J&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 int\u00e9ressant de convier Xavier \u00e0 venir expliquer son histoire chez Visionary Marketing pour deux raisons principales. La premi\u00e8re, c&rsquo;est que l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de sa start-up elle-m\u00eame, et le\u00a0\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2019\/11\/scale-up\/\">pivot<\/a>\u201d\u00a0qu&rsquo;il a r\u00e9ussi r\u00e9cemment. (photo antimuseum.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>En l&rsquo;occurrence, il \u00e9tait parti d&rsquo;une id\u00e9e, la carte de visite personnalisable pour les entreprises, et en d\u00e9veloppant son affaire, il s&rsquo;est aper\u00e7u que les entreprises avaient un v\u00e9ritable besoin de signature \u00e9lectronique dans leurs emails, notamment de gestion de cette signature de fa\u00e7on centralis\u00e9e. Une deuxi\u00e8me raison, c&rsquo;est ce nouveau march\u00e9 de la signature email, queTikimee est en train d&rsquo;ouvrir, et que Xavier nous a d\u00e9crit pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cette interview. Alors voyons, comment votre marque elle aussi, peut am\u00e9liorer sa pr\u00e9sence de marque (pour ne pas dire\u00a0\u201cbranding\u201d) au travers de sa signature email.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Tikimee, du personal branding au corporate branding<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9e \u00e9tait de cr\u00e9er un \u00e9quivalent de <a href=\"http:\/\/about.me\/ygourven\">about.me<\/a> qui a \u00e9merg\u00e9 aux <a title=\"United States\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=38.8833333333,-77.0166666667&amp;spn=10.0,10.0&amp;q=38.8833333333,-77.0166666667 (United%20States)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation noopener noreferrer\">Etats Unis<\/a> autour de 2010. L\u2019id\u00e9e est de permettre aux gens de faire leur \u00ab\u00a0personal branding en ligne\u00a0\u00bb. Cela s\u2019adressait au d\u00e9part aux individuels et aux professionnels ind\u00e9pendants, et un an apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9marrage, nous nous sommes aper\u00e7u que d\u00e9velopper sa marque personnelle concerne finalement peu de personnes. Nous sommes donc entr\u00e9s en contact avec des entreprises qui avaient des probl\u00e9matiques de d\u00e9veloppement de marques internes ou de marques individuelles pour lesquelles notre solution pouvait apporter une r\u00e9ponse tout \u00e0 fait nouvelle.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u2019un produit de personnal branding, vous vous \u00eates orient\u00e9 vers la signature d\u2019email. Pourquoi ?<\/h3>\n<p>Lorsque l\u2019on s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 la marque diffus\u00e9e au travers des entreprises, on s\u2019aper\u00e7oit que bien des choses passent par les \u00e9changes interpersonnels, et entre entreprises, qu\u2019on le veuille ou non, les \u00e9changes se r\u00e9sument principalement \u00e0 l\u2019envoi d\u2019email. Les \u00e9changes sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux se d\u00e9veloppent, mais ils n\u2019ont pas encore remplac\u00e9 l\u2019email. Certains ne font rien, d\u2019autres mettent des banni\u00e8res, il y a \u00e9galement des probl\u00e9matiques de coh\u00e9rence, d\u2019image\u2026 C\u2019est quelque chose de tr\u00e8s artisanal, m\u00eame dans les grandes entreprises.<\/p>\n<h3>Dans une signature email, il \u00e9tait au d\u00e9but sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 qu\u2019il ne fallait pas mettre d\u2019images\u2026 Peut-on le faire aujourd\u2019hui\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p>On peut, mais il faut faire attention, notamment avec les filtres automatiques anti-spam. Il y a une vraie technicit\u00e9 dans la construction de la signature email, qui est un <a title=\"HTML\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/HTML\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener noreferrer\">HTML<\/a> plus compliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser aujourd\u2019hui, car il y a des contraintes un peu plus fortes. Pour ce qui concerne les images, il faut \u00e9viter de les joindre directement dans l\u2019email, mais plut\u00f4t faire des images distantes, ce qui n\u2019alourdit pas les messages.