En attendant le bilan de notre deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e d&rsquo;existence, mi-f\u00e9vrier, nous pouvons d\u00e9j\u00e0 nous r\u00e9jouir de cette ann\u00e9e, en attendant 2016 !\u00a0<\/em><\/span>A l\u2019occasion des rencontres internationales de la French tech, Thomas Benzazon de Widoobiz a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.widoobiz.com\/rencontres-internationales-de-la-french-tech\/rencontres-internationales-de-la-french-tech-yann-gourvennec-visionary-marketing\/63451\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">une interview de Yann Gourvennec, sur les enjeux des entreprises impact\u00e9es par le digital.<\/a> L\u2019enjeu principal est celui de la vente qui se retrouve profond\u00e9ment chamboul\u00e9e par le digital.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a un enjeu \u00e9norme pour les 5 prochaines\u00a0ann\u00e9es. Cet enjeu est la vente. On pensait justement que la vente serait \u00e0 l&rsquo;abri de la transformation digitale\u00a0: un commercial va simplement voir un client pour lui vendre le produit ou la solution. Sauf que les choses vont changer.\u00a0Il y a tout d\u2019abord l\u2019\u00e9volution du comportement des clients B2B qui se rapproche de celui des consommateurs B2C. On peut le voir avec la tendance du self service\u00a0: le client a horreur qu\u2019on lui vende, mais il adore acheter. Or, lorsqu\u2019il veut acheter, il va chercher automatiquement le conseil, l\u2019avis de quelqu\u2019un, qui n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment le vendeur. Dans les 5 prochaines ann\u00e9es, il va pourtant y avoir une course \u00e0 l\u2019e-commerce B2B\u00a0! Il y a une inclusion du domaine Web \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du circuit commercial B2B.
