Voici une de ces interviews, un long d\u00e9veloppement fleuve d\u2019au-moins 4000 mots ! qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 courageusement retranscrit par Aurore Lanchart Gonzalez et je dois avouer que cette interview m\u2019a fait vraiment plaisir. J\u2019ai rencontr\u00e9 Aurore dans le cadre de l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nqt.fr\/\">association Nos Quartiers Ont Des Talents<\/a>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Elle venait me voir pour prendre des conseils\u00a0et chercher un travail, ce qui n\u2019est pas toujours facile quand on habite St Denis. Quelques ann\u00e9es plus tard, elle a cr\u00e9\u00e9 avec\u00a0une amie le blog\u00a0\u201c<span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/lepetitcloud.com\/interview-yann-gourvennec\/\">le petit cloud<\/span>\u201d o\u00f9 elle y documente sa passion pour le num\u00e9rique. Dans ce cadre elle interviewe diverses personnes du secteur. Voici mon interview sur l&rsquo;avenir des r\u00e9seaux sociaux, avec laquelle elle a clos l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, le temps pour moi de vous\u00a0souhaiter tous mes voeux pour celle qui vient \u00e0 peine de commencer.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Quel avenir pour les r\u00e9seaux\u00a0sociaux ?<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/barometre-hootsuite-medias-sociaux-chouette-e1585034704187.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-29025 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/barometre-hootsuite-medias-sociaux-chouette-e1585034704187.jpg\" alt=\"Quel avenir pour les m\u00e9dias sociaux\" width=\"519\" height=\"340\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/barometre-hootsuite-medias-sociaux-chouette-e1585034704187.jpg 519w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/barometre-hootsuite-medias-sociaux-chouette-e1585034704187-458x300.jpg 458w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 519px) 100vw, 519px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Le marketing visionnaire de Yann Gourvennec &#8211; Le Petit Cloud<\/h3>\n<p>A votre sens quel est l\u2019avenir des r\u00e9seaux sociaux, et quelle est le r\u00f4le des r\u00e9seaux sociaux \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8res comme Snapchat, ou \u201cprivatis\u00e9s\u201d comme Whatsapp, les groupes ferm\u00e9s de Facebook\u2026 Est-ce qu\u2019il y a une place pour le marketing l\u00e0 dedans ?<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai une th\u00e9orie l\u00e0-dessus : les syst\u00e8mes de chat servent essentiellement aux jeunes qui essaient d\u2019\u00e9chapper aux parents, et tous les ans ils changent de syst\u00e8me. Je sais qu\u2019on compte toutes ces messageries parmi les r\u00e9seaux sociaux mais \u00e0 mon avis c\u2019est vraiment quelque chose \u00e0 part, que je d\u00e9finirais plus comme outils de t\u00e9l\u00e9com que comme des m\u00e9dias sociaux. Si on revient sur les vrais r\u00e9seaux sociaux, la messe est dite, il n\u2019en reste plus que deux : Facebook et Twitter.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il y a aussi Pinterest qui int\u00e9resse 2-3 geeks mais qui a beaucoup perdu ces derniers temps, ce n\u2019est m\u00eame plus un r\u00e9seau social f\u00e9minin, \u00e7a a compl\u00e8tement chang\u00e9 ! Et puis il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019engagement sur Pinterest, sauf dans la mode. Aujourd\u2019hui vous avez Facebook et Twitter, point ! D\u2019ailleurs on voit bien ce que font les marques aujourd\u2019hui. Par exemple, en 2011 Google+ est arriv\u00e9 et on s\u2019est tous retrouv\u00e9s sous pression : tous les responsables de marques ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 transpirer, ils ont tous fini pour ouvrir un compte pour occuper le terrain, mais qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019ils ont fait avec ? Ils ont mis du contenu automatique : le contenu qu\u2019on mettait ailleurs, on le reprenait sur Google+ pour \u00eatre tranquilles. On a tous baiss\u00e9 la t\u00eate en attendant que \u00e7a finisse, et 5 ans apr\u00e8s \u00e7a y est, Google+ est mort, m\u00eame \u00e0 titre personnel c\u2019est termin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Si m\u00eame Google n\u2019y arrive pas \u2013 et \u00e7a fait 4 fois qu\u2019ils essaient- c\u2019est que les r\u00e9seaux sociaux g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes c\u2019est termin\u00e9 ! Peut \u00eatre que dans deux ou trois ans quelqu\u2019un me montrera que j\u2019ai tort en sortant un truc compl\u00e8tement renversant et bouleversant, mais j\u2019ai du mal \u00e0 y croire : je pense que la vague des m\u00e9dias sociaux g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes est termin\u00e9e. Est-ce que le marketing du bouche \u00e0 oreille, lui, est termin\u00e9 ? Non, car il ne se limite pas aux m\u00e9dias sociaux et il ne mourra pas avec les m\u00e9dias sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ce que je dis depuis le d\u00e9but, ces outils l\u00e0 (Facebook, Twitter\u2026) peuvent dispara\u00eetre d\u2019un moment \u00e0 l\u2019autre, il y en aura d\u2019autres qui viendront les remplacer. Je ne suis m\u00eame pas s\u00fbr que Twitter survive. J\u2019en suis d\u00e9sol\u00e9 parce que j\u2019adore cet outil ! Donc ce que je pr\u00e9vois, c\u2019est qu\u2019il restera un \u2013peut \u00eatre deux- m\u00e9dias sociaux g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes, pas plus.La prochaine bataille de Facebook, c\u2019est d\u2019aller piquer le trafic de Google : ils essaient de d\u00e9velopper le moteur de recherche interne pour tout ramener dans Facebook, et si \u00e7a marche ils ont tu\u00e9 l\u2019internet !<\/p>\n<p>Il y a un enjeu de neutralit\u00e9 du net qui est gigantesque.