<\/p>\n<h3>L\u2019histoire du nouveau Tikimee a commenc\u00e9 avec les cabinets de consultants<\/h3>\n<p><a title=\"Thales\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Thales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener noreferrer\">Thal\u00e8s<\/a> avait une entit\u00e9 interne de conseil qui cherchait \u00e0 gagner en visibilit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de ses propres clients. Ils ont eu l\u2019id\u00e9e de d\u00e9velopper leur propre image \u00e0 travers celle de leurs collaborateurs. Ils ont tout d\u2019abord r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi \u00e0 des cartes de visite enrichies, et de fil en aiguille sont arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 utiliser l\u2019email et enrichir ce profil individuel pour cette entit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Vous \u00eates ensuite pass\u00e9 \u00e0 <a title=\"Capgemini\" href=\"http:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage noopener noreferrer\">Capgemini<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>La probl\u00e9matique de Capgemini \u00e9tait de transformer son entreprise en ambassadeur du digital. Pour cela, nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour eux une signature mail \u00e0 l\u2019aide de notre plateforme qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e partout dans le monde par l\u2019ensemble des VP et est encore utilis\u00e9e aujourd\u2019hui. Ce qui est int\u00e9ressant, c\u2019est de voir les diff\u00e9rences culturelles. Cela a permis \u00e0 Capgemini de faire une cartographie du niveau de maturit\u00e9 digitale de ses VP\u00a0: ils ont \u00e0 la fois d\u00e9couvert qu\u2019il y avait des personnes qui g\u00e9n\u00e9raient beaucoup d\u2019interaction dans leur quotidien et d\u2019autres un peu plus en retrait. C\u2019\u00e9tait \u00e0 la fois une prise de temp\u00e9rature et un moyen d\u2019amener ses troupes \u00e0 mieux communiquer.<\/p>\n<h3>Apr\u00e8s Capgemini, avec qui avez-vous travaill\u00e9\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tape suivante importante \u00e9tait Deloitte. Cela a commenc\u00e9 avec une entit\u00e9 interne innovante (comme pour Thal\u00e8s) qui cherchait \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de la visibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois en interne et en externe, puis Deloitte a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de le d\u00e9ployer sur l\u2019ensemble de ses collaborateurs. Nous avons pris une dimension suppl\u00e9mentaire dans l\u2019accompagnement des entreprise et la motorisation de leurs signatures email.<\/p>\n<h3>Finalement, votre succ\u00e8s a conduit au rachat de Tikimee&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 rachet\u00e9 par une entreprise de communication dans le B2B, ce qui nous permet aujourd\u2019hui de proposer non seulement un outil technologique, mais aussi un accompagnement de l\u2019entreprise pour identifier le bon contenu \u00e0 diffuser aupr\u00e8s de ses collaborateurs et aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui, par exemple pour Manpower \u00e0 g\u00e9rer de v\u00e9ritables campagnes de signature mail.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment fonctionne votre syst\u00e8me\u00a0de signature email ?<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019installation est extr\u00eamement simple car on arrive \u00e0 tout automatiser \u00e0 l\u2019aide notamment d\u2019un plugin sur Outlook ou sur <a title=\"Gmail\" href=\"http:\/\/mail.google.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage noopener noreferrer\">Gmail<\/a>. On d\u00e9finit en ligne les contenus et le format de la signature et en installant le plugin sur chaque poste qui peut \u00eatre t\u00e9l\u00e9distribu\u00e9 sur de grosses organisations du jour au lendemain.<\/p>\n<h3>On peut ainsi lancer des campagnes\u2026<\/h3>\n<p>Absolument. Et ce qui est tr\u00e8s particulier dans un contexte d\u2019entreprise c\u2019est que l\u2019on va passer d\u2019une signature unique \u00e0 un ensemble de signatures en fonction de la r\u00e9gion (contenu localis\u00e9) et de la position dans l\u2019entreprise pour que chaque entit\u00e9 communique en fonction de son audience. Cela donne \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 adresser le bon message \u00e0 la bonne population.<\/p>\n<h3>Quel est l\u2019avenir de Tikimee\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, nous investissons dans une plateforme de BI (business intelligence) dans laquelle nous sommes en train d\u2019analyser toutes ces donn\u00e9es que l\u2019on collecte pour les entreprises et on cartographie ainsi ce qui se passe \u00e0 travers les emails de leurs collaborateurs. Par exemple, on donne une information toute simple aux entreprises que celles-ci n\u2019ont pas\u00a0: la part d\u2019emails internes et externes, et ce que cela g\u00e9n\u00e8re comme consultation de contenu. On s\u2019aper\u00e7oit que certains contenus portent la valeur de l\u2019entreprise, en particulier des films ou des vid\u00e9os. Il y a un effet \u00e0 la fois vers l\u2019interne et vers l\u2019externe qui est extr\u00eamement int\u00e9ressant pour le marketing, la communication et les RH.<\/p>\n<h3>Quid de l\u2019international\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p>C\u2019est dans nos projets. Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 des clients qui ont une port\u00e9e internationale comme Capgemini. Plus concr\u00e8tement, nous accentuerons ce d\u00e9ploiement en 2015.
