A priori rien, si ce n&rsquo;est que tous deux sont les r\u00e9sultats d&rsquo;une transformation, d&rsquo;une chenille dans le premier cas, d&rsquo;une certaine quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau dans le second. Il ne viendrait sans doute pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de quiconque de rapprocher les deux, tant leur nature, leur contexte, les conditions de d\u00e9part et les m\u00e9canismes qui les r\u00e9gissent sont diff\u00e9rents. Les deux sont le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;une transformation (qui n&rsquo;est pas pour le coup une transformation digitale).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La croyance selon laquelle la technologie, accompagn\u00e9e par ce qu&rsquo;on appelle pompeusement \u00ab\u00a0gestion du changement\u00a0\u00bb, et qui g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement se r\u00e9sume \u00e0 un m\u00e9lange de communication (plus ou moins inspir\u00e9e) et de formation (plus ou moins p\u00e9dagogique), \u00e9tait cens\u00e9e entra\u00eener la transformation en g\u00e9n\u00e9rant par elle-m\u00eame de nouveaux usages, est enfin r\u00e9volue.<\/p>\n<p>A t\u00e9moin le tout r\u00e9cent changement de nom de l&rsquo;Entreprise 2.0 Summit, l&rsquo;une des plus importantes conf\u00e9rences en France sur le sujet de la transformation digitale interne, en <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20171114034002\/http:\/\/www.enterprise-digital.net:80\/paris.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Digital Enterprise Summit<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ce changement est l&rsquo;aboutissement logique de la prise de conscience par ses organisateurs de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de ne pas consid\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement des pratiques collaboratives dans l&rsquo;entreprise comme une fin en soi, mais comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment clef d&rsquo;une digitalisation impliquant les m\u00e9tiers, les processus, le delivery, voire la structure m\u00eame de l&rsquo;organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre indice, bien plus important encore, montrant que la transformation digitale est d\u00e9sormais l&rsquo;affaire de tous les services et de toutes les fonctions de l&rsquo;entreprise, est la tenue \u00e0 Paris les 27 et 28 octobre prochains d&rsquo;une conf\u00e9rence d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la transformation digitale des ressources humaines: <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.hrtechcongress.com\">HR Tech World Congress<\/span>, dont les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes \u00e9ditions s&rsquo;\u00e9taient d\u00e9roul\u00e9es \u00e0 Amsterdam.<\/p>\n<p>Un \u00e9v\u00e9nement d&rsquo;importance, qui d\u00e9montre que l&rsquo;implication et la mobilisation d&rsquo;une des fonctions traditionnellement -en France du moins- les plus r\u00e9ticentes \u00e0 passer de la r\u00e9flexion sur l&rsquo;impact des technologies digitales sur les comportements \u00e0 leur adoption par l&rsquo;entreprise, et qui devrait attirer plus de 4 000 participants professionnels des ressources humaines.<\/p>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, de plus en plus d&rsquo;entreprises cr\u00e9ent ou ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 la fonction de Chief Digital Officer, prenant conscience, entre autres, de l&rsquo;importance de transformer les canaux et les pratiques par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire desquels elles interagissent avec leurs clients.<\/p>\n<p>Mais que la prise en compte par <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2021\/12\/transformation-digitale-des-pme\/\">l&rsquo;entreprise des conditions nouvelles<\/a>, fluctuantes, incertaines, et hyper-connect\u00e9es de son environnement provienne de la pression externe de ses clients ou d&rsquo;un besoin interne de repenser le travail, elle se traduit encore bien trop souvent par l&rsquo;application de recettes \u00ab\u00a0sur \u00e9tag\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Dans bien trop de cas, tout se passe comme si la technologie \u00ab\u00a0aplatissait\u00a0\u00bb le contexte dans lequel l&rsquo;entreprise op\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Le fait que, comme <a href=\"http:\/\/business.lesechos.fr\/directions-numeriques\/digital\/transformation-digitale\/021374821938-mestrallet-le-digital-pas-une-option-une-necessite-203632.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l&rsquo;exprimait tr\u00e8s r\u00e9cemment<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/business.lesechos.fr\/directions-numeriques\/digital\/transformation-digitale\/021374821938-mestrallet-le-digital-pas-une-option-une-necessite-203632.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">G\u00e9rard Mestrallet, PDG d&rsquo;Engie<\/a>, le digital ne soit pas une option, mais une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, ne doit pas \u00eatre un pr\u00e9texte pour se jeter t\u00eate en avant dans la mise en place d&rsquo;outils ou de strat\u00e9gies \u00e0 la mode.<\/p>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;y a pas de pr\u00eat-\u00e0-porter en mati\u00e8re de transformation num\u00e9rique; une entreprise se construit au fur et \u00e0 mesure des ann\u00e9es, d\u00e9veloppe une culture qui lui est propre dans le contexte qui est le sien, faite d&rsquo;interactions humaines, de pratiques aux origines parfois obscures, de r\u00e9seaux de comp\u00e9tence dont la configuration ne ressemble pas \u00e0 celle de l&rsquo;organigramme officiel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chaque entreprise doit entreprendre SA transformation digitale, une transformation qui ne ressemble \u00e0 aucune autre, et qui s&rsquo;ancre bien davantage dans la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 humaine que dans les sir\u00e8nes de la technologie.<\/strong> Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une transformation fondamentale, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;entreprendre, ou de poursuivre, en s&rsquo;engageant dans la bonne direction et en impliquant l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;entreprise, pour \u00e9viter bien des d\u00e9boires.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La transformation digitale des RH ne peut en aucun cas se faire en pr\u00eat \u00e0 porter.
