L&rsquo;occasion pour St\u00e9phane de revenir sur un point que j\u2019avais d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 moi-m\u00eame sur le d\u00e9collage du ecommerce B2B. Les id\u00e9es, il nous les d\u00e9crit tr\u00e8s bien ici, sont nombreuses, m\u00eame si l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des lieux est certainement moins idyllique qu&rsquo;on pourrait croire (pour les chiffres am\u00e9ricains voir l\u2019infographie ci-dessous). De quoi faire r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir, et ouvrir de nombreuses perspectives sur l&rsquo;avenir d&rsquo;une profession, le marketing B2B, qui n&rsquo;a pas fini de s&rsquo;enrichir de nouveaux outils, et notamment de ceux du ecommerce. Alors que dans le grand public, l&rsquo;essentiel de la r\u00e9flexion se porte autour du <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2015\/11\/web-to-store\/\">Web to store<\/a>, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire la combinaison entre le off-line et le online, \u00a0le business-to-business se pr\u00e9pare quant \u00e0 lui \u00e0 un d\u00e9collage imminent du ecommerce dans sa cat\u00e9gorie. Ceci s\u2019effectuant sous la pression d&rsquo;acheteurs de plus en plus enclins \u00e0 faire leur shopping eux-m\u00eames. En route pour de nouvelles aventures avec le ecommerce B2B qui, selon mes amis de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.skeelbox.com\/\">Skeelbox<\/a>, un cabinet sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en ecommerce, repr\u00e9sente d\u00e9j\u00e0 40% de leur chiffre d\u2019affaires, et ne tardera pas \u00e0 en repr\u00e9senter la majorit\u00e9.<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Le ecommerce B2B, \u00e7a ne sert \u00e0 rien ?<\/h3>\n<p>Au contraire ! Le potentiel est immense, extraordinaire et au-del\u00e0 de ce qui se passe sur <a href=\"http:\/\/aws.amazon.com\">Amazon (AWS)<\/a> ou <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alibaba.com\/\">Alibaba<\/a>. Je vais prendre un exemple sur des industries plus sophistiqu\u00e9es : prenons l\u2019exemple des vendeurs d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients dans l\u2019industrie agroalimentaire. Les entreprises qui \u00e9laborent ou font \u00e9voluer les produits dans de grands groupes comme Danone, Nestl\u00e9 ou McDonald&rsquo;s, utilisent des ingr\u00e9dients et, lorsqu\u2019ils mettent au point leurs recettes, veulent faire des essais, des tests, donc ils consultent leurs fournisseurs. Dans ce cas-l\u00e0 (la vente d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 de grands groupes agroalimentaires), c\u2019est un compl\u00e9ment. Quand un agriculteur va choisir sa semence de ma\u00efs pour la saison suivante, il ne va pas semer toute sa surface avec un type de graine qu\u2019il ne connait pas, il va faire des essais pour cette ann\u00e9e, puis il travaillera avec celui qui est le plus constructif l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante. Je pense qu\u2019il y a \u00e9galement des d\u00e9veloppements tr\u00e8s importants dans le monde de l\u2019IT. Une entreprise va acheter par exemple une lamelle de serveur chez Amazon. Je pense qu\u2019il y a des industries tr\u00e8s traditionnelles o\u00f9 dans les \u00e9tapes initiales d\u2019un parcours d\u2019achat, on a besoin d\u2019essayer et de tester.<\/p>\n<h3>Est-ce qu\u2019il y a au contraire des secteurs qui seront compl\u00e8tement immunis\u00e9s, qui n\u2019ont jamais eu besoin de recourir au ecommerce ou \u00e0 l\u2019IT ?<\/h3>\n<p>Je pense que concernant les secteurs de service pur aux entreprises, que ce soit le consulting ou du self-management, on peut difficilement penser que les clients vont acheter sur des plateformes de ecommerce B2B.<\/p>\n<h3>On parle de cela comme si \u00e7a n\u2019existait pas : on en est v\u00e9ritablement \u00e0 un \u00e9tat embryonnaire, surtout en France.<\/h3>\n<p>Je pense que ce n\u2019est pas seulement en France. Au niveau international, je n\u2019ai pas encore vu sur des industries assez traditionnelles, de d\u00e9veloppement majeur \u00e0 ce niveau-l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<h3>Tout ce travail que tu m\u00e8nes autours du B2B prend forme \u00e9galement du club Ensemble B2B que tu as co-cr\u00e9\u00e9 avec Herv\u00e9 Gonay<\/h3>\n<p>Effectivement, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un club nomm\u00e9 Ensemble B2B o\u00f9 l\u2019on retrouve retrouve tous les passionn\u00e9s du Business to Business.
