Cela commence \u00e0 na\u00eetre dans des villes comme New-York, qui est un des laboratoires du retail mondial.<br \/>\nPar exemple <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.williams-sonoma.com\/\">Williams-Sonoma<\/span>, une grande enseigne d\u2019articles de cuisine haut de gamme, organise des cours de cuisine (gratuits) en magasin avec un grand chef. Durant ce cours, on va transmettre un savoir au client, et \u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 celui-ci voit\u00a0un grand chef se servir de ces ustensiles (dont beaucoup sont d\u2019ailleurs de marque fran\u00e7aise), qu&rsquo;il veut cuisiner avec des po\u00eales qui n\u2019accrochent pas etc, il\u00a0aura envie de reproduire la m\u00eame chose chez lui. On prouve ainsi l\u2019expertise de l\u2019enseigne qui se sert de ces produits.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le m\u00eame type de coaching, on trouve l\u2019enseigne <a title=\"Eataly\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eataly.net\/it_it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Eataly<\/a> qui est un grand supermarch\u00e9 de produits italiens de qualit\u00e9. Les cours de cuisine sont payants car il y a beaucoup de demande. Quand le client go\u00fbte et apprend \u00e0 cuisiner avec des produits de qualit\u00e9, il n\u2019aura pas envie de renouveler l\u2019exp\u00e9rience chez lui avec des produits de basse qualit\u00e9.<br \/>\nLe coaching en magasin permet de\u00a0transmettre un savoir, que l\u2019on trouve m\u00eame dans un supermarch\u00e9 comme <a title=\"Whole Foods\" href=\"http:\/\/www.wholefoodsmarket.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Whole Foods<\/a>, qui vous apprend des recettes v\u00e9g\u00e9taliennes, sans gluten etc. Avec ce coaching en magasin, on transmet ainsi le savoir que l\u2019on poss\u00e8de et on prouve sa diff\u00e9rence par l\u2019expertise des collaborateurs de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"[Fr] Une nouvelle tendance : le coaching en magasin \u2013 Mike Hadjadj\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0EnvKxpy7ks?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0Le coaching en magasin est donc tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sent dans l\u2019alimentaire\u00a0: qu\u2019en est-il des autres secteurs\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p>Le coaching en magasin est pr\u00e9sent dans bien d\u2019autres secteurs\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La mode\u00a0: par exemple <a title=\"Lululemon\" href=\"http:\/\/shop.lululemon.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lululemon Athletica<\/a> qui vend des articles de sport. Son cr\u00e9neau particulier est la pratique du yoga. L\u2019ensemble de ses conseillers font du yoga\u00a0: ils ont d\u2019ailleurs leur CV affich\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e du magasin. Une \u00e0 deux fois par semaine, des cours de yoga sont organis\u00e9s dans le magasin, par les vendeurs. A partir du moment o\u00f9 ces vendeurs sont aptes \u00e0 donner des cours, c\u2019est qu\u2019ils ont un niveau de pratique, qu\u2019ils sont professionnels. Et si ces professionnels font du sport avec tel ou tel article, c\u2019est que cela en vaut la peine.<br \/>\nIl y a \u00e9galement l\u2019enseigne <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.nike.com\/us\/en_us\/c\/running\/nike-run-club\">Nike+ Running Club<\/span> o\u00f9 vous pouvez essayer vos chaussures de sport avec un conseiller sur un tapis. L\u2019ensemble de vos performances sont analys\u00e9es avec le coach sur un \u00e9cran. Le coach va vous faire tester d\u2019autres chaussures en fonction de vos performances. On vous donnera les meilleurs produits en fonction de vous. Mais cela ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas l\u00e0\u00a0: il existe une communaut\u00e9 Nike dans laquelle on va vous connecter. En fonction de vos performance, on va vous mettre en relation avec des personnes avec qui vous pourrez courir. Cet accompagnement est donc tr\u00e8s pouss\u00e9.<br \/>\nAutre exemple dans la mode\u00a0: l\u2019enseigne J.Crew propose de petits espaces personnels avec des IPad pour les hommes qui souhaitent changer de look. On va proposer des exemples de styles, des cours etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Le bricolage\u00a0: dans des magasins comme<span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.homedepot.com\/\"> Home Depot<\/span> ou <a title=\"Container Store\" href=\"http:\/\/www.containerstore.com\/welcome.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Container Store<\/a>, on va donner des cours en magasin pour apprendre le \u00ab\u00a0do it yourself\u00a0\u00bb, et des ateliers pour les enfants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019\u00e9lectronique\u00a0: <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.bestbuy.com\/site\/electronics\/magnolia-home\/pcmcat139900050002.c?id=pcmcat139900050002\">Best buy<\/span> qui a ouvert des espaces avec Magnolia Home Theater o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on apprend au client \u00e0 configurer son salon en fonction de ses habitudes, de la surface etc. On va param\u00e9trer la taille de l\u2019\u00e9cran, la position des enceintes pour tirer le meilleur parti des produits achet\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>La distribution: <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.jpg.fr\/?cm_mmc=SEM-_-google-_-serp-brand-core-other&amp;gclid=Cj0KEQjw6tepBRDLqLnxouaY_pkBEiQAPIOiBgO8ZywzKYTVdLVgBXvw4Uw9K9UrKk6ezPXrEhcp7UQaAgAO8P8HAQ\">Staples<\/span> est le plus gros d\u00e9taillants de produits de bureau au monde et souffre actuellement de la concurrence sur internet. Dans ses magasins, il y a un Staples Tech Support Center \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e o\u00f9 l\u2019on peut rencontrer des coaches certifi\u00e9s. Ce SAV a de particulier que le coach va apprendre au client soit \u00e0 r\u00e9parer son article, soit \u00e0 mieux le configurer. Le client garde les coordonn\u00e9es du coach pour pouvoir le recontacter en cas de probl\u00e8me. Cela va donc bien plus loin qu\u2019un simple service apr\u00e8s vente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>La cosm\u00e9tique\u00a0: Sephora propose de d\u00e9finir le parfum qui peut correspondre au client. Cela se fait via\u00a0un questionnaire qui va interroger le client sur ses go\u00fbt, ses couleurs pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es, ses paysages etc. En fonction de cela, on va proposer diff\u00e9rents parfums au client, qui va pouvoir les tester avec un conseiller de vente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019animalerie\u00a0: Le coaching en magasin peut m\u00eame aller tr\u00e8s loin, avec <a title=\"Unleashed\" href=\"http:\/\/unleashedby.petco.com\/pet-stores\/5820\/PA\/Philadelphia-The-Granary\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Unleashed by Petco<\/a> qui poss\u00e8de tous les codes d\u2019un supermarch\u00e9 haut de gamme pour animaux, et propose de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re des cours de socialisation pour animaux dans le magasin&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Est-ce que \u00e7a existe \u00e9galement sur Internet ?<\/h3>\n<p>Cela fait partie des nouveaux moyens d\u2019attrait en magasin. Mais comme toujours, le Web n\u2019est jamais loin, et l\u2019on a des exemples en France avec <a title=\"Oscaro\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oscaro.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Oscaro<\/a> qui vend des pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9tach\u00e9es automobiles par internet. Oscaro propose un kit de vidange correspondant au v\u00e9hicule du client : il va ensuite proposer un tutoriel pour lui apprendre \u00e0 faire sa vidange lui-m\u00eame.
