Mais mieux vaut tard que jamais, ce d\u00e9calage est symptomatique de l\u2019attitude goguenarde de nos entrepreneurs fran\u00e7ais par rapport au Web, tout au long des 15 ann\u00e9es pass\u00e9es. Le site Web a \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9 &#8211; \u00e0 tort &#8211; comme ce bidule de communication, ce support \u00e0 plaquette, parfois aussi utilis\u00e9 pour tester les derniers gadgets de graphisme \u00e0 la mode (pass\u00e9e la mode du Flash qui nous a pollu\u00e9s pendant toutes ces ann\u00e9es et d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 il y a peu,\u00a0voici venir la gangr\u00e8ne du flat design qui fait oublier le contenu au profit de l\u2019esth\u00e9tique). Et pourtant le Web peut aider \u00e0 vendre. De bien des mani\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Compl\u00e9ment naturel de l\u2019inbound marketing, le marketing automation est donc dans l\u2019air du temps. Ce mapping des contenus pr\u00e9sente un double avantage\u00a0: rendre plus lisible votre pr\u00e9sence digitale pour l\u2019internaute et rendre exploitables les donn\u00e9es de navigation collect\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Je tiens \u00e9galement \u00e0 souligner, par exp\u00e9rience, que le design ou le look &amp; feel ne sont pas la priorit\u00e9, contrairement \u00e0 ce que certaines agences vont tenter de vous vendre. Seule compte l\u2019efficacit\u00e9. Vous veillerez \u00e9galement \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il n\u2019y ait pas d\u2019erreurs 404 et \u00e0 ce que vos formulaires et m\u00e9canismes de t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement n\u2019affichent pas d\u2019erreur.
