Ce que le r\u00e9dacteur de l\u2019\u00e9tude semble regretter, reprochant la multiplications \u00ab\u00a0<em>d\u2019initiatives ponctuelles, souvent peu coordonn\u00e9es entre-elles, et qui n\u2019adressent qu\u2019une partie limit\u00e9e du spectre du changement\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Personnellement, je n\u2019y vois pas un handicap. Bien au contraire. Certes, une approche strat\u00e9gique est id\u00e9alement souhaitable. Mais le lancement d\u2019un grand plan strat\u00e9gique, en particulier dans les grandes entreprises, est aussi le meilleur moyen de ne rien faire et d\u2019enterrer un projet.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9laboration de strat\u00e9gies globales fait peut-\u00eatre la joie des consultants comme nous, mais l\u2019approche par micro-projets, telle que nous la pr\u00e9conisons dans le livre blanc \u00ab\u00a0<a title=\"Livre blanc : &quot;La face cach\u00e9e de la transformation digitale&quot;\" href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.fr\/transfo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">La face cach\u00e9e de la transformation digitale<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb, a le m\u00e9rit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre pragmatique et pr\u00e9sente de nombreux avantages. Elle permet non seulement de vaincre les r\u00e9sistances au changement, notamment celles \u00e9manant du top management, mais aussi de rendre l\u2019entreprise plus agile et de fonctionner en mode \u00ab\u00a0test and learn\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le secteur public (75%), l\u2019industrie (63%), le commerce et la distribution (61%) et les services financiers et assuranciels (57%) ont ainsi majoritairement privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 des r\u00e9ponses tactiques \u00e0 l\u2019av\u00e8nement du digital. C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs ce que j\u2019ai pu observer dans le secteur bancaire. Dans leur <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2015\/01\/transformation-digitale-des-banques-1-repenser-la-distribution-autour-de-lexperience-client\/\">transformation digitale, les banques ont privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client<\/a> &#8211; notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019omnicanal -, dans la plupart des cas <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2015\/01\/transformation-digitale-des-banques-refonte-du-back-office\/\">sans revoir leur infrastructure technologique, ni leurs process de back-office<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Une situation qui ne pourra cependant pas perdurer, car t\u00f4t ou tard elles seront contraintes d\u2019embrasser l&rsquo;ensemble des composantes du changement dans une logique impliquant toutes les directions et tous les processus de l&rsquo;organisation &#8211; et pas uniquement les sph\u00e8res orient\u00e9es \u00ab\u00a0client\u00a0\u00bb, faute de quoi, elles seront dans l\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de leurs clients. La digitalisation des processus constitue une composante cl\u00e9 de la transformation digitale, malheureusement trop faiblement investie par les organisations.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9crypter le positionnement de l\u2019entreprise dans le processus de transformation digitale<\/h2>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de la question des approches tactiques vs strat\u00e9giques, un des grands b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de ce barom\u00e8tre de la transformation digitale est la mod\u00e9lisation du positionnement des entreprises mis au point par CSC selon quatre profils distincts. En ce sens, elles tirent peu partie de la relation plus \u00e9troite et plus bilat\u00e9rale qu&rsquo;am\u00e8ne le digital et les m\u00e9dias sociaux. 43% seulement des entreprises affirment davantage prendre en compte les commentaires de leurs clients, mais elles sont 39% \u00e0 reconnaitre qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a aucun changement.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, l&rsquo;omnicanal s&rsquo;impose sous la pression des clients, de m\u00eame que le digital a\u00a0largement (43%), voire fondamentalement (15%) modifi\u00e9 leur mani\u00e8re de consommer les produits et services de l&rsquo;entreprise.
