Celui-ci, au d\u00e9tour d&rsquo;un \u00e9change a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab dans quelques ann\u00e9es, les Community Managers vont dispara\u00eetre \u00bb. Le retour en vogue des plateformes propri\u00e9taires de communaut\u00e9 aura un impact sur la fonction des Community Managers<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><em> Il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 5 ans que nous annoncions quelque chose de similaire sur le r\u00f4le du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=awmWlfEGa28&amp;feature=youtu.be\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Community Manager<\/a> dans \u00ab <a href=\"http:\/\/amonboss.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">les m\u00e9dias sociaux expliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 mon boss <\/a>\u00bb. Le livre a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9crit au cours de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 2010, en somme une\u00a0\u00e9ternit\u00e9 en temps \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/agence.visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/offre\/offre-medias-sociaux.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0. <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>Nous y pr\u00e9disions au Community Manager, le m\u00eame sort que celui r\u00e9serv\u00e9 une d\u00e9cennie plus t\u00f4t au d\u00e9funt webmaster. Pourtant, si le terme de webmaster a disparu, ou presque, de la circulation, il n&rsquo;en est pas de m\u00eame ni des sites Web, ni du personnel charg\u00e9 de les faire vivre.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> Ces webmasters, anciennes stars du march\u00e9 du travail, ont tout simplement \u00e9volu\u00e9 et se sont transform\u00e9s au gr\u00e9 du march\u00e9 ; et ont essaim\u00e9 en une multiplicit\u00e9 de fonctions plus sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es les unes que les autres. Que va-t-il se passer et que voyons-nous d\u00e9j\u00e0 se passer, dans les quelques ann\u00e9es qui viennent. Sans \u00eatre devin, je pense pouvoir avancer quelques hypoth\u00e8ses de travail.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Community Managers : un terme \u00e0 mettre au pluriel<\/h3>\n<p>Car il a de multiples facettes et qui plus est, il est souvent soumis \u00e0 une sp\u00e9cialisation (par secteur, par outil, par fonction : CRM, communication, marketing &#8230;). Ce terme valise de Community Manager est donc, \u00e0 mon avis, \u00e0 revoir. Nous l&rsquo;avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 soulign\u00e9 dans nos l&rsquo;ouvrage sur la communication digitale et les m\u00e9dias sociaux (voir <a href=\"http:\/\/amonboss.com\">amonboss.com<\/a>).<\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;ADN de la marque est pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant<\/h3>\n<p>C\u2019est mon leitmotiv, et je ne cesserai de le r\u00e9p\u00e9ter tant que cela ne sera pas compris &#8230; Et il y a encore du travail. Le travail de\u00a0 Community manager \u00e0 proprement parler se situera surtout sur les marques fonctionnelles et les marques aim\u00e9es. Les autres cat\u00e9gories n\u00e9cessitent chacune des approches diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la fois en termes de m\u00e9dias sociaux et de content marketing, les marques sous le radar seront plus intensives en production et en coordination de contenus. Les marques sensibles ont quant \u00e0 elles tendance, soit \u00e0 \u00e9viter les m\u00e9dias sociaux interactifs soit \u00e0 se focaliser sur le marketing digital didactique.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, les marques fonctionnelles vont requ\u00e9rir \u00e9galement un engagement tr\u00e8s fort, et prioritaire, du support client en ligne ; si possible en 7 jours sur 7 avec des heures ouvr\u00e9es \u00e9tendues. Dans ce dernier cas, le Community Manager sont en fait la plupart du temps des acteurs du support client.<\/p>\n<p><center><\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/awmWlfEGa28\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><\/center><center>Notre d\u00e9bat sur le Community Management et Community Managers au CMAD en f\u00e9vrier 2015 avec Ed Saperia, Joanne Jacobs, Andrew Gerrard, James Barrisic et St\u00e9phane Lapeyrade (en anglais)<\/center><\/p>\n<h3>La fin des ponts d\u2019or<\/h3>\n<p>J\u2019ai m\u00eame vu un temps des estimations de salaires de Community Managers \u00e0 150k\u20ac par an. Nous en sommes d\u00e9sormais assez loin et si ceci n&rsquo;est pas nouveau, le tassement se pr\u00e9cise encore. Les cons\u00e9quences, sans doute exag\u00e9r\u00e9es dans l\u2019autre sens, sont une paup\u00e9risation de la fonction, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 elle n&rsquo;est pas centrale au business s&rsquo;entend.