Cette \u00e9tude, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e au fil de l&rsquo;eau sur Internet sur la base d&rsquo;un questionnaire d\u00e9j\u00e0 adapt\u00e9 d&rsquo;un original con\u00e7u\u00a0aux \u00c9tats-Unis et au Canada par l&rsquo;\u00e9diteur nord am\u00e9ricain, nous a permis de <strong>comparer l&rsquo;usage des m\u00e9dias sociaux en France \u00e0 ces pays<\/strong>. L&rsquo; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/ygourven\/frinfographie-le-baromtre-des\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">infographie suivante r\u00e9sume les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/ygourven\/frinfographie-le-baromtre-des\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Analyse de l&rsquo;infographie des m\u00e9dias sociaux en entreprise en France<\/h2>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord, les m\u00e9dias tr\u00e8s largement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et r\u00e9pandus, avec une pr\u00e9sence massive de LinkedIn et de Twitter. Pas de grandes surprises puisque nous sommes dans un usage B2B, on trouve logiquement ces 2 outils en t\u00eate. YouTube figure en bonne place \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<p>Les usages de ces m\u00e9dias sociaux en France sont essentiellement orient\u00e9s autour de la communication avec les influenceurs (72 %), le renforcement de la relation client et de l&rsquo;\u00e9coute. Mais seulement 1 entreprise sur 5 a une utilisation orient\u00e9e client ou vente via les m\u00e9dias sociaux contre 3,5 aux \u00c9tats-Unis, ce qui laisse \u00e0 penser que les usages les m\u00e9dias sociaux en France sont encore relativement peu matures, comme je l&rsquo;expliquais dans mon \u00e9ditorial d\u00e9j\u00e0 publi\u00e9 sur ce site.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/medias-sociaux.net\"><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les v\u00e9ritables d\u00e9fis se situent plus exactement dans le domaine de l&rsquo;organisation de la structuration de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe d\u00e9di\u00e9e, mais surtout de la vision strat\u00e9gique pour laquelle 88 % des r\u00e9pondants ont \u00e9vit\u00e9 la question.<\/p>\n<p>Pour g\u00e9rer ces m\u00e9dias sociaux, 2 outils principaux : la charte \u00e9ditoriale dont une trop faible minorit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprises fran\u00e7aises interrog\u00e9es se sont \u00e9quip\u00e9, et des plates-formes de gestion des m\u00e9dias sociaux, pour lesquelles il y a encore quelques progr\u00e8s \u00e0 faire, sur un march\u00e9 o\u00f9 Hootsuite est largement dominateur.<\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9fis, en 2015, soit 10 ans apr\u00e8s les d\u00e9buts du Web 2.0, restent nombreux : tout d&rsquo;abord le retour sur investissement et la strat\u00e9gie, mais aussi les donn\u00e9es qui sont nombreuses mais restent difficiles \u00e0 exploiter, les ressources, co\u00fbteuses et complexes \u00e0 mettre en orchestration.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/medias-sociaux.net\"><\/span>De nombreux challenges donc sur la route de nos entreprises fran\u00e7aises dans la gestion de leurs m\u00e9dias sociaux, sans pour autant qu\u2019elles d\u00e9cident de les abandonner, bien au contraire. Le livre blanc de Hootsuite et de Visionary Marketing r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pour l\u2019Adetem sur ce barom\u00e8tre 2015 des m\u00e9dias sociaux en France sera bient\u00f4t disponible (la semaine du 20 juillet) et pourra \u00eatre t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9 librement.<\/p>\n<p>Ce barom\u00e8tre sera reproduit en 2016. Nous en profiterons pour am\u00e9liorer la le mode d\u2019administration du questionnaire de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 corriger le biais de questionnement (interrogation de personnes essentiellement d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilisatrices des m\u00e9dias sociaux du fait du mode d\u2019administration, ce qui est classique de ce type de questionnaires et n\u2019est pas propre au n\u00f4tre) et d&rsquo;introduire une vue plus large au-del\u00e0 d&rsquo;un questionnaire au fil de l\u2019eau. Notons cependant que celui-ci a le m\u00e9rite de permettre la comparaison avec les questionnaires habituels de ce genre de choses. L\u2019id\u00e9al \u00e9tant en fait de conserver deux modes d\u2019administration distincts, un questionnaire au fil de l\u2019eau pour comparer avec les autres questionnaires du m\u00eame genre, et un autre mode qui permette de toucher des membres de l\u2019Adetem via les conf\u00e9rences et les modes de lecture plus classiques afin d\u2019\u00e9largir l\u2019\u00e9chantillon et d\u2019\u00e9viter la sur-repr\u00e9sentation des utilisateurs des m\u00e9dias sociaux dans l\u2019\u00e9chantillon).
