Notre champ d\u2019action reste restreint \u00e0 ces villes pour le moment, en esp\u00e9rant nous d\u00e9velopper sur d\u2019autres lieux assez\u00a0rapidement.<\/p>\n<h3>Si je lance ma start-up et que je compte louer un espace professionnel chez un particulier, combien cela me co\u00fbtera t-il\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p>Sur ce type d\u2019usage, nous essayons d\u2019\u00eatre assez proche des prix des espaces de co-working classiques, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire <strong>environ 10 euros par personne et par jour<\/strong>, selon le type d\u2019espace (\u00e7a peut monter \u00e0 15\u00a0voire 20 euros par jour, selon l\u2019emplacement et la capacit\u00e9). Nous avons aussi des h\u00e9bergeurs qui font des efforts et qui proposent des \u00e9quipements suppl\u00e9mentaires tels que la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser la cuisine, ou la machine \u00e0 laver.<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/DOF3w5sd67k\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>Quelles sont les\u00a0contraintes l\u00e9gales auxquelles vous \u00eates soumis ?<\/h3>\n<p>Nous sommes derri\u00e8re un bulldozer qui est <a href=\"http:\/\/airbnb.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AirBNB<\/a>, nous sommes dans leur sillon et apprenons beaucoup d\u2019eux et de ce qu\u2019ils ont fait\u00a0jusque ici. Nous devons \u00e9galement suivre de pr\u00e8s ce que font les gros acteurs et essayer de s\u2019inspirer des bons exemples. Sur notre activit\u00e9, pas de\u00a0grandes diff\u00e9rences d\u2019un point de vue l\u00e9gal par rapport \u00e0 AirBNB, donc beaucoup de nos informations proviennent de leur retour d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n<h3>L\u2019avantage\u00a0de ce service, c&rsquo;est\u00a0l&rsquo;interaction\u00a0entre les usagers<\/h3>\n<p>Nous avions\u00a0<strong>pour objectif de d\u00e9part\u00a0de rendre des espaces de travail accessibles<\/strong>, c\u2019\u00e9tait la grande ambition derri\u00e8re Office Riders mais nous nous sommes rendu compte qu\u2019il y a \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de valeur sociale dans ce type d\u2019offres vu que les professionnels sont en\u00a0recherche d\u2019affinit\u00e9s avec les autres co-workers. Voil\u00e0 pourquoi nous sommes en train de mettre en place, sur notre plateforme, des m\u00e9canismes qui permettront d\u2019interagir, de stimuler la communaut\u00e9 et <strong>de nouer des bons liens entre les personnes<\/strong>.
