Durochat doivent s&#8217;emparer co\u00fbte que co\u00fbte de ce que j&rsquo;ai appel\u00e9 des \u00ab\u00a0injonctions paradoxales\u00a0\u00bb. Quelles pistes pour les y aider\u00a0?\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Comment met-on en place un processus de transformation dans une grande entreprise comme la BNP? Quelles sont les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes pour y arriver ?<\/h3>\n<p>Il existe 3 \u00e9tapes dans ce processus de transformation digitale. Premi\u00e8rement, l&rsquo;\u00e9tape\u00a0des outils, li\u00e9e \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;on nomme <strong>R\u00e9seau Social d&rsquo;Entreprise (RSE)<\/strong>. Le\u00a0point le plus important de cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape est la\u00a0mise en place de ce r\u00e9seau social d&rsquo;entreprise et l&rsquo;accompagnement de\u00a0l&rsquo;ensemble des acteurs de la banque afin qu&rsquo;ils utilisent le RSE\u00a0au quotidien. Dans le cadre de cet accompagnement, la transformation des habitudes de travail pour plus d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 est primordiale. Et pour cela, une d\u00e9marche d&rsquo;accompagnement du changement est un passage oblig\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VfAWEmAjri0\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>Une\u00a0deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape davantage ax\u00e9e sur le\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0distanciel\u00a0\u00bb (enseignement \u00e0 distance)<\/h3>\n<p>On vient de le voir, la transformation digitale et l&rsquo;accompagnement au changement comprennent la transformation et l\u2019aide envers les collaborateurs afin de les former et de changer leurs habitudes de travail. Mais ce qui est\u00a0tr\u00e8s important \u00e9galement, c&rsquo;est la <strong>transformation de la formation elle-m\u00eame, <\/strong>et c&rsquo;est notre deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape. Autrefois, on observait une proportion de 90% \u00e0\u00a0\u00a095% de pr\u00e9sentiel (formation en face \u00e0 face avec un formateur) dans l&rsquo;organisation des formations internes. Notre axe de d\u00e9veloppement principal d\u00e9sormais est le <strong>distanciel<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire le e-learning, le <a href=\"https:\/\/etudiant.lefigaro.fr\/le-labeducation\/actualite\/detail\/article\/attention-les-mooc-en-francais-debarquent-2670\/\">MOOC\u00a0(Massive Open Online Course)<\/a>, le <a href=\"http:\/\/etudiant.lefigaro.fr\/orientation\/actus-et-conseils\/detail\/article\/apres-les-mooc-decouvrez-les-spoc-le-nouveau-format-de-l-enseignement-a-distance-5798\/\">SPOC (Small Private Online Course)<\/a> etc.\u00a0Nous allons \u00e9galement travailler <a href=\"http:\/\/www.caprese.org\/FR\/ExperientialLearning_FR.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sur la formation exp\u00e9rientielle<\/a> (c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire bas\u00e9e sur la collecte des exp\u00e9riences), en mode\u00a0pr\u00e9sentiel et distanciel car le mentorat est aussi possible \u00e0 distance. Nous allons enfin travailler sur la dimension \u00e9v\u00e9nementielle \u00e0 travers la mise en valeur des experts, ce qui permettra de moderniser nos moyens et de faire \u00e9voluer la perspective que l&rsquo;on a du \u00ab\u00a0Learning Development\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>D&rsquo;autant plus qu&rsquo;on voit sur la carte derri\u00e8re vous que vous \u00eates pr\u00e9sents dans de nombreux pays<\/h3>\n<p>Nous sommes implant\u00e9s dans de nombreux pays, et dans plusieurs villes.\u00a0Par exemple, nous sommes pr\u00e9sents dans plusieurs villes d&rsquo;Ukraine et aller d&rsquo;une ville \u00e0 une autre dans un pays comme celui-l\u00e0 signifie un voyage long et m\u00eame parfois impossible.\u00a0D&rsquo;o\u00f9 l&rsquo;importance de <a href=\"http:\/\/vosdroits.service-public.fr\/particuliers\/F541.xhtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l&rsquo;enseignement \u00e0 distance<\/a> car il permettra \u00e0 tous nos agents de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;une formation, malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9loignement.<\/p>\n<h3>Enfin,\u00a0la troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape consistera aller au-del\u00e0 de la formation RH en distanciel pour le d\u00e9passer<\/h3>\n<p>En effet, les diff\u00e9rents outils disponibles\u00a0pour l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration du savoir-faire de nos collaborateurs seront f\u00e9d\u00e9r\u00e9s au travers du\u00a0RSE. R\u00e9seau social interne et apprentissage fusionneront bient\u00f4t, car le futur est au\u00a0r\u00e9seau social apprenant : il aura pour but de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer les experts des\u00a0m\u00e9tiers de la banque autour de communaut\u00e9s auto-constitu\u00e9es. \u00a0L&rsquo;enjeu de la formation du futur\u00a0sera donc d&rsquo;alimenter et de superviser les communaut\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentes sur ce RSE afin de maximiser les partages de savoir entre employ\u00e9s.
