Car si avoir une plume extraordinaire, savoir rester dans l&rsquo;objectivit\u00e9 et avoir une connaissance sans borne sont les\u00a0qualit\u00e9s du\u00a0<a title=\"Journaliste\" href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Journaliste\">journaliste<\/a>\u00a0parfait, elle ne le sont pas forc\u00e9ment pour un\u00a0bon blogueur ! La motivation et l&rsquo;envie sont des qualit\u00e9s qui priment pour ce genre d&rsquo;exercice qui demande du temps, de <a title=\"Organisation\" href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Organisation\">l&rsquo;organisation<\/a>, et beaucoup d&rsquo;investissement pour des r\u00e9sultats que l&rsquo;on ne peut observer qu&rsquo;au bout de plusieurs mois&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Id\u00e9e re\u00e7ue n\u00b01 : Il faut \u00eatre blogueur professionnel<\/h3>\n<p>Faire un blog n&rsquo;est pas une affaire de journalistes (m\u00eame si nous respectons et admirons le journalisme, l\u00e0 n&rsquo;est pas la question) et encore moins de blogueurs \u00ab\u00a0professionnels\u00a0\u00bb. La v\u00e9ritable valeur ajout\u00e9e r\u00e9side dans les id\u00e9es et les r\u00e9flexions\u00a0que le contributeur peut\u00a0apporter. Dans une entreprise, pour maximiser cet apport de savoir, <strong>mieux vaut avoir des professionnels qui bloguent que des blogueurs professionnels<\/strong> : il est donc souhaitable avant tout\u00a0de confier la r\u00e9daction des articles du blog \u00e0 des experts\u00a0dont le savoir-faire est la principale force. Cela n&rsquo;est pas qu&rsquo;une question de co\u00fbt ;\u00a0les articles post\u00e9s sur le blog seront plus int\u00e9ressants car plus concrets et proches du terrain. Attention toutefois aux fautes d&rsquo;orthographe, aux abr\u00e9viations, aux familiarit\u00e9s&#8230; Pour r\u00e9sumer, l&rsquo;important est d&rsquo;avoir un contenu int\u00e9ressant, avec des sujets vari\u00e9s, publier r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement (une fois par semaine au minimum, et au mieux une \u00e0 deux fois par jour).<\/p>\n<p>Attention aux fausses id\u00e9es : dans une bo\u00eete de chocolats, les meilleurs ne sont pas les plus beaux !<\/p>\n<h3>Id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues sur les blogs &#8211; n\u00b02 : Il ne faut pas trop se mouiller ni donner son avis<\/h3>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;y a pas de d\u00e9finition pr\u00e9cise sur le ton que doit adopter un blog. Mais, concernant les entreprises, le blog doit se diff\u00e9rencier du site principal, qui est une vitrine de l&rsquo;entreprise. \u00c9tant un m\u00e9dia social qui interagit avec une communaut\u00e9, le ton d&rsquo;un blog ne doit pas rester neutre : plus l&rsquo;avis est orient\u00e9, plus l&rsquo;article sera int\u00e9ressant car il apportera un regard diff\u00e9rent sur un sujet donn\u00e9. Il suscitera \u00e9galement davantage de r\u00e9actions, ce qui aidera l&rsquo;entreprise \u00e0 avoir une communaut\u00e9 active. Un ton corporate et des articles qui ne parlent que des offres de l&rsquo;entreprise risque de d\u00e9sint\u00e9resser l&rsquo;internaute : il ne faut jamais oublier que ce dernier est \u00e0 la recherche d&rsquo;information int\u00e9ressante et \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e. Il faut donc d\u00e9finir\u00a0un axe pour chaque article, et ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 \u00e9crire sur des sujets pol\u00e9miques.<\/p>\n<h3>Id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues sur les blogs &#8211; n\u00b03 : On est forc\u00e9ment limit\u00e9 par ses connaissances<\/h3>\n<p>Faire un blog n&rsquo;est pas seulement affaire de r\u00e9daction d&rsquo;articles sur des sujets\u00a0que l&rsquo;on conna\u00eet d\u00e9j\u00e0. Il s&rsquo;agit aussi d&rsquo;aller chercher l&rsquo;information, donner des interviews, proposer \u00e0 une autre personne d&rsquo;\u00e9crire sur son blog&#8230; Dans l&rsquo;\u00e9pisode 4 de Super Content Man, aucune des deux \u00e9quipes ne connaissent leur sujet, pourtant, elles ont le r\u00e9flexe (notamment la 2e \u00e9quipe) d&rsquo;aller chercher un professionnel pour d\u00e9finir le th\u00e8me. Avoir un article d&rsquo;expert valorise le blog et le rend cr\u00e9dible, mais il ne faut pas oublier que des articles un peu plus l\u00e9gers et moins s\u00e9rieux, ou des articles centr\u00e9s sur l&rsquo;actualit\u00e9 attirent beaucoup de\u00a0visiteurs. Il faut donc savoir jongler entre ces diff\u00e9rents types d&rsquo;articles en conservant une ligne \u00e9ditoriale pour que le blog soit un lieu de rendez-vous des internautes. Enfin et surtout, cet exercice d&rsquo;\u00e9criture est \u00e9galement un exercice d&rsquo;apprentissage.
