Le projet pilote peut \u00eatre imparfait et vou\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9voluer, mais il rend d\u00e9j\u00e0 un service fonctionnel. Alors que le POC valide un concept, le projet pilote valide une <strong>solution<\/strong> qui sera ensuite \u00e9tendue et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e. En effet, aussi puissante soit la technologie des Big Data, elle n&rsquo;est rien si elle n&rsquo;est pas adopt\u00e9e par les utilisateurs, notamment les utilisateurs m\u00e9tiers. Il faut donc absolument que les Big Data ne soient pas confin\u00e9es au monde des <em>data scientists<\/em> et autres experts, et que les m\u00e9tiers se les approprient, pour que le projet pilote soit un succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Tout ceci, les entreprises am\u00e9ricaines l&rsquo;ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 compris. Les projets Big Data d&rsquo;envergure s&rsquo;y multiplient.
