Et dans ce chiffre on trouve essentiellement des entreprises qui ne sont pas des start-ups. Ceci a piqu\u00e9 notre curiosit\u00e9 et nous avons imm\u00e9diatement entrepris (Via <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/vismktg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Twitter<\/a>) Business France et surtout <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Eurostat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Eurostat<\/a> sur ce sujet, avec un succ\u00e8s tr\u00e8s relatif pour rester nuanc\u00e9. En fait, notre conclusion, c&rsquo;est que peu de monde, voire personne, ne s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 conna\u00eetre les vrais chiffres ni la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 mais tout le monde a un avis sur la question. <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantico.fr\/article\/decryptage\/polemique-sur-les-chiffres-piketty-ecrase-par-un-debat-plus-grand-que-lui-nicolas-goetzmann\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant, m\u00eame si ce n&rsquo;est pas nouveau<\/a> \u2026<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/pedro-abrantes-start-ups.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; float: right; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin: 10px 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border: 0px;\" title=\"pedro-abrantes-start-ups\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/pedro-abrantes-start-ups_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"pedro-abrantes-start-ups\" width=\"154\" height=\"154\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>Il s&rsquo;agit en fait d&rsquo;un d\u00e9bat impossible, car bas\u00e9 sur des donn\u00e9es non fiables, voire compl\u00e8tement farfelues. Un grand classique en \u00e9conomie, \u00a0qui n&rsquo;est pas une science mais une science sociale selon <em><a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Thomas_Piketty\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Thomas Piketty<\/a><\/em>. On veut bien le croire. Ou plus exactement, devrait-on dire, qui <em>pourrait<\/em> \u00eatre une science sociale si tant est qu&rsquo;on <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantico.fr\/article\/decryptage\/polemique-sur-les-chiffres-piketty-ecrase-par-un-debat-plus-grand-que-lui-nicolas-goetzmann\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">dispose des chiffres suffisants pour tirer des conclusions fiables sur des faits fiables<\/a>. En attendant que Pedro cr\u00e9e son observatoire (on le prendra au mot), on se contentera donc des avis des uns et des autres, et de leurs th\u00e9ories politico-\u00e9conomiques plus ou moins fantaisistes qui se nourrissent de l&rsquo;absence de faits comme les champignons de l&rsquo;obscurit\u00e9 des caves.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">Interview de <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/fr.linkedin.com\/in\/abrantespedro\">Pedro Abrantes<\/span> : Les Start-ups et la France<\/h2>\n<p><em>Une discussion motiv\u00e9e <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2015\/04\/financement-des-start-ups-comment-devenir-un-leader-mondial-g9plus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">par une\u00a0conf\u00e9rence du G9+ <\/a>\u00a0o\u00f9 le nombre annonc\u00e9 de cr\u00e9ation de start-ups en France s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 300\u00a0000 \u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Nous allons aujourd\u2019hui parler du nombre des start-ups &#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>J\u2019ai eu une r\u00e9action d\u2019\u00e9tonnement par rapport aux chiffres qui m\u2019ont paru excessifs compar\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du terrain. Je me suis donc rendu sur le site de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.insee.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l&rsquo;INSEE<\/a>\u00a0afin de\u00a0regarder comment se d\u00e9composait le nombre de cr\u00e9ations d\u2019activit\u00e9s, tout confondu. Il y a selon l&rsquo;INSEE entre\u00a0100 000 et 150 000 cr\u00e9ations,\u00a0chaque\u00a0ann\u00e9e, de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s <em>pouvant ressembler<\/em> \u00e0 une start-up.\u00a0Le constat est que nous manquons cruellement de donn\u00e9es publiques permettant de sectoriser la start-up, afin d\u2019en conna\u00eetre le nombre, que ce soit en terme de stock (car il s\u2019en cr\u00e9e depuis 1990), et le nombre de cr\u00e9ations\u00a0chaque jour.<\/p>\n<h2>Combien d\u2019entreprises se cr\u00e9ent en France\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Il se cr\u00e9e chaque ann\u00e9e environ\u00a0300 000 entit\u00e9s , y compris les <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Soci%C3%A9t%C3%A9_anonyme\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">soci\u00e9t\u00e9s anonymes (SA)<\/a>, les <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Soci%C3%A9t%C3%A9_%C3%A0_responsabilit%C3%A9_limit%C3%A9e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e (SARL)<\/a> et un bon nombre d\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Auto-entrepreneur\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">auto-entrepreneurs<\/a>. Globalement, on\u00a0en perd autant qu\u2019on en cr\u00e9e.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u2019est ce qu\u2019est une start-up\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>C\u2019est une <strong>soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui a vocation \u00e0 innover<\/strong>, par son proc\u00e9d\u00e9 et\/ou par sa d\u00e9marche de commercialisation. Prenons l\u2019exemple d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.airbnb.com\/\">AirBNB<\/a>, premi\u00e8re chaine h\u00f4teli\u00e8re qui ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019aucun actif, elle met \u00e0 disposition des logements de particuliers. on peut \u00e9galement \u00e9voquer\u00a0<span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.uber.com\/\">Uber<\/span>, qui met en contact ses utilisateurs avec des chauffeurs VTC qui poss\u00e8de d\u00e9j\u00e0 leur v\u00e9hicule.\u00a0Nous parlons de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s qui connaissant une expansion et une croissante fulgurante.<\/p>\n<h2>Avons nous un chiffre exact concernant le nombre de start-ups en France\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Nous manquons de donn\u00e9es caract\u00e9risant les activit\u00e9s qui se cr\u00e9ent. Toutefois,\u00a0nous pouvons extrapoler sur un certain nombre de chiffre.