Ces chiffres sont consid\u00e9rables. <strong>Et pourtant, un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne persiste : les Fran\u00e7ais se m\u00e9fient du Web<\/strong>. Cette m\u00e9fiance existe depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es. <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/ELIA-CONSULTING-x-IPSOS-Barom%C3%A8tre-Big-Data.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">En 2015, 78% des internautes pensaient aux risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation de leurs donn\u00e9es personnelles lorsqu&rsquo;ils les communiquaient<\/a>. Mais d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s la <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20170804095030\/http:\/\/www.caissedesdepots.fr:80\/5eme-edition-du-barometre-de-la-confiance-des-francais-dans-le-numerique\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">5\u00e8me \u00e9dition du barom\u00e8tre de la confiance des Fran\u00e7ais dans le num\u00e9rique de 2016<\/a>, la m\u00e9fiance est de plus en plus importante. <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20170804095030\/http:\/\/www.caissedesdepots.fr:80\/5eme-edition-du-barometre-de-la-confiance-des-francais-dans-le-numerique\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Seulement 37% des personnes interrog\u00e9es affirment avoir confiance en Internet<\/a>. Ces chiffres sont consid\u00e9rables par rapport aux 24h d&rsquo;une journ\u00e9e. L&rsquo;expansion d&rsquo;Internet a entra\u00een\u00e9 une importante utilisation des r\u00e9seaux sociaux. En effet, cette ann\u00e9e,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogdumoderateur.com\/chiffres-reseaux-sociaux\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">un Fran\u00e7ais passe en moyenne 1h20 sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/a><\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogdumoderateur.com\/50-chiffres-medias-sociaux-2017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">55% des Fran\u00e7ais sont au moins inscrits sur un r\u00e9seau social<\/a>. Et ce chiffre est bien plus important pour les personnes de moins de 40 ans : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogdumoderateur.com\/50-chiffres-medias-sociaux-2017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">84% d&rsquo;entre eux utilisent les r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/a>. Les nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations sont donc de plus en plus connect\u00e9es \u00e0 Internet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>&#8230; mais une confiance en chute<\/h1>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;essor d&rsquo;Internet, on observe un paradoxe :\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.latribune.fr\/technos-medias\/internet\/pourquoi-les-francais-se-mefient-d-internet-comme-de-la-peste-609962.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">63% des Fran\u00e7ais n&rsquo;ont pas confiance en Internet en 2016<\/a><\/strong>. Cette <strong>m\u00e9fiance vis-\u00e0-vis de la toile s&rsquo;explique par une prise de conscience des Fran\u00e7ais :\u00a0leurs donn\u00e9es personnelles repr\u00e9sentent un enjeu consid\u00e9rable pour de multiples acteurs.<\/strong> Aujourd&rsquo;hui, <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20201230222744\/https:\/\/www.acsel.eu\/presentation-de-5eme-vague-barometre-de-confiance-francais-numerique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">84% des Fran\u00e7ais pensent que leurs donn\u00e9es personnelles sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux sont utilis\u00e9es, soit une \u00e9volution de 26 points en un an<\/a>. Et <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20201230222744\/https:\/\/www.acsel.eu\/presentation-de-5eme-vague-barometre-de-confiance-francais-numerique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cette pratique g\u00eane 81% des Fran\u00e7ais<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ils trouvent qu&rsquo;ils sont de plus en plus\u00a0mal inform\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 leurs utilisations.<\/strong>\u00a0Effectivement, en 2015, <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/ELIA-CONSULTING-x-IPSOS-Barom%C3%A8tre-Big-Data.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">46% des Fran\u00e7ais estiment que leur m\u00e9decin ne les informe pas suffisamment sur l&rsquo;utilisation qu&rsquo;ils ont avec leurs donn\u00e9es<\/a>. Ce chiffre a augment\u00e9 de 3 points par rapport \u00e0 2013. Ce sentiment de m\u00e9fiance est encore plus important avec les g\u00e9ants du Web : <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/ELIA-CONSULTING-x-IPSOS-Barom%C3%A8tre-Big-Data.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">82% des Fran\u00e7ais trouvent que les moteurs de recherche ne sont pas suffisamment transparent et 88% pour les r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/a>. Et\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20201230222744\/https:\/\/www.acsel.eu\/presentation-de-5eme-vague-barometre-de-confiance-francais-numerique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">68% des Fran\u00e7ais sont soucieux quant \u00e0 la collecte de leurs donn\u00e9es personnelles par les moteurs de recherche<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-25747\" title=\"les Fran\u00e7ais\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/m-5c-c3-a9fianc_23470152_afed018172a4a22f4536b95633179286c9d5b39f-400x300.png\" alt=\"les Fran\u00e7ais\" width=\"433\" height=\"351\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Les Fran\u00e7ais ont de nombreux autres freins par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;usage de la toile. Ils\u00a0sont notamment soucieux de la confidentialit\u00e9 de leurs donn\u00e9es personnelles :\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20201230222744\/https:\/\/www.acsel.eu\/presentation-de-5eme-vague-barometre-de-confiance-francais-numerique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">45% d&rsquo;entre eux ont peur que leurs donn\u00e9es personnelles puissent \u00eatre consult\u00e9es par quelqu&rsquo;un d&rsquo;autre<\/a>. Ils sont \u00e9galement <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20201230222744\/https:\/\/www.acsel.eu\/presentation-de-5eme-vague-barometre-de-confiance-francais-numerique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">22% \u00e0 ne pas avoir confiance en Internet par crainte d&rsquo;usurpation d&rsquo;identit\u00e9<\/a>. Mais <strong>la peur la plus importante r\u00e9side dans le piratage de leurs donn\u00e9es personnelles et bancaires : <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20201230222744\/https:\/\/www.acsel.eu\/presentation-de-5eme-vague-barometre-de-confiance-francais-numerique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">47% des Fran\u00e7ais se m\u00e9fient d&rsquo;Internet pour cette raison<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 du site Web d&rsquo;une marque les rassure : <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20201230222744\/https:\/\/www.acsel.eu\/presentation-de-5eme-vague-barometre-de-confiance-francais-numerique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">29% des Fran\u00e7ais la consid\u00e8re comme un levier de confiance<\/a>.
