Jeudi\u00a017 septembre, le fameux site d&rsquo; \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9pinglage\u00a0\u00bb d&rsquo;images Pinterest a enfin d\u00e9voil\u00e9 \u00a0son nombre d&rsquo;utilisateurs : 100 millions ! D&rsquo;ailleurs, les marques sont aussi de la partie. Bon, on dirait que j&rsquo;ai rat\u00e9 quelque chose avec Pinterest<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L&rsquo;outil d&rsquo; \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9pinglage\u00a0\u00bb (\u00ab\u00a0pinning\u00a0\u00bb) vous permet \u00e9galement de regarder <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pinterest.com\/pin\/167970261079695069\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">les statistiques de visites, et la\u2026 du moins pour ma pauvre personne, pas grand-chose \u00e0 se mettre sous la dent<\/a>\u00a0(j&rsquo;ai d\u00fb rater quelque chose). Ce qui tendrait \u00e0 confirmer l&rsquo;impression que j&rsquo;en avais eue tout au long de ces ann\u00e9es d&rsquo;utilisation. J&rsquo;ai\u00a0pass\u00e9 ainsi un\u00a0temps non n\u00e9gligeable \u00e0 ordonner des photos, notamment dans une planche (\u00ab\u00a0board\u00a0\u00bb)\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pinterest.com\/ygourven\/photography\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la photographie (mon hobby)<\/a>, mais les r\u00e9actions sur cet onglet ont toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s mitig\u00e9es. Au-del\u00e0 de cette bataille de chiffres, \u00e0 noter la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 de certains utilisateurs comme cette prof qui a utilis\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pinterest.com\/artgirl90\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l&rsquo;outil Pinterest pour innover dans son enseignement. J&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e int\u00e9ressante m\u00eame si le r\u00e9sultat est un peu d\u00e9cevant.<\/a> J&rsquo;ai remarqu\u00e9 aussi le peu de r\u00e9action des utilisateurs sur les infographies dans Pinterest, qui ont tendance \u00e0 marcher 1000 fois mieux dans <a href=\"http:\/\/slideshare.net\/ygourven\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Slideshare (d\u00e9sormais rachet\u00e9 et int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 LinkedIn)<\/a>. Donna Staten a certainement accumul\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/artgirl2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">beaucoup de suiveurs, \u00e0 l&rsquo;inverse de son compte Twitter, assez path\u00e9thique<\/a>. Ceci confirme aussi une autre impression que j&rsquo;avais, \u00e0 savoir que Pinterest est consommateur de temps et que pour y r\u00e9ussir, cela se fait au d\u00e9triment des autres plateformes. L&rsquo;outil\u00a0demande donc une intense sp\u00e9cialisation, on pourra se poser la question de savoir si cela vaut le coup d&rsquo;investir ainsi.<\/p>\n<p>Le communiqu\u00e9 de presse nous d\u00e9voile quand m\u00eame quelques informations suppl\u00e9mentaires : d&rsquo;abord une\u00a0forte augmentation dans les 18 derniers mois (doublement du nombre d&rsquo;utilisateurs), une grande proportion de cliqueurs\u00a0parmi les visiteurs (70 %), mais aussi et surtout une\u00a0proportion importante d&rsquo;utilisateurs hors des \u00c9tats-Unis (45 % ce qui change beaucoup des d\u00e9buts de l&rsquo;outil qui \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s centr\u00e9 sur la population f\u00e9minine du Midwest am\u00e9ricain).<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00a0point int\u00e9ressant \u00e9galement : \u201cles 2\/3 des images \u00e9pingl\u00e9es\u00a0dans les pages proviennent de sites e-commerce et de blogs\u201d. Reste \u00e0 savoir quelle est la r\u00e9elle proportion d&rsquo;utilisateurs actifs, et \u00e0 partir de quand on les consid\u00e8re <em>r\u00e9ellement<\/em> comme actifs. Il semblerait que Pinterest ait r\u00e9ussi\u00a0\u00e0 occuper une\u00a0niche \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des m\u00e9dias sociaux, en retrait derri\u00e8re <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">instagram<\/a> (300 millions d&rsquo;utilisateurs actifs mensuels), et surtout le g\u00e9ant de Marc Zuckerberg, en proposant un concept plus proche de la curation, que de la cr\u00e9ation de contenus visuels.<\/p>\n<h3>Article sur le blog de Pinterest\u00a0indiquant son\u00a0nombre d&rsquo;utilisateurs<\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Back in 2010 when we first started Pinterest, we were blown away by how many ways people found to use it.
