Discutons-en.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h1>La Poste: quand la relation nuit \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience \u00bb EsTeam par Thierry de Baillon<\/h1>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Loin de moi l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019en faire une s\u00e9rie, mais l\u2019utilisation des services publics m\u2019incite \u00e0 publier ce second billet sur les difficult\u00e9s \u00e9prouv\u00e9es par les grandes entreprises \u00e0 saisir la port\u00e9e de la notion d\u2019exp\u00e9rience client, et \u00e0 se transformer en cons\u00e9quence. Celui-ci fait suite \u00e0 une r\u00e9cente visite d\u2019un bureau de poste local pour y envoyer un courrier recommand\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce bureau, l\u2019unique machine \u00e0 affranchir \u00e9tait occup\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u00e9livrer la commande d\u2019une personne \u00e2g\u00e9e, qui lui avait command\u00e9\u2026 50 vignettes d\u2019affranchissement. Il ne s\u2019agissait pas d\u2019affranchissements \u00ab\u00a0ordinaires\u00a0\u00bb, susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9livr\u00e9es en carnets, et donc le monsieur attendait que l\u2019automate lui d\u00e9livre ses vignettes une \u00e0 une, tandis que la queue s\u2019allongeait derri\u00e8re moi. Ne pouvait-on pas \u00e0 ce moment s\u2019adresser \u00e0 un guichet, comme je le demandai \u00e0 une employ\u00e9e ? Celle-ci m\u2019expliqua que c\u2019\u00e9tait impossible, car lorsque l\u2019automate fonctionnait (ce qui \u00e9tait bien le cas, pour le malheur des personnes pr\u00e9sentes) la machine \u00e0 affranchir du guichet \u00e9tait verrouill\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Au bout de plusieurs longues minutes (1-2-3 vignettes, 1-2-3 vignettes, \u2026) elle prit l\u2019initiative de nous aider, et, pour ce faire, fut oblig\u00e9e d\u2019enregistrer nos affranchissements en tant qu\u2019utilisateurs professionnels. Elle choisit une activit\u00e9 au hasard (\u00ab\u00a0en fait, c\u2019est juste pour les statistiques\u00a0\u00bb m\u2019indiqua-t-elle) et affranchit mon recommand\u00e9. Lorsque je lui fis remarquer que les automates n\u2019\u00e9taient a priori pas con\u00e7us pour des envois en nombre et qu\u2019il y avait sans doute l\u00e0 besoin de proc\u00e9der autrement, sa r\u00e9ponse m\u2019\u00e9tonna: \u00ab\u00a0je sais, mais je n\u2019y peux rien. On ne nous demande pas notre avis, nous sommes l\u00e0 pour sourire et faire ce qu\u2019on peut.
