Le but est plus d\u2019identifier les changements \u00e0 venir que de d\u00e9livrer des \u201crecettes\u201d. Je l&rsquo;ai donc \u00e9crit certes pour les agriculteurs, \u00a0mais \u00e9galement pour l&rsquo;ensemble des consommateurs. Il n&rsquo;existe pas d&rsquo;autres cat\u00e9gories professionnelles ayant fait une telle r\u00e9volution. Nous arrivons \u00e0 un point o\u00f9 les agriculteurs sont encore nombreux, mais l\u2019on ne peut plus diminuer le nombre de producteurs, d\u2019acteurs de l&rsquo;agriculture. Aussi, l&rsquo;agriculture a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9norm\u00e9ment consommatrice d&rsquo;intrants pour nourrir la terre, \u00e9liminer les mauvaises herbes et les maladies. Il devient n\u00e9cessaire de \u00a0r\u00e9duire cette utilisation, tout en continuant \u00e0 produire davantage. \u00a0Nous devons passer d&rsquo;une agriculture utilisatrice d&rsquo;intrants \u00e0 une agriculture utilisatrice de connaissances : c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le num\u00e9rique va nous aider \u00e0 agr\u00e9ger ces connaissances.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comment le digital peut-il transformer l&rsquo;agriculture ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Le digital peut transformer l&rsquo;agriculture de plusieurs mani\u00e8res :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> il g\u00e9n\u00e8re chaque jour des milliers d&rsquo;innovation. Que ce soit \u00a0en hardware, en software, en robotique, en capteurs&#8230; \u00a0certains sont des gadgets, d&rsquo;autres resteront dans le temps. L&rsquo;agriculture \u00a0est impact\u00e9e par le digital comme toutes les professions. C&rsquo;est ce que j&rsquo;ai expliqu\u00e9 au\u00a0Smart agri, les objets intelligents au service de l&rsquo;agriculture.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il y a \u00e9galement une \u00e9volution consid\u00e9rable au niveau de \u00a0la communication. Les agriculteurs peuvent\u00a0communiquer diff\u00e9remment via les r\u00e9seaux sociaux avec les consommateurs mais \u00e9galement avec les machines. La nouveaut\u00e9 c&rsquo;est le dialogue entre les machines. L\u2019information est fondamentalement modifi\u00e9e dans la fa\u00e7on de l\u2019\u00e9mettre mais aussi de la recevoir, de la stocker, de la traiter. C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs tout l&rsquo;enjeu des Big Data. \u00a0C&rsquo;est \u00e0 travers ces connaissances que nous allons pouvoir \u00e9voluer, \u00a0car si les intrants seront moins disponibles demain, nous utilisons aujourd&rsquo;hui \u00a0\u00e0 peine 1% de nos connaissances. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C&rsquo;est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces innovations et \u00e0 ce d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019information \u00a0que l&rsquo;on voit\u00a0\u00e9merger les technologies du \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bio-design\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">biodesign<\/a> et du <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Biomim%C3%A9tisme\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">biomim\u00e9tisme<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avez-vous des exemples deux cas o\u00f9 le digital transforme cet agriculture<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le Smart Agri est le plus visible. \u00a0Cela se traduit par exemple par la robotique, que l&rsquo;on utilise depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, par exemple pour enlever la plus grande \u00a0astreinte des agriculteurs qui est la traite \u00a0des vaches. \u00a0Aujourd&rsquo;hui, cette t\u00e2che est robotis\u00e9e \u00a0dans de nombreuses exploitations. Le num\u00e9rique contribue ainsi largement \u00e0 diminuer la p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On utilise \u00e9galement\u00a0des robots pour arracher l&rsquo;herbe dans des champs, et nous avons des logiciels pour nous accompagner dans le suivi de l&rsquo;exploitation, des outils d&rsquo;aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision tr\u00e8s nombreux. On constate aussi une pr\u00e9sence de l&rsquo;agriculteur sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux de plus en plus grande.
