R\u00e9cemment, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesechos.fr\/24\/12\/2015\/lesechos.fr\/021579395430_viadeo-arrete-les-frais-en-chine.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ce r\u00e9seau professionnel de 65 millions de membres a vendu la Chine pour se recentrer sur la France<\/a>. \u00ab\u00a0Etant en difficult\u00e9, il tente d\u2019innover, mais d\u2019un point de vue strat\u00e9gique, <strong>on voit que de plus en plus d\u2019entreprises arr\u00eatent d\u2019investir dans Viadeo et se recentrent sur Linkedin, Twitter et Facebook,<\/strong> qui sont les trois grands r\u00e9seaux sociaux qui avancent\u00a0\u00bb pr\u00e9cise Jo\u00eblle. C&rsquo;est le m\u00eame constat que nous avions fait il y a un an de cela, lorsque <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2015\/02\/linkedin-vs-viadeo-et-xing-le-declin-et-la-loi-de-zipf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">nous expliquions le d\u00e9clin de Viadeo au travers de la loi de Zipf<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Linkedin : un m\u00e9dia social qui innove et investit<\/h2>\n<p>A l\u2019inverse, Linkedin grandit par croissance externe en rachetant des entreprises qui apportent une r\u00e9elle valeur ajout\u00e9e en termes de service. Cela a commenc\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/LinkedIn#Acquisitions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mspoke, puis ChoiceVendor, SlideShare, Job Matching Pulse, Connectifier, Lynda<\/a>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Linkedin \u00e9volue, se professionnalise ajoute des services, et rach\u00e8te ses concurrents en se posant toujours la question \u00ab\u00a0<strong>qu\u2019est-ce que je peux apporter de plus \u00e0 mes clients\u00a0?<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb. Une machinerie bien huil\u00e9e pour conforter sa position de leader sur ce march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Et LinkedIn ne se contente pas de ce march\u00e9, comme le montre la r\u00e9cente acquisition de Lynda. M\u00eame si le e-Learning a certainement un avenir radieux, \u00ab\u00a0il y a quand m\u00eame encore ce besoin de contact humain, que j\u2019ai vu moi-m\u00eame lors de mes interventions\u00bb nuance Jo\u00eblle. \u00ab\u00a0En revanche, c\u2019est un bon moyen d\u2019avoir des compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9s comme on l\u2019a dans les <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Formation_en_ligne_ouverte_%C3%A0_tous\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Moocs<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>LinkedIn, CV du monde<\/h2>\n<p>La question que l\u2019on se pose l\u00e9gitimement, c\u2019est si le succ\u00e8s de LinkedIn am\u00e8ne d\u00e9sormais l\u2019outil en ligne \u00e0 remplacer le CV traditionnel. Jo\u00eblle Walraevens nous apporte une r\u00e9ponse nuanc\u00e9e\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Quand j\u2019entends dire \u2018j\u2019ai mis mon CV sur Linkedin\u2019, cela\u00a0me fait friser les oreilles parce que LinkedIn est bien plus qu\u2019un CV. Mais <strong>il ne faut pas pour autant abandonner le CV papier<\/strong>, d\u2019autant plus qu\u2019il existe des outils comme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.doyoubuzz.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DoyouBuzz<\/a> qui permettent de cr\u00e9er des CV \u00e0 l\u2019aide de mod\u00e8les\u00a0plus originaux qu\u2019un document Word\u00a0\u00bb. L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de cr\u00e9er un CV \u00ab\u00a0fig\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, non interactif et condens\u00e9 en une page ou deux, est de synth\u00e9tiser et aller \u00e0 l\u2019essentiel.