D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s lui, celles-ci contribueraient \u00e0 une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 traduit et adapt\u00e9 par nos soins.<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience utilisateur, un concept des ann\u00e9es 90<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/leeschlenker\">D\u2019apr\u00e8s la norme ISO 9241-210, <\/span>l<strong>\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur<\/strong><span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/leeschlenker\"> correspond \u00ab\u00a0aux r\u00e9ponses et aux perceptions d\u2019une personne r\u00e9sultant de l\u2019usage ou de l\u2019anticipation de l\u2019usage d\u2019un produit, d\u2019un service ou d\u2019un syst\u00e8me\u00a0\u00bb<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Le terme <em>exp\u00e9rience utilisateur<\/em> a vu sa popularit\u00e9 cro\u00eetre dans les ann\u00e9es 1990. C\u2019est \u00e0 cette p\u00e9riode que la concentration sur le design des produits, qui \u00e9tait en vogue, a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9e par celle de l\u2018exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 travers la technologie.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Emotional-Design-Love-Everyday-Things\/dp\/0465051367\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dans ses \u00e9crits<\/a>, Donald Norman explique l\u2019importance des facteurs affectifs que sont les sentiments, les motivations et les valeurs et leur influence sur la fa\u00e7on dont les utilisateurs valorisent les technologies physiques et digitales. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Sketching-User-Experiences-Interactive-Technologies\/dp\/0123740371\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Buxton<\/a> (2007) souligne que, malgr\u00e9 le biais technocratique et mat\u00e9rialiste de notre culture technologique, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience est surtout le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019une conception personnelle.<\/p>\n<h3>Une exp\u00e9rience am\u00e9lior\u00e9e par plusieurs facteurs<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur est certes am\u00e9lior\u00e9e par les technologies physiques et digitales.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/psych.colorado.edu\/~vanboven\/research\/publications\/vb_gilo_2003.pdf\">En effet, comme le dit si bien Van Boven (2003), le voyage n\u00e9cessite un moyen de transport, un bon repas requiert une bonne cuisine et la plupart des concerts exigent des instruments et un syst\u00e8me d\u2019amplification de qualit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cela illustre bien le point pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Le progr\u00e8s dans les domaines des m\u00e9dias sociaux, des applications mobiles et du \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cloud_computing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cloud computing<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb, place la technologie homme-logiciel au c\u0153ur des activit\u00e9s sociales. La technologie ne s\u2019oppose pas \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, la technologie forge la fa\u00e7on dont on interagit avec notre environnement.<\/p>\n<p>Le concept cl\u00e9 de cet article est la pr\u00e9\u00e9minence de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience humaine est un m\u00e9lange de sentiments, de pens\u00e9es et d\u2019actions.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s les sciences cognitives, nos perceptions se forment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette exp\u00e9rience qui est cr\u00e9\u00e9e \u00e0 travers une int\u00e9gration des \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants\u00a0: la perception, la raison et les actions.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hassenzahl.wordpress.com\/2014\/05\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hassenzahl<\/a> (2014) discute le fait que la connaissance, la m\u00e9moire et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience sont fondamentalement entrelac\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Il explique que nous passons notre temps \u00e0 penser \u00e0 nos souvenirs et \u00e0 anticiper le futur. La valeur de la technologie peut donc \u00eatre compar\u00e9e \u00e0 celle d\u2019un objet interactif.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u0153uvres\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2020\/11\/economie-d-experience\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>The Experience Economy\u00a0<\/em>(Pine &amp; Gilmore, 1999)<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/abs\/10.1362\/026725799784870496\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Experiential Marketing<\/em>\u00a0(Schmitt, 1999)<\/a>\u00a0et\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/New-Brand-World-Principles-Twenty-First\/dp\/0142001902\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>A New Brand World<\/em>\u00a0(Bedbury &amp; Finichell, 2003)<\/a>\u00a0accentuent la concentration des entreprises et de l\u2019\u00e9ducation sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience plut\u00f4t que sur les produits et services.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/books.google.fr\/books?hl=en&amp;lr=&amp;id=Oo3KSW0fJtAC&amp;oi=fnd&amp;pg=PR1&amp;dq=Schulze,+Gerhard+(2005):+Die+Erlebnisgesellschaft:+Kultursoziologie+der+Gegenwart&amp;ots=TKD3EsuN3M&amp;sig=BBqWNsEfVmbWa6-cYWSc1GFZv8s#v=onepage&amp;q=Schulze%2C%20Gerhard%20(2005)%3A%20Die%20Erlebnisgesellschaft%3A%20Kultursoziologie%20der%20Gegenwart&amp;f=false\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Schulze<\/a> (2005) \u00e9tudie de plus pr\u00e8s les moteurs de l\u2019\u00e9conomie bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience : ce sont la personnalisation de masse plut\u00f4t que la production de masse, la concentration plut\u00f4t que la dispersion et enfin la production \u00e0 la place de la consommation.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur est affect\u00e9e sur trois temps (avant, durant et apr\u00e8s l\u2019utilisation de la technologie) par les facteurs suivants\u00a0: interaction sociale, marque, prix, marketing etc.<\/p>\n<p>Dans notre <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2020\/04\/transformation-digitale-coronavirus\/\">\u00e9conomie digitale actuelle<\/a> qui est extr\u00eamement comp\u00e9titive, produire un avantage comp\u00e9titif durable est d\u2019autant plus important. Les id\u00e9es, les produits et les services peuvent \u00eatre de plus en plus copi\u00e9s, dupliqu\u00e9s et reproduis, tandis que l\u2019exp\u00e9rience reste unique et personnelle.<\/p>\n<p>La valeur de la technologie est mesur\u00e9e en terme de co\u00fbts de production, de cycles du produit et de l\u2019\u00e9talage. En effet, la valeur de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience est subjective : elle est efficace et cumulative \u00e0 travers le temps et l\u2019espace.<\/p>\n<p>Un exemple de processus clarifiera cette id\u00e9e\u00a0: l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de saisir un texte sur une tablette iPad affecte l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de la publication sur Facebook, qui de son c\u00f4t\u00e9 influe sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de la communication digitale. Celle-ci \u00e0 son tour cr\u00e9\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience client.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/psych.colorado.edu\/~vanboven\/vanboven\/Publications_files\/vanboven_rgp_2005.pdf\">Van Boven (2005, p.137) note aussi que l\u2019exp\u00e9rience est auto-enrichissante au fil du temps. Il explique que le souvenir que l\u2019on a d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience est souvent aiguis\u00e9 voire d\u00e9form\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>De sorte que cette exp\u00e9rience nous para\u00eet, en r\u00e9trospective, mieux que ce qu\u2019elle n\u2019\u00e9tait.
