Pour le reste, <a title=\"usage de l'email \" href=\"http:\/\/tinyurl.com\/stayingontop\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">je vous conseille ma liste d&rsquo;astuces<\/a>. \u00a0<strong>Voici le post de Vincent Berthelot<\/strong> : <span title=\"http:\/\/b-r-ent.com\/news\/web-2-0-et-mail-opposition-complementarite\">Web 2.0 et mail, opposition, compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9\u00a0? <\/span>Le mail fait plus que r\u00e9sister&#8230;.<\/p>\n<h3>Reprise du billet de Vincent Berthelot \u00ab\u00a0Web 2.0 email, opposition, compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/h3>\n<p><em>Le dernier sujet du plateau techtoctv anim\u00e9 par Yann Gourvennec auquel j\u2019ai particip\u00e9 portait sur le mail et son impact en terme de temps, efficacit\u00e9, usages\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bertrand Duperrin qui participait avec Emilie Ogez et moi-m\u00eame avec son intelligence coutumi\u00e8re du d\u00e9bat a donn\u00e9 en exemple les nouvelles habitudes de son Boss qui passe par leur plateforme sociale, un Direct Message sur Twitter pour communiquer avec ses troupes et retrouve l\u2019usage du mail uniquement sur des cas bien sp\u00e9cifiques et plut\u00f4t d\u2019urgence.<\/p>\n<p>Emilie malgr\u00e9 son habitude et son immersion quasi permanente dans le 2.0 confiait se servir encore pas mal du mail, quant \u00e0 Yann et moi nous faisions le constat que la quasi-totalit\u00e9 de nos \u00e9changes passaient par le mail et le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.<\/p>\n<p>Bertrand avan\u00e7ait ainsi l\u2019id\u00e9e que la plateforme sociale peut utilement et efficacement remplacer le mail d\u00e8s qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019\u00e9changer sur un projet, dossier avec une \u00e9quipe. En terme de tracabilit\u00e9, de classement, d\u2019archivage, de partage et surtout de moindre interruption de tache c\u2019est un pari gagnant.<\/p>\n<p>Sauf que dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 le mail vous permet d\u2019\u00eatre en relation avec l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019entreprise, avec l\u2019externe et surtout recevoir vos alertes provenant des diff\u00e9rentes sources d\u2019abonnements, de contributions, participation<\/p>\n<h3>Email au bureau : quand le Web2.0 augmente le nombre de mails<\/h3>\n<p>On peut dire que dans une certaine mesure et c\u2019est bien le paradoxe, le 2.0 augmente le nombre de mails re\u00e7us car c\u2019est encore le meilleur moyen d\u2019animer une communaut\u00e9 qui n\u2019est pas branch\u00e9e continuellement sur diff\u00e9rents espaces participatifs de travail.<\/p>\n<p>De plus pour en avoir fait plusieurs fois l\u2019essai, les habitudes ont la vie dure et l\u2019ouverture d\u2019un espace collaboratif pour en finir avec les d\u00e9boires d\u2019un management de projet s\u2019appuyant en grande partie sur des \u00e9changes mails conduit assez souvent apr\u00e8s quelque temps \u00e0 un retour \u00e0 la case d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n<p>Rien \u00e0 faire le mail est \u00e0 tort consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le moyen le plus rapide et efficace, d\u2019ailleurs Googlewave l\u2019a bien compris qui ne cherche plus \u00e0 convaincre les utilisateurs de quitter leur mail pour s\u2019investir dans une plateforme mais qui met le 2.0 au c\u0153ur du mail\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Le discours volontariste de vouloir tuer le mail par l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des nouvelles plateformes sociales\/participatives\/collaboratives est entrain de faiblir pour pactiser avec ce redoutable adversaire et trouver des moyens de coexister en red\u00e9finissant les
