Nous \u00e9tions alors dans un march\u00e9 en pleine progression, passant de 40 millions en 2013 \u00e0 56 millions en 2014.\u00a0Le constat principal \u00e9tait une absence de consolidation du march\u00e9 : arrivera t-elle cette ann\u00e9e ou constaterons-nous, comme les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, un afflux de nouveaux acteurs ? Ce march\u00e9 va t-il d&rsquo;ailleurs continuer \u00e0 progresser ? Sont-ils une version moderne de l\u2019intranet\u00a0? Peut-on les comparer \u00e0 Facebook avec qui ils partagent quasiment le m\u00eame nom\u00a0? A-t-on vraiment besoin du logiciel d\u2019un \u00e9diteur\u00a0? La DSI ne peut-elle pas d\u00e9velopper un logiciel de ce type beaucoup plus adapt\u00e9 aux besoins de l\u2019entreprise\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>10 ans apr\u00e8s les questions suscit\u00e9es par les RSE ont chang\u00e9. Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux d\u2019entreprise ont peu \u00e0 peu conquis les entreprises et ont su faire les preuves de leurs b\u00e9n\u00e9fices.<\/p>\n<p>En 2015 Lecko, cabinet de conseil en\u00a0organisation et fournisseur de solutions pour porter la transformation num\u00e9rique, avait montr\u00e9 dans son \u00e9tude annuelle, que 80% des entreprises du CAC 40 ont au moins un RSE. Pour 75% des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du CAC40 il existe un RSE transversal accessible \u00e0 tous les collaborateurs du groupe.<\/p>\n<p>Certaines d\u2019entre elles (Orange, Bouygues\u2026) en sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 un RSE de deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.\u00a0Le march\u00e9 s\u2019est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, les usages ont chang\u00e9 et les entreprises ont peu \u00e0 peu entam\u00e9 une indispensable \u00ab\u00a0transformation num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p>Lecko\u00a0analyse tous les ans depuis 8 ans, l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019adoption et des usages en entreprises ainsi que l\u2019\u00e9volution des solutions. Voici les r\u00e9sultats de la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, parue d\u00e9but 2015.<\/p>\n<p>La transformation num\u00e9rique est l\u2019adaptation de l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re num\u00e9rique (nouveaux produits, nouveaux mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques, nouveau positionnement, et non\u00a0une num\u00e9risation des activit\u00e9s\u00a0de l\u2019entreprise).<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette adaptation, les r\u00e9seaux sociaux internes des\u00a0entreprises jouent un r\u00f4le central car ils permettent de mettre en r\u00e9seau les collaborateurs pour \u00eatre plus agiles, adapter leurs modes d\u2019organisation, d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences, mieux partager l\u2019information, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Cette transformation interne n\u00e9cessite une prise de conscience, une mobilisation et une mise en mouvement des collaborateurs et des managers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O\u00f9 en sont les grandes entreprises en France en 2016\u00a0?
