Ce d\u00eener, qui se tiendra au Restaurant de l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e Nationale (101 rue de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9), aura pour th\u00e8me <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.cdrt.fr\/les-evenements\/liste-des-evenements\/les-prochains-evenements\/evenement\/103-diner-a-l-assemblee-nationale-l-uberisation-des-telecoms\">\u00ab\u00a0Ub\u00e9risation : mythe ou r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ? (avec un focus sur les<\/span> t\u00e9l\u00e9coms <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.cdrt.fr\/les-evenements\/liste-des-evenements\/les-prochains-evenements\/evenement\/103-diner-a-l-assemblee-nationale-l-uberisation-des-telecoms\">et l&rsquo;informatique<\/span>)\u00a0\u00bb. Je plancherai \u00e0 ce d\u00eener aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d&rsquo;un ex coll\u00e8gue <a href=\"http:\/\/orange.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">d&rsquo;Orange<\/a>. La pr\u00e9paration de cette conf\u00e9rence m\u2019a fait r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir, voici donc l\u2019\u00e9tat de ces r\u00e9flexions, qui guidera ma pr\u00e9sentation du 4 f\u00e9vrier.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2015\/11\/uberisation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ub\u00e9risation<\/a>, qu\u2019est-ce que \u00e7a veut dire ? est-ce un vrai sujet ?<\/h2>\n<p>P<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"NewImage.png\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/NewImage-2.png\" alt=\"ub\u00e9risation : l'arriv\u00e9e des barbares\" width=\"181\" height=\"275\" border=\"0\" \/>remi\u00e8rement, le terme d&rsquo;ub\u00e9risation et sa v\u00e9ritable signification. Et peut-\u00eatre aussi une certaine exag\u00e9ration, propre \u00e0 faire peur \u00e0 tout le monde (c\u2019est une mani\u00e8re de faire du business, m\u00eame si ce n\u2019est pas la bonne \u00e0 mon humble avis). D&rsquo;abord, une caract\u00e9ristique commune \u00e0 toutes les nouvelles ruptures de l&rsquo;Internet depuis leurs d\u00e9buts (<a href=\"http:\/\/amazon.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Amazon<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/ebay.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">eBay<\/a> qui ne connaissaient pas la TVA en 95 par exemple. Ou cet entrepreneur du Web qui en 96 au Royaume-Uni avait cybersquatt\u00e9 le nom de domaine de la BBC). Le but est de jouer avec la loi et ses lacunes (\u00ab\u00a0<span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.techeye.net\/news\/camerons-internet-law-has-huge-loopholes\">loopholes<\/span>\u00ab\u00a0en anglais) et d&rsquo;en tirer un avantage concurrentiel puis de rafler la mise (<a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2014\/10\/concurrence-economie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">la fameuse loi de zipf<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Mais dans les t\u00e9l\u00e9coms, la rupture vient aussi et surtout de trublions plus \u00e9tablis <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2014\/03\/uber-interdit-en-belgique-waterloo-vtc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">qu\u2019Uber<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.giffgaff.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">giff gaff au Royaume-Uni<\/a>, mais aussi le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.free.fr\/adsl\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Free de Xavier Niel<\/a> qui est plus proche d&rsquo;EasyJet que de la d\u00e9marche d\u2019Uber). Derri\u00e8re ce d\u00e9bat de l&rsquo;ub\u00e9risation il y a aussi et surtout l&rsquo;\u00e9vocation de la fin du travail, telle que <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2015\/12\/bernard-stiegler\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">d\u00e9crite par Bernard Stiegler dans son ouvrage (\u00ab l&#8217;emploi est mort, vive le travail \u00bb)<\/a>. Un d\u00e9bat qui trouve un fort \u00e9cho aux \u00c9tats-Unis sous le nom de \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie des cachetons\u00a0\u00bb (ou <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/commentisfree\/2015\/jul\/26\/will-we-get-by-gig-economy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">GIG \u00a0economy<\/a>) et qui alimente tout le d\u00e9bat de la pr\u00e9sidentielle outre Atlantique. Sur ce point, beaucoup d&rsquo;informations contradictoires et de th\u00e8ses qui s\u2019affrontent : d&rsquo;une part le digital comme cr\u00e9ateur d&#8217;emploi et sauveurs de l\u2019\u00e9conomie. D\u2019autre part, le digital comme destructeur d&#8217;emploi. La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est en fait double, le digital est un \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2016\/01\/uberisation-des-telecoms-et-de-linformatique-mythe-ou-realite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pharmakon<\/a> \u00bb a \u00e9crit Bernard Stiegler (\u00e0 la fois une maladie et son rem\u00e8de).<\/p>\n<h2>Informatique et t\u00e9l\u00e9coms, sommes nous sur les m\u00eames sujets ? \u00a0l\u2019IT n\u2019a-t-elle pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0ub\u00e9ris\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 90 ?<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/unisys.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-20235\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/unisys.png\" alt=\"unisys et les t\u00e9l\u00e9coms\" width=\"351\" height=\"173\" \/><\/a>Voil\u00e0 deux secteurs qu&rsquo;on met dans le m\u00eame sac et qui sont pourtant tr\u00e8s \u00e9loign\u00e9s. Leur vocabulaire est diff\u00e9rent, leurs philosophies sont \u00a0diff\u00e9rentes, leurs histoires aussi. L&rsquo;IT est \u00e0 mon avis le premier secteur \u00e0 s&rsquo;\u00eatre fait num\u00e9riser par les \u00ab barbares \u00bb des ann\u00e9es 90, qui nous ont amen\u00e9 l&rsquo;informatique distribu\u00e9e et Unix. Unisys, o\u00f9 je travaillais entre 88 et 97 est pass\u00e9 de 120 000 \u00e0 30 000 employ\u00e9s sur cette p\u00e9riode (10 000 \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s aujourd&rsquo;hui). Cela fait -75 % de personnel tout de m\u00eame. Et je ne parle pas de tous les informaticiens comme Control data, DEC etc. qui ont purement et simplement disparu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 part cela, les t\u00e9l\u00e9coms ont toujours un probl\u00e8me avec Internet. Le mod\u00e8le premium et le mod\u00e8le au forfait leur a toujours sembl\u00e9 irrationnel. Tout cela sur fond de r\u00e9glementation (l\u2019informatique n&rsquo;est pas une profession r\u00e9glement\u00e9e et \u00e7a change tout), les perspectives d&rsquo;avenir sont donc tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes pour ces deux secteurs. L\u2019avenir s&rsquo;annonce incertain tout en s&rsquo;annon\u00e7ant passionnant car l&rsquo;incertitude est m\u00e8re d&rsquo;innovation en cela qu&rsquo;elle oblige les entreprises \u00e0 se sortir du train-train quotidien.<\/p>\n<p>N\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 vous inscrire cette conf\u00e9rence qui aura lieu au restaurant de l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e Nationale.
