 3DS [c\u00f4t\u00e9 site marchand] ;<\/li>\n<li>Visa et Mastercard via ses serveurs d&rsquo;annuaires (directory servers) ;<\/li>\n<li>la banque de l&rsquo;acheteur via son ses serveurs d&rsquo;authentification (la page ou il faut signer sa transaction par un mot de passe ou une date de naissance)<\/li>\n<li>et enfin les serveurs d&rsquo;autorisation, autorisant ou pas au final la transaction\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>ouf !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>autres informations ajout\u00e9es par Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Loos dans son billet Viadeo :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la communication des banques est toujours tr\u00e8s discr\u00e8te (euph\u00e9misme) ;<\/li>\n<li>le message de s\u00e9curisation faible (date de naissance) sera vite et progressivement remplac\u00e9 par un SMS de confirmation en mode d\u00e9connect\u00e9 (nous l&rsquo;avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 signal\u00e9 fin Octobre) ;<\/li>\n<li>les marchands sont encore en round d&rsquo;observation (d\u00e9j\u00e0 annonc\u00e9 en Octobre, Atos nous ayant confirm\u00e9 un chiffre de environ 70% de e-commer\u00e7ants non \u00e9quip\u00e9s, et surtout les gros)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Voici pour l&rsquo;actualit\u00e9 du paiement en ligne, il est fort \u00e0 parier que ce round d&rsquo;observation cesse progressivement et que le sempiternel sujet de la fraude en ligne finisse par s&rsquo;estomper &#8230; jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;invention du syst\u00e8me de contournement suivant, ou tout bonnement l&rsquo;intensification de la fraude hors ligne, qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 de loin le probl\u00e8me le plus aigu de la fraude sur carte bancaire (gab, distributeurs, fraudes \u00e0 la carte via &lsquo;yes cards&rsquo;, et notamment dans les pays o\u00f9 les cartes sont pass\u00e9es dans les \u00ab\u00a0fers \u00e0 repasser\u00a0\u00bb et ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient pas de la s\u00e9curisation
