G\u00e9r\u00e9 la plupart du temps de fa\u00e7on presque mythique et empirique, ce capital Web peut se transformer, si on n\u2019y prend garde, en v\u00e9ritable casse-t\u00eate. Or, avec\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2015\/01\/revolution-digitale\/\">l\u2019importance croissante du digital dans le business<\/a>, ce capital Web doit \u00eatre choy\u00e9 et prot\u00e9g\u00e9 comme tout autre capital de l\u2019entreprise.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le DAM, Digital Assets Management ou en fran\u00e7ais gestion des ressources num\u00e9riques, a pour fonction de stocker tout ce patrimoine num\u00e9rique, le classer, le partager. Elle aboutit \u00e0 la lassitude de l\u2019utilisateur, laisse peu de place \u00e0 l\u2019imagination et la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, et finit par \u00eatre contre-productive\u00a0: \u00e0 force de ramener tous les visiteurs en tout lieu au m\u00eame rep\u00e8re visuel, ceux-ci finissent par ne plus savoir o\u00f9 ils sont.<\/p>\n<p>Un dilemme que dans une vie ant\u00e9rieure, alors que j\u2019\u00e9tais confront\u00e9 \u00e0 ce sujet, j\u2019avais r\u00e9solu au travers de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une usine \u00e0 sites qui permettait de combiner gestion centralis\u00e9e, avec libert\u00e9 de cr\u00e9ation, dans le respect de la charte graphique de l\u2019entreprise, et respect de <a class=\"liens\" href=\"http:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/Orange\/en-the-orange-website-generator?ref=http:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/Orange\/slideshelf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">quelques r\u00e8gles de base<\/a>.<br \/>\nD\u2019autres clients ont suivi le m\u00eame chemin, comme le <a class=\"liens\" href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220704212541\/http:\/\/www.amnh.org\/\">mus\u00e9e d\u2019histoire naturelle de New York<\/a>, par exemple, plac\u00e9 au sein d\u2019un m\u00e9tier o\u00f9 les microsites et les \u00e9v\u00e9nements sont nombreux.<\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9marche a r\u00e9solu beaucoup de probl\u00e8mes, et notamment la r\u00e9elle utilisation d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments communs \u00e0 tous les sites Web. Le module d\u2019affichage du cours de bourse, par exemple, n\u2019a pas besoin d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 1000\u00a0fois. C\u2019est inutile et inefficace.<\/p>\n<p>Cette logique peut et doit \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 tous les autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments du capital Web de l\u2019entreprise, afin de permettre leur r\u00e9utilisation simple, sans duplication\u00a0: \u00e9l\u00e9ments graphiques, vid\u00e9os, widgets, modules sp\u00e9cifiques, textes standards ou r\u00e9glementaires (cookies, <a class=\"liens\" href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220704212541\/http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Boilerplate\">boilerplates<\/a>, <a class=\"liens\" href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220704212541\/http:\/\/fr.wiktionary.org\/wiki\/disclaimer\">disclaimer<\/a> s\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>Un simple CMS ne suffit pas, l\u2019usine \u00e0 sites \u00e9tait certes une bonne id\u00e9e (elle fonctionne toujours alors que nous en sommes \u00e0 la 5e\u00a0ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s sa conception et tournera encore longtemps, j\u2019en suis certain), mais elle n\u2019est qu\u2019une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de r\u00e9duction de la complexit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Combin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019usine \u00e0 site, sur un grand du <a class=\"liens\" href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220704212541\/http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/CAC_40\">CAC 40<\/a>, un syst\u00e8me de Digital Asset Management peut faire \u00e9conomiser des millions d\u2019euros. M\u00eame \u00e0 plus petite \u00e9chelle, l\u2019\u00e9conomie sera substantielle. Encore largement sous-estim\u00e9es par la plupart des marques, elles y arrivent peu \u00e0 peu [1]. Au-del\u00e0 du rendu des sites Web, les enjeux en termes de ressources sont importants.<\/p>\n<p>Les applications mobiles (moins utiles dans la sph\u00e8re de la communication que dans celle du service et du commerce, o\u00f9 elles deviennent cruciales) ont notamment tendance \u00e0 multiplier les ressources Web et les diss\u00e9miner, ainsi que de complexifier les choses au point de pousser certains acteurs \u00e0 supprimer ou cacher (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.blablacar.fr\">Blabla Car par exemple<\/a>) des versions Web de leur site pour forcer le t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement d\u2019applications. Ceci a le m\u00e9rite de simplifier les choses, mais rend \u00e9galement les entreprises d\u00e9pendantes des deux poids lourds du secteur du mobile, Apple et Google.