Lien entre les services, liaison avec les RP, tactiques de r\u00e9ponse (ou de temporisation selon le cas) aux crises, r\u00e9ponses aux clients etc. Ces diff\u00e9rents \u00e9v\u00e9nements font le quotidien des <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/vision\/marketing-b2b-medias-sociaux.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">medias sociaux en entreprises<\/a> &#8211; avec des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s pour chaque entreprise et chaque secteur &#8211; et il n&rsquo;est pas normal de voir encore de l&rsquo;improvisation sur le terrain dans les moment critiques et m\u00eame dans les actions les plus simples ;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Former les personnels et diffuser la culture m\u00e9dias sociaux dans l&rsquo;entreprise<\/strong> pour favoriser la gestion d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e en \u00e9toile et r\u00e9partir les responsabilit\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;entreprise en fonction des localisations, des langues et aussi des domaines de comp\u00e9tences. A terme, les fonctions centrales seront essentiellement en charge de coordonner les \u00e9quipes d&rsquo; \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.definitions-marketing.com\/definition\/ambassadeur-de-marque\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ambassadeurs de la marque<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0. Rappelons, toujours selon notre barom\u00e8tre, que seuls 30% des r\u00e9pondants (vs. Pr\u00e8s de 60% aux US sur un barom\u00e8tre similaire) affirment disposer d&rsquo;une charte des m\u00e9dias sociaux. La n\u00e9cessaire structuration de leur usage dans l&rsquo;entreprise devra se faire n\u00e9anmoins dans le respect de l&rsquo;innovation et de l&rsquo;initiative locale ;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong> Am\u00e9liorer le reporting pour le rendre plus parlant et surtout plus compr\u00e9hensible aux managers de haut niveau<\/strong> qui n&rsquo;ont pas forc\u00e9ment de temps \u00e0 consacrer au d\u00e9cryptage de m\u00e9triques fumeuses et approximatives, comme le \u00ab\u00a0<span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.dictionnaireduweb.com\/taux-engagement-facebook\/\">taux d&rsquo;engagement<\/span>\u00a0\u00bb par exemple. Les responsables m\u00e9dias sociaux doivent apprendre \u00e0 parler le langage des humains pour donner plus de visibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 leur travail et ses r\u00e9sultats, sans oublier le rapport de ce travail \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie globale de l&rsquo;entreprise. Ce point a \u00e9t\u00e9 lui aussi largement soulev\u00e9 au travers de notre barom\u00e8tre 2015. La t\u00e2che est ardue tant les chiffres fournis par les syst\u00e8mes sont foisonnants, approximatifs et peu coh\u00e9rents entre eux.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Ce travail doit s&rsquo;inscrire bien \u00e9videmment dans une d\u00e9marche incitative de conduite de changement, si possible en jouant le r\u00e9seau et en favorisant l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence de relais