<\/p>\n<p>Cette tendance, qui se confirme, tend \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration des Community Managers dans les \u00e9quipes internes, en faisant \u00e9voluer les comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n<p>Ceci \u00e9tant, apr\u00e8s avoir offici\u00e9 de nombreuses ann\u00e9es et form\u00e9 nombre de Community managers, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience nous force \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser que cette \u00e9tape d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration doit se faire correctement. Il est bien s\u00fbr possible de faire acqu\u00e9rir les bases du Community Manager \u00e0 un professionnel sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans le domaine m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est m\u00eame plus facile, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, que de faire\u00a0 l\u2019inverse, mais il faut le faire bien et tenir compte de l&rsquo;usure des Community Managers dans le temps. Celle ci peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s forte dans les m\u00e9tiers fortement expos\u00e9s aux mauvais buzz et aux attaques. Et il n&rsquo;y a rien de plus frustrant que de voir partir quelqu&rsquo;un qu&rsquo;on a mis des mois \u00e0 former.<\/p>\n<h3>La diffusion des Community Managers dans toute entreprise<\/h3>\n<p>Ceci est la suite logique de ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de. Seul un expert m\u00e9tier pourra, par exemple dans le traitement de l&rsquo;eau, r\u00e9pondre correctement \u00e0 une remarque sur les pompes \u00e0 sable ou le d\u00e9graissage de l&rsquo;eau dans l&rsquo;industrie alimentaire.<\/p>\n<p>Il est donc parfaitement naturel qu&rsquo;\u00e0 terme, les m\u00e9tiers se forment au Community Management et qu&rsquo;on trouve cette fonction r\u00e9partie dans l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;entreprise, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le savoir est disponible, et non dans les \u00e9quipe marketing centrales, souvent d\u00e9bord\u00e9es et loin des m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n<p>Seules les entreprises tr\u00e8s m\u00fbres, o\u00f9 le degr\u00e9 d&rsquo;autonomie est fort et o\u00f9 la direction marketing a fait sa mue, peuvent atteindre ce Graal organisationnel qui transforme les employ\u00e9s volontaires en v\u00e9ritables ambassadeurs de la marque.<\/p>\n<h3>Les communaut\u00e9s propri\u00e9taires : le retour<\/h3>\n<p>On le voit d\u00e9j\u00e0 arriver ici ou l\u00e0, et les consultants de Visionary Marketing sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur la br\u00e8che en ce domaine ; il s&rsquo;agit m\u00eame d&rsquo;un retour assez fort. Les communaut\u00e9s propri\u00e9taires correspondent \u00e0 de vrais besoins des entreprises, notamment en B2B.<\/p>\n<p>Elles ne sont pas concurrentes des plates-formes de communaut\u00e9 ouvertes. Elles en sont les justes compl\u00e9ments et il va falloir apprendre \u00e0 jongler entre ces 2 p\u00f4les du marketing participatif.<\/p>\n<p>Si les plates-formes ouvertes permettent le partage tr\u00e8s large de l\u2019information, les \u00e9changes ouverts et sans contrainte, ou avec peu de contraintes, les plates-formes ferm\u00e9es permettent quant \u00e0 elles le co-marketing et le travail en \u00e9quipe \u00e9tendue (entreprises, clients, partenaires) en toute confidentialit\u00e9 ; sans oublier le partage d\u2019information dont la teneur ne peut, ni ne doit, \u00eatre confondue avec celle des informations publiques.<\/p>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;est pas question ici de modernit\u00e9 ou de ringardise mais de compl\u00e9ter le dispositif ouvert par un autre, plus s\u00e9lectif, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;information plus confidentielle pourra circuler librement et favoriser la collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>Le travail en communaut\u00e9 priv\u00e9e requiert des Community Managers plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s et plus seniors, vers\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;art de la conduite du changement et permettant les \u00e9changes fructueux entre professionnels, dont l&rsquo;expertise doit \u00eatre valoris\u00e9e au sein d&rsquo;un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me contributif d\u00e9centralis\u00e9. Le retour de ces plates-formes de communaut\u00e9, populaires dans les ann\u00e9es 2005 \u00e0 2007, \u00e9clips\u00e9es un temps par Facebook, va \u00eatre patent dans les ann\u00e9es qui viennent.<\/p>\n<p>Les marques, et notamment mais pas exclusivement les marques B2B, ayant confondu m\u00e9dias en propre (owned media) et m\u00e9dias m\u00e9rit\u00e9s (earned m\u00e9dia) se rendent enfin compte que ce besoin, l\u00e9gitime, de m\u00e9dias en propre n&rsquo;est pas concurrent, mais concomitant des m\u00e9dias sociaux ouverts et m\u00e9ritent qu&rsquo;on s\u2019y int\u00e9resse.<\/p>\n<p>Ils permettent de nombreuses solutions qui ont \u00e9chou\u00e9 sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux comme, notamment, le social selling, comme le d\u00e9montre brillamment Kiloutou sur sa communaut\u00e9 propri\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n<p>Pour toutes ces raisons, et quelques autres sans doute, le m\u00e9tier de Community Manager va changer radicalement dans les ann\u00e9es qui viennent, il va se segmenter, et se professionnaliser.<\/p>\n<p>La fonction de Community Management restera et se d\u00e9veloppera en se professionnalisant.
