C&rsquo;est ce que cherchent les utilisateurs sur <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Internet\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Internet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener noreferrer\">Internet<\/a>. Ils ne cherchent pas en fonction de vos produits ni de votre marque ni de quelque chose qui concerne l\u2019entreprise, ce qu&rsquo;ils cherchent c&rsquo;est quelque chose qui les concerne eux-m\u00eames ! Les utilisateurs cherchent autour de ces probl\u00e9matiques, de ces mots-cl\u00e9s, et c&rsquo;est cela qu&rsquo;il faut r\u00e9f\u00e9rencer \u00e0 tout prix, \u00e0 cela que le blog sert : il sert \u00e0 documenter ces probl\u00e9matiques at aussi \u00e0 montrer quelles sont les solutions (vous pouvez ensuite tourner cela dans tous les sens, aussi bien pour le B2B que le B2C, la recette est toujours la m\u00eame, le plat sera quant \u00e0 lui toujours diff\u00e9rent si l\u2019on veut qu\u2019il soit efficace).<\/p>\n<h2>Quels contributeurs mobiliser pour animer animer ces blogs d&rsquo;entreprise ?<\/h2>\n<p>Qui doit \u00eatre responsable d&rsquo;un blog ? Celui qui est comp\u00e9tent ! Il importe peu de savoir si cette personne est un champion de communication ou non. Par ailleurs, il faut un minimum de 10 personnes pour d\u00e9marrer une telle initiative, parce que ce qui va se passer, c\u2019est que parmi ces 10 personnes, il y aura toujours \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 2 ou 3 animateurs qui vont travailler. Qui plus est, ce ne seront jamais les m\u00eames. \u00c0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de ce groupe de 10 contributeurs, nous en aurons 2 ou 3 qui vont travailler un moment, puis ils vont \u00eatre absorb\u00e9s par une mission client puis passeront le relai \u00e0 quelqu&rsquo;un d&rsquo;autre, qui reprendront le blog \u00e0 leur compte etc.<\/p>\n<h2>Que faut-il pour r\u00e9ussir avec un blog d\u2019entreprise ?<\/h2>\n<p>Il faut de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, de l&rsquo;envie\u2026 Et de la passion ! Car on ne fait jamais autant confiance qu\u2019aux gens qui aiment ce qu\u2019ils font et qui font partager cette passion.