\u00a0<strong>Si nous partons de l\u2019id\u00e9e qu\u2019en Ile de France, il y a 10% d\u2019entreprises tr\u00e8s innovantes, et que l\u2019Ile de France repr\u00e9sente 60% des entreprises fran\u00e7aises, nous avons 20 000 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s tr\u00e8s innovantes en France. Mais nous restons encore loin des 300 000.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il y a 550 000 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s cr\u00e9es en France pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2014, dont 283 000 auto-entrepreneurs. Si sur ce total\u00a0nous ne prenons que les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9 limit\u00e9 et les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s anonymes, nous arrivons \u00e0 165 000 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s qui pourrait potentiellement \u00eatre des start-ups.\u00a0Ce chiffre concerne les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sentes ainsi que les cr\u00e9ations r\u00e9centes. Rappelons que nous sommes sur des postures de politique qui essayent de donner une image d\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du territoire pour faire cro\u00eetre le nombre de cr\u00e9ations de start-ups.<\/p>\n<h2>Sur ce total de cr\u00e9ations, il y a certainement une grosse majorit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprises dans le b\u00e2timent, la restauration, le tourisme\u2026<\/h2>\n<p>Effectivement, on pourrait d\u00e9tailler de fa\u00e7on plus pr\u00e9cise en fonction des secteurs.\u00a0Mais notons que nous pouvons \u00eatre start-up dans le b\u00e2timent, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire apporter une nouveaut\u00e9 qui modifiera le comportement d\u2019un march\u00e9. La start-up n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment li\u00e9e au digital. Aujourd\u2019hui, il nous manque une base statistique : les organismes comme INSEE ou EUROSTAT ont quelques tableaux qui demeurent inv\u00e9rifiables. Il n\u2019y a pas de base solide permettant de conna\u00eetre le nombre de start-ups qui se cr\u00e9ent \u00e0 Londres ou \u00e0 Munich, par exemple.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est un flou artistique qui permet \u00e0 chaque gouvernement de se valoriser, car n\u2019ayant pas de chiffre, tout semble permis.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est dommage, car il y a une vraie opportunit\u00e9 pour l\u2019\u00e9conomie fran\u00e7aise, qui est celle de comprendre le m\u00e9canisme de vie d\u2019une start-up et de savoir si elle sont capables d\u2019irriguer et de renouveler l\u2019\u00e9conomie sur de nouveaux secteurs.<\/p>\n<h2>Que peut-on nous faire afin d\u2019\u00e9claircir ce flou autour du nombre de start-ups\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Il faut absolument cr\u00e9er une plateforme de r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement qui soit transparente et ouverte.<\/p>\n<p>Premi\u00e8rement, il faudra mettre en place une association avec des organismes qui sont proches des start-ups, comme la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lafrenchtech.com\/\">FrenchTech<\/a>, ou l\u2019OpenLab, qui permet de donner acc\u00e8s aux chiffres de l\u2019Etat.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de chiffres fiables est essentiel. De plus, cela donnera l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de comprendre le m\u00e9canisme et de pouvoir cr\u00e9er des business \u00e0 partir de cela.\u00a0Pour aller plus loin, nous pouvons cr\u00e9er une base r\u00e9f\u00e9ren\u00e7ant toutes les entreprises qui se cr\u00e9ent, et pouvant faire du retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n<p>Concernant le retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, nous avons eu quelques exemples avec <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/notanotherstartupblog.com\/\">Qui Va Couler ou Not Another Start Up m\u00eame si leur point \u00e9tait relativement p\u00e9joratif<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Je me dis qu\u2019il y a une opportunit\u00e9 et j\u2019esp\u00e8re pouvoir embarquer l\u2019\u00e9cole <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supdeweb.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sup de web<\/a> dans cette direction, et d\u2019autres d\u2019ailleurs, \u00e0 se dire qu\u2019il faut absolument qu\u2019on cr\u00e9e une plateforme de r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement qui soit transparente et qui soit ouverte. Alors premi\u00e8rement mettre en place une association avec French Tech, avec d\u2019autres organismes qui sont proches des start-ups et probablement une cellule comme celle de l\u2019\u00e9tat, l\u2019Open Lab, qui permet de donner acc\u00e8s aux chiffres de l\u2019Etat.<\/p>\n<p>Si on donne des chiffres, on donne l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 \u00e0 des gens de comprendre comment fonctionne le m\u00e9canisme et cr\u00e9er de nouveaux business \u00e0 partir de cela.<\/p>\n<p>Pour aller plus loin, on peut cr\u00e9er une base unique de r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement toutes les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s qui se cr\u00e9ent et j\u2019aimerais\u00a0\u00e9galement\u00a0avoir une base qui puisse faire un peu de retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n<h2>La caricature \u00e9tant une fabrique Internet dont l\u2019Allemagne est sp\u00e9cialiste<\/h2>\n<p>Faire du <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Copycat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">copycat<\/a> sur une id\u00e9e qui fonctionne aux Etats Unis, c\u2019est bien. Mais le mieux reste de cr\u00e9er sa bo\u00eete autour de sa propre id\u00e9e, et pas simplement reprendre une id\u00e9e afin de la revendre et obtenir un revenu substantiel comme le fait <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rocket_Internet\">Rocket Internet<\/a>. Et m\u00eame si cela fonctionne, il faut laisser la place \u00e0 d\u2019autres business models.<\/p>\n<h2>A quand la start-up des start-ups ?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Je souhaite le r\u00e9aliser avec mes \u00e9tudiants du Master Start-Up Digital de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supdeweb.com\/\">Sup de Web<\/a> pour la rentr\u00e9e 2014<\/strong>, afin qu\u2019il soit en ligne d\u00e9but 2016.\u00a0Ce qui permettra aux int\u00e9ress\u00e9s de s\u2019agr\u00e9ger dessus.