\u00a0Faut-il \u00a0obligatoirement \u00eatre dans LinkedIn pour trouver un emploi\u00a0? \u00ab\u00a0rien n\u2019est obligatoire\u00a0\u00bb r\u00e9pond Jo\u00eblle. \u00ab\u00a0Mais sans LinkedIn, trouver un emploi\u00a0va prendre plus de temps\u00a0: il y a des personnes qui ont fait le choix de ne pas se positionner sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux\u00a0\u00bb mais est-ce bien raisonnable ? Ces m\u00e9tiers sont n\u00e9anmoins en train de se rendre compte que des r\u00e9seaux sociaux tels que Facebook peuvent \u00eatre un endroit int\u00e9ressant pour eux, m\u00eame s\u2019ils ont du mal \u00e0 s\u2019y mettre : ils r\u00e9alisent que <strong>cela va \u00eatre un passage obligatoire, car d\u2019autres personnes du m\u00eame m\u00e9tier r\u00e9ussissent gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cela<\/strong>.\u00a0Cela interpelle, et <strong>un \u00e9tudiant qui ne veut pas aller sur Linkedin ne fait pas un tr\u00e8s bon choix<\/strong> car une fois que l\u2019on se rend compte des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices apport\u00e9s, on comprend vite l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat d\u2019y \u00eatre\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0c\u2019est quelque part comme si l\u2019on vous offre un billet d\u2019avion pour partir aux Etats Unis, et vous r\u00e9pondez \u2018non merci, j\u2019ai peur de l\u2019avion&rsquo; ; c\u2019est de se fermer la porte \u00e0 beaucoup d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s \u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2>Et le social Selling\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Comme nous l\u2019avons abord\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2016\/03\/4-enseignements-social-selling\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">il y a quelques jours sur ce blog avec Herv\u00e9 Kabla et Sylvie Lachkar<\/a>, LinkedIn est un formidable outil de Social Selling, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019outil de lead generation. Avec toutefois une d\u00e9rive possible vers le hard-selling\u2026 \u00ab\u00a0Certains r\u00e9seaux sociaux sont d\u00e9di\u00e9es au business de proximit\u00e9 et de recommandation. Mais <strong>ce n\u2019est parfois pas facile de r\u00e9inventer la roue<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2>Des stakhanovistes et des experts<\/h2>\n<p>On rencontre souvent des Stakhanovistes de Linkedin et de r\u00e9seaux sociaux tr\u00e8s fiers d\u2019annoncer leurs centaines de milliers de contact. Jo\u00eblle Walraevens partage notre exasp\u00e9ration \u00e0 ce sujet\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0certaines personnes sont en effet sur Linkedin avec cette logique de faire du networking, pour le plaisir de faire du r\u00e9seau. Cela est particuli\u00e8rement le cas dans les pays anglo-saxon comme l\u2019Australie et les Etats Unis, o\u00f9 certains affichent fi\u00e8rement leur nombre de contacts. Ma vision su terrain est plus pragmatique\u00a0: <strong>\u00e0 quoi \u00e7a sert\u00a0? Pourquoi suis-je sur LinkedIn\u00a0?<\/strong> Ce sont les deux premi\u00e8res questions \u00e0 se poser. L\u2019\u00e9tape d\u2019apr\u00e8s est de construire une base de contact en bonne intelligence, qui corresponde \u00e0 son objectif. Sinon, c\u2019est juste pour se \u2018vulgariser\u2019\u00a0\u00bb. Rein n\u2019emp\u00eache toutefois d\u2019\u00eatre open networker et d\u2019\u00eatre ainsi ouvert \u00e0 des personnes que l\u2019on ne conna\u00eet pas, mais que l\u2019on choisit (int\u00e9r\u00eat commun, possibilit\u00e9 de se rencontrer dans un futur proche\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019inverse, il est courant de voir des profils d\u2019 \u00ab\u00a0expert des m\u00e9dias sociaux\u2019\u2019 qui ont 10 contacts\u2026 \u00a0\u00bb C\u2019est le boomerang dans l\u2019autre sens\u2026 S\u2019autoproclamer expert des m\u00e9dias sociaux quand on voit le nombre de m\u00e9dias sociaux qui existent\u2026 Je n\u2019ai moi-m\u00eame pas voulu mettre \u00ab\u00a0expert sur Linkedin\u00a0\u00bb. Il y a \u00e0 apprendre tous les jours de cet outil qui \u00e9volue \u00e9norm\u00e9ment.\u00a0C\u2019est tr\u00e8s joli, \u00e7a fait beau d\u2019\u00eatre expert.
