Il est pass\u00e9 par toutes les \u00e9tapes : le garage, l\u2019ANVAR, le capital risque, le 2\u00e8me tour, puis la bourse.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Dans Parrot, il a cr\u00e9\u00e9 des \u00ab startups \u00bb, des micro \u00e9quipes qui sont en ligne avec ce que Parrot sait faire mais qui innovent en dehors du c\u0153ur du m\u00e9tier. Dans une entreprise, tout fait que c\u2019est dur d\u2019innover c\u2019est pour cela qu\u2019il faut que \u00ab\u00a0le boss montre le chemin\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a 450 ing\u00e9nieurs chez <a href=\"http:\/\/www.parrot.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Parrot<\/a> dont une grande partie travaille pour des clients et une poign\u00e9e travaille sur des startups qui cr\u00e9ent des choses qui existeront peut-\u00eatre mais ne \u201cseront pas \u00e9videntes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>On a lanc\u00e9 les petits robots (mini drones) pour lancer une innovation dans le spectre du t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie portable qui soit proche du monde du jeu vid\u00e9o. \u00ab\u00a0L\u2019<a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Internet\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Internet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener noreferrer\">Internet<\/a> des objets on l\u2019a vu il y a longtemps\u00a0\u00bb, mais \u201cj\u2019ai vu tout de suite qu\u2019on ne pourrait pas le faire\u201d. Henri Seydoux nous explique pourquoi et sutout, pourquoi il ne faut pas copier les autres (surtout les champions du monde) si l&rsquo;on veut innover.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ne pas copier, et tutoyer l\u2019interdit<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Apple Inc.\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=37.33182,-122.03118&amp;spn=1.0,1.0&amp;q=37.33182,-122.03118 (Apple%20Inc.)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation noopener noreferrer\">Apple<\/a> avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un Apple Nano qui pouvait servir de montre et \u00e7a a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 Seydoux de ne pas copier.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re difficult\u00e9 c\u2019est de ne pas copier. C\u2019est pour cela que Parrot s\u2019est lanc\u00e9 dans des innovations comme les drones. \u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est \u00e0 la limite de l\u2019interdit\u00a0\u00bb a dit <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/simottel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Simottel<\/a> qui l\u2019interrogeait : \u201ctout ce que nous faisons est \u00e0 la limite de l\u2019interdit\u201d a r\u00e9pondu Henri Seydoux, et \u00ab\u00a0cela doit \u00eatre sans doute une des lois de l\u2019innovation\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui Parrot est le leader des drones pour architectes et ambitionne de devenir le premier pour les agriculteurs\u00a0\u00e9galement (on le sait ici, les agriculteurs sont les champions de l&rsquo;innovation, comme l&rsquo;expliquait encore Herv\u00e9 Pillaud que j&rsquo;interviewais hier) alors qu\u2019il commentait un film d\u2019amateur tourn\u00e9 par des ing\u00e9nieurs de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce au <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Parrot\/status\/520456147929927680\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">community manager de Parrot qui est aussi un l\u00e8ve t\u00f4t<\/a>, nous vous livrons les deux vid\u00e9os des drones ci-dessous. Comme l&rsquo;explique M. Seydoux, \u00ab\u00a0les drones, cela fournit toujours de belles images\u00a0\u00bb. L\u2019innovation est en effet difficile. 3 ans \u00e0 peine apr\u00e8s ce billet la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 licenciait en masse son personnel sous la pression du concurrent chinois DJI qui a r\u00e9ussi le m\u00eame coup de que Haier sur la machine \u00e0 laver dans le domaine du drone et des stabilisateurs gyroscopiques (gimbals) grand public.
