La bataille de l\u2019audience fait rage entre les grands r\u00e9seaux sociaux. \u00a0Pour eux, utilisateurs, abonn\u00e9s ou amis sont autant de moyens de s\u00e9duire les annonceurs, vendre de l&rsquo;espace publicitaire et atteindre la rentabilit\u00e9. Dans cette bataille Twitter ne semble pas en bonne posture. Entre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usine-digitale.fr\/article\/twitter-annonce-le-depart-de-son-directeur-general-dick-costolo.N335182\">d\u00e9mission du DG<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boursorama.com\/bourse\/cours\/graphiques\/historique.phtml?symbole=TWTR\">cours de bourse au plus bas en Ao\u00fbt 2015<\/a> il y a de quoi s\u2019alarmer. C\u2019est d\u2019\u00eatre un outil de partage des \u00e9v\u00e9nements en temps r\u00e9el in\u00e9gal\u00e9 et in\u00e9galable. Twitter donne un acc\u00e8s universel, ouvert et direct \u00e0 l\u2019information.<\/em><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Twitter pour les d\u00e9cideurs : en direct de la conf\u00e9rence de presse<\/h3>\n<p>Lundi 7 septembre 2015 par exemple, toute personne int\u00e9ress\u00e9e pouvait suivre en direct la conf\u00e9rence de presse du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique sur Twitter via le <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%23ConfPR&amp;src=tyah\">hashtag #ConfPR<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Un peu vexant sans doute pour les journalistes qui perdent ainsi le monopole de la primeur de l\u2019information. Mais tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able pour les citoyens lambda qui peuvent ainsi acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019information sans attendre que les journalistes aient mis en ligne leur article, voire sans attendre que le journal soit imprim\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Avec Twitter, la conf\u00e9rence de presse du Pr\u00e9sident n\u2019est plus seulement r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux journalistes. Elle est m\u00eame comment\u00e9e en live par des twittos et leur humour incomparable. Il peut accro\u00eetre sa r\u00e9putation, influencer les d\u00e9bats et rapidement d\u00e9samorcer des situations de crise. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>Les \u00e9tudes montrent que les d\u00e9cideurs appr\u00e9cient Twitter<\/h3>\n<p>Plusieurs \u00e9tudes ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 montr\u00e9 que les patrons qui tweetent appr\u00e9cient particuli\u00e8rement cet outil qui leur permet de s\u2019exprimer sans d\u00e9tour. Cf l\u2019\u00e9tude Ipsos-MediaAces de 2013 qui avait montr\u00e9 que \u00ab Les dirigeants qui utilisent Twitter le voient d\u2019abord comme un espace de libert\u00e9 unique, qui casse les sch\u00e9mas habituels de la communication Corporate et leur permet de s\u2019exprimer spontan\u00e9ment et imm\u00e9diatement, au risque parfois de court-circuiter le d\u00e9partement Communication de l\u2019Entreprise. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Justine Ryst (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JustineRyst\">@JustineRyst<\/a>), directrice du d\u00e9veloppement de Twitter France qui animait l\u2019atelier au Medef fin Ao\u00fbt 2015, a illustr\u00e9 cela par l\u2019analyse comparative du compte Twitter de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Orange (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/orange\">@Orange<\/a>) et de celui de son PDG, St\u00e9phane Richard (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/srichard\">@SRichard<\/a>).<\/p>\n<h3>La part de voix des d\u00e9cideurs<\/h3>\n<p>Depuis le 1er f\u00e9vrier 2015, le compte @Orange a \u00e9mis 814 Tweets. Sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, St\u00e9phane Richard en a \u00e9mis 37. En additionnant les deux comptes on voit que St\u00e9phane Richard \u00e9met 4,35% du total des tweets de l\u2019entreprise Orange.<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant si l&rsquo;on regarde la part de voix (le nombre d&rsquo;impressions du tweet), on voit que les Tweets de @SRichard repr\u00e9sentent 24% du total des Tweets vus des comptes @Orange &amp; @SRichard confondus. CQFD. Il a donc tweet\u00e9 vers son discours pour que tout le monde puisse constater qu\u2019il n\u2019a jamais prononc\u00e9 l\u2019expression \u00ab 35h \u00bb. Car comme le rappelle Justine Ryst, \u00ab que les dirigeants le veuille ou non, ils suscitent des conversations sur Twitter \u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>Une bonne nouvelle pour Twitter<\/h3>\n<p>Et c\u2019est une bonne nouvelle pour Twitter qui illustre ainsi tr\u00e8s bien la loi de la cat\u00e9gorie \u00ab <em>Si vous n\u2019\u00eates pas le premier de votre cat\u00e9gorie, cr\u00e9ez-en une nouvelle o\u00f9 vous serez le premier<\/em> \u00bb (cf les <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Les_22_lois_immuables_du_marketing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">22 lois du Marketing de Jack Trout et Al Ries<\/a> par Dunod en 2003). Il me semble que dans la cat\u00e9gorie \u00ab leaders et VIP \u00bb Twitter est bien le premier r\u00e9seau social.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est une particularit\u00e9 que le r\u00e9seau social pourrait mettre en avant sans honte et sans modestie. Certains le traduisent de mani\u00e8re plus imag\u00e9e : \u00ab <em>Selon ma femme Facebook c\u2019est TF1 et Twitter c\u2019est France Culture<\/em> \u00bb.
