Ceci a engendr\u00e9, par la suite, l&rsquo;essor de nombreuses technologies autour du mobile dont les push notifications.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La push notification\u00a0est un message envoy\u00e9 au <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wiktionary.org\/wiki\/mobinaute\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mobinaute<\/a>, par une application install\u00e9e sur son smartphone. Cela permet de rester en contact avec l&rsquo;utilisateur, m\u00eame s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;utilise pas l&rsquo;application. Nous nous sommes\u00a0tous d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait relancer par une application que l&rsquo;on avait tendance \u00e0 oublier, ou m\u00eame directement apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;avoir quitt\u00e9e. C&rsquo;est un moyen qui parait\u00a0intrusif, mais qui reste efficace pour amener\u00a0un mobinaute sur\u00a0une application en lui envoyant une note qui fera vibrer ou sonner son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, et s&rsquo;affichera sur l&rsquo;\u00e9cran qu&rsquo;il soit verrouill\u00e9 ou non, de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re qu&rsquo;un SMS. Il est important de noter que l&rsquo;envoi de notification ne n\u00e9cessite pas l&rsquo;accord du consommateur, car il devient \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Opt_in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">opt-in<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e8s lors qu&rsquo;il installe l&rsquo;application. La seule condition \u00e9tant que celui ci soit connect\u00e9 \u00e0 Internet.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Initialement utilis\u00e9 afin d&rsquo;informer le consommateur de la r\u00e9ception d&rsquo;un mail, \u00a0la push notification est tr\u00e8s vite devenu un levier de transformation et de fid\u00e9lisation, facteur important du <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2014\/06\/ecrm\/\">CRM<\/a> Mobile. Ce qui n\u00e9cessite une segmentation pr\u00e9cise. Le but \u00e9tant d\u00e9sormais de pousser le mobinaute \u00e0 la consommation, en lui envoyant des notifications bas\u00e9es sur ses centres d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eats.\u00a0<\/em><em>Le d\u00e9veloppement de cette technique corr\u00e8le avec l&rsquo;expansion du march\u00e9 du mobile et des applications.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>C&rsquo;est donc sur le sujet des\u00a0Push Notifications et du march\u00e9 mobile que nous<span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00a0avons interview\u00e9<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/bourdmone\">Bruno Bourdmone<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">, responsable du d\u00e9veloppement commercial chez<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"line-height: 1.5;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wonderpush.com\/\">Wonderpush<\/a>,\u00a0une\u00a0<span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2015\/05\/attractivite-france-start-ups\/\">start-up<\/a>\u00a0proposant aux entreprises un outil de cr\u00e9ation de push notifications pouvant segmenter les utilisateurs en fonction\u00a0<\/span><\/em><em><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">de leurs pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences, de leurs localisation ou encore de leur type d&rsquo;appareil, afin de leur envoyer un message personnalis\u00e9, et garantir une diffusion optimale.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Interview de Bruno Bourdmone : Les Push Notifications<\/h2>\n<h2>Comment se porte le\u00a0march\u00e9 du mobile et des applications\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 du mobile repr\u00e9sentera 4,5 milliards d\u2019utilisateurs en 2016. Concernant les applications, il y en a 1,2 millions sur l\u2019AppStore et 1,4 millions sur Google Play. Cela repr\u00e9sente un march\u00e9 important car environ 96% des utilisateurs utilisent 24 applications par mois sur leur smartphone.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les risques, les co\u00fbts d\u2019acquisition se sont vu augmenter de 60% en 2014, et en 2016, les annonceurs am\u00e9ricains d\u00e9penseront environ 3 milliards de dollars.<\/p>\n<p>Au niveau des usages, le taux d\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.definitions-webmarketing.com\/Definition-Adresse-email-opt-in\">opt-in<\/a> est de 50% sur les utilisateurs iOS et 80% sur les utilisateurs Android. En revanche, un utilisateur passe en moyenne 80% de son temps sur 3 applications uniquement, ce qui fait chuter le taux de r\u00e9tention. L\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, seulement 1 utilisateur sur 10 continuait d\u2019utiliser une application 3 mois apr\u00e8s l\u2019avoir t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/CENvs3FN5eI\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>La r\u00e9tention des utilisateurs est un indicateur de performance essentiel.<\/h2>\n<p>Rien n\u2019est plus personnel que le mobile. les push notifications sont \u00e0 utiliser de mani\u00e8re pertinente et personnalis\u00e9e, on dit qu\u2019il faut \u00ab\u00a0savoir engager sans enrager\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment le processus de r\u00e9tention\u00a0se d\u00e9compose ?<\/h2>\n<p>Le premier point se situe\u00a0en amont : le but est\u00a0d\u2019inviter l\u2019utilisateur \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir l\u2019application en\u00a0lui pr\u00e9sentant bri\u00e8vement les modalit\u00e9s, les raisons et les avantages. Puis il faut l\u2019inviter \u00e0 devenir opt-in.\u00a0Il va ensuite falloir segmenter les utilisateurs en fonction de leurs centres d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats, ce qui permettra d\u2019envoyer des notifications personnalis\u00e9es en fonction du centre d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat, tout en sachant que les achats sur mobile sont relativement anxiog\u00e8nes.