<\/p>\n<p>Je pense que nous en reviendrons, et que les acteurs du Web comprendront que g\u00e9rer tous ces actifs, sans n\u00e9gliger le bon \u00ab\u2009vieil\u2009\u00bb ordinateur, est indispensable. Ne serait-ce que pour le confort d\u2019utilisation hors mobilit\u00e9. En outre, un rapport d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220704212541\/http:\/\/www.effinity.partners\/\">Effinity<\/a> [2] a montr\u00e9 l\u2019importance de la superposition de tous ces canaux, notamment en B2B. Le Web n\u2019est pas compl\u00e8tement soluble dans le mobile, et il faut \u00e9viter les amalgames.<\/p>\n<p>Quoi qu\u2019il en soit, la r\u00e9sultante est qu\u2019il faudra g\u00e9rer toutes ces ressources en m\u00eame temps. Cela va \u00eatre un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi humain et p\u00e9cuniaire\u00a0: le DAM devrait aussi s\u2019imposer dans ce domaine\u2026 En interfa\u00e7age avec les <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220704212541\/http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Syst%C3%A8me_de_gestion_de_contenu\">CMS<\/a>, car il faudra vite gagner en efficacit\u00e9 pour \u00e9viter l\u2019implosion.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Lato, serif; font-size: 24px;\">D\u00c9FI NUM\u00c9RO\u00a03\u00a0: \u00c9L\u00c9MENTS DE MARQUE<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de marque, non seulement graphiques, mais aussi multim\u00e9dia (son, image, vid\u00e9o, etc.) sont cruciaux. Rien de plus r\u00e9barbatif qu\u2019un ensemble de sites standardis\u00e9s pass\u00e9s au moule \u00e0 gaufres de Fotolia, sans \u00e2me ni personnalit\u00e9. Afin de pr\u00e9server la marque et son identit\u00e9, les grands logos d\u00e9veloppent des plates-formes d\u00e9connect\u00e9es de leurs capitaux Web qu\u2019ils font d\u00e9velopper dans un centre de co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaire.<br \/>\nL\u2019enjeu sera pour certains d\u2019adopter ces plates-formes de marque, et pour les pionniers d\u2019int\u00e9grer ces plates-formes \u00e0 leur capital Web afin de permettre les \u00e9changes sans couture, d\u2019\u00e9viter les duplications, de limiter les co\u00fbts et les travaux inutiles\u2026 Et surtout de renforcer l\u2019identit\u00e9 originale de leur capital Web. Apr\u00e8s tout, quel commer\u00e7ant souhaite que son magasin ressemble \u00e0 celui du voisin\u2009? !<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00c9FI NUM\u00c9RO\u00a04\u00a0: GESTION DES DROITS<\/h3>\n<p>Un autre casse-t\u00eate et celui de la gestion des droits\u00a0: il m\u2019est arriv\u00e9 ainsi d\u2019avoir l\u2019autorisation (temporaire) d\u2019utiliser un visuel du <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220704212541\/http:\/\/www.cirquedusoleil.com\/fr\/home\/shows.aspx\">Cirque du Soleil<\/a>, hyper pointilleux sur les droits des images, au point d\u2019en devenir proc\u00e9durier. Apr\u00e8s trois mois, il fallait donc retrouver toutes les images sur tous nos sites\/blogs et autres ressources pour faire le m\u00e9nage. Un pensum r\u00e9barbatif et stressant (qu\u2019est-ce qui se passe si on oublie une image\u2009?) qu\u2019il conviendra d\u2019\u00e9liminer au travers de logiciels intelligents dans les ann\u00e9es qui viennent.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00c9FI NUM\u00c9RO\u00a05\u00a0: TAILLE DES FICHIERS, MONT\u00c9E EN CHARGE ET ARCHIVAGE<\/h3>\n<p>Les fichiers images sont devenus monstrueux. Un fichier issu de mon premier appareil photo num\u00e9rique en 1995 pesait quelques centaines de <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220704212541\/http:\/\/fr.wiktionary.org\/wiki\/kilooctet\">kilooctets<\/a>. Un fichier <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220704212541\/http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/RAW_%28format_d%27image%29\">RAW<\/a> pris lors d\u2019un shooting, <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220704212541\/http:\/\/www.orange-business.com\/fr\/blogs\/cloud-computing\/datacenter\/voyage-au-coeur-d-un-data-center-eco-responsable-et-ultramoderne\">comme dans cette visite d\u2019un data Center de notre client Orange Cloud for Business<\/a> p\u00e8se 50\u00a0m\u00e9gaoctets.<\/p>\n<p>Ce probl\u00e8me est incroyable pour les gestionnaires du Web qui ne savent plus o\u00f9 ranger leurs fichiers, et qui sont terroris\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de les perdre. Que dire des vid\u00e9os qui, en full HD, peuvent peser individuellement plusieurs gigaoctets selon leur dur\u00e9e\u2009? O\u00f9 les conserver\u2009? Il s\u2019agit, en fin de compte, d\u2019un probl\u00e8me d\u2019argent et d\u2019efficacit\u00e9. De permettre \u00e0 tous dans l\u2019entreprise de profiter du capital Web et de pouvoir cr\u00e9er\u2026 Tout en respectant la marque, l\u2019identit\u00e9 visuelle, et en gardant le contr\u00f4le total. Celui-ci doit en outre \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9 et archiv\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cette complexit\u00e9 incroyable ne fait que cro\u00eetre avec la multiplication d\u2019espaces externes de contenu\u00a0: <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220704212541\/http:\/\/fr.slideshare.net\/\">Slideshare<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220704212541\/https:\/\/fr.pinterest.com\/\">Pinterest<\/a>, plate-formes d\u2019infographie, sans compter les innombrables m\u00e9dias sociaux.
