Penchons-nous sur deux aspects qui se trouvent de plus en plus au c\u0153ur de cette \u00e9volution\u00a0: le confort de l\u2019utilisateur et les paiements mobiles.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Instant Mobiles et confort utilisateur\u00a0: la question \u00e0 se poser<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Afin de cr\u00e9er une exp\u00e9rience simple et agr\u00e9able pour ses clients, il est n\u00e9cessaire de se poser une question fondamentale\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ma technologie\/mon appli r\u00e9sout-elle un probl\u00e8me ? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il faut se demander\u00a0plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment : <strong>est-ce qu\u2019elle rend l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019achat plus agr\u00e9able\u00a0?<\/strong> Est-il plus simple de trouver, explorer, rechercher des produits\u00a0? Est ce qu\u2019elle permet d\u2019acheter plus rapidement\u00a0? Car c\u2019est \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s tout ce qui importe pour les clients. Prendre conscience de cela et se concentrer sur l\u2019identification et la r\u00e9solution des probl\u00e8mes des clients, c\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 faire un tr\u00e8s grand pas en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Prenons l\u2019exemple d\u2019une enseigne qui souhaitait inciter ses clients \u00e0 regarder ses produits en magasin, mais qui devaient ensuite passer commande sur leur smartphone et finaliser leur achat en ligne. C\u2019est une approche certes \u00ab\u00a0innovante\u00a0\u00bb, mais est-ce que cela facilite la vie des clients\u00a0? Probablement pas.<\/span>Evidemment, les utilisateurs ont chacun leur propre d\u00e9finition du mot \u00ab\u00a0confort\u00a0\u00bb, et il est important de s\u2019assurer de tous les satisfaire. Il est ainsi n\u00e9cessaire de savoir quel client utilise quels types d\u2019appareils et quels canaux, et se demander ce que l\u2019on peut faire de son c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour faciliter le plus possible, pour chacun de ces segments, le processus d\u2019achat.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9cemment, lors de <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20180607150834\/http:\/\/dmexco.de\/\">DMEXCO qui s\u2019est tenue mi-septembre \u00e0 Cologne (Allemagne)<\/a>, les participants \u00e0 une conf\u00e9rence ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 comparer diff\u00e9rentes applis mobiles et \u00e0 voter pour\u00a0r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question :<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quelles technologies marketing\/applis auront disparu d\u2019ici l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine\u00a0?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les messages en push\u00a0: 15%<\/li>\n<li>Les applis des marques\u00a0: 20%<\/li>\n<li>QR Codes\u00a0: 65%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat n\u2019est pas si surprenant, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9\u00a0le design peu flatteur et le c\u00f4t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s peu pratique des QR codes. Le march\u00e9 des applis est particuli\u00e8rement encombr\u00e9 et il est presque impossible de s\u2019y retrouver\u2026 mais, pour l\u2019instant, il semble qu\u2019elles soient l\u00e0 pour durer au moins une ann\u00e9e suppl\u00e9mentaire.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Alors comment faire pour que quelqu\u2019un t\u00e9l\u00e9charge votre appli\u00a0? Tout simplement en r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 l\u2019un de leurs grands probl\u00e8mes (comme <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.uber.com\/fr\/\">Uber<\/span> ou <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.blablacar.fr\/\">BlablaCar<\/span>). Dit autrement : \u00ab\u00a0Dans le futur, nous r\u00e9soudrons des probl\u00e8mes dont nous n\u2019avions m\u00eame pas connaissance ; si votre appli fait cela, vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 gagn\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Surpris par cette fr\u00e9n\u00e9sie du mobile, les entreprises ont simplement oubli\u00e9 la principale qualit\u00e9 d\u2019une appli\u00a0: \u00eatre utile \u00e0 l\u2019utilisateur.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>La tendance du \u00a0paiement mobile <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le paiement via mobile est \u00e9galement le grand sujet du moment \u2013 un sujet qui montre que le comportement online des utilisateurs commence \u00e0 r\u00e9ellement impacter le monde offline.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la pr\u00e9diction selon laquelle nous ne paierons bient\u00f4t plus par carte bancaire, les commer\u00e7ants doivent encore r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des attentes \u00e9lev\u00e9es pour satisfaire leurs clients sur le paiement des achats. Certains pr\u00e9f\u00e8reront payer par carte un jour, mais en esp\u00e8ces le lendemain, et peut \u00eatre par paiement mobile le surlendemain. Cela est toujours li\u00e9 au confort et au fait de rendre l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019achat aussi simple que possible, pour tous les segments.<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019on se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019argument du confort \u00e9voqu\u00e9 plus haut, les paiements mobiles r\u00e9solvent effectivement un probl\u00e8me. Scanner et tapoter sur votre mobile est toujours plus agr\u00e9able que tripoter une machine \u00e0 carte ou des pi\u00e8ces de monnaie, car cela s\u2019int\u00e8gre plus facilement au parcours d\u2019ensemble du consommateur. Dans un monde id\u00e9al, le processus de paiement se ferait en arri\u00e8re-plan, de mani\u00e8re transparente, et le client n\u2019aurait rien \u00e0 faire.<\/p>\n<p>Evidemment, il y a beaucoup plus de choses \u00e0 prendre en compte que les simples paiements mobiles lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019avoir une vision globale sur la fa\u00e7on dont le mobile peut r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie de communication d\u2019une marque. Proposer un wifi gratuit (et de bonne qualit\u00e9) en magasin peut \u00eatre un bon d\u00e9but, mais il faut \u00e9galement penser aux<a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2014\/07\/geofencing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> offres g\u00e9o-cibl\u00e9es <\/a>ainsi qu\u2019aux actes d\u2019achats simplifi\u00e9s en fonction des diff\u00e9rents points d\u2019interaction. Finalement, toutes ces actions sont l\u00e0 pour contribuer \u00e0 un acte d\u2019achat plus facile, plus int\u00e9ressant et plus rapide.
