En gros il\u00a0faudra du cran, de la d\u00e9termination et prendre beaucoup d\u2019initiatives sur le terrain, mais le jeu\u00a0peut en valoir la chandelle car les partages de\u00a0b\u00e9n\u00e9fices sont potentiellement tr\u00e8s importants (cela et l\u2019investissement de\u00a0d\u00e9part seraient \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier avec la start-up).<\/p>\n<p>Si nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de publier ici cette\u00a0annonce d\u2019un genre nouveau pour nous et pour notre client\u00a0c\u2019est que nous avons pens\u00e9 que l\u2019exp\u00e9rience \u00e9tait originale d\u2019un point de\u00a0vue marketing et aussi de management.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, ce genre de recherches se font toujours dans le secret des alcoves, et la d\u00e9marche des \u00e9quipes de Zbynek est compl\u00e8tement inverse et nous a sembl\u00e9 g\u00e9niale.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est aussi\u00a0pour cela que nous\u00a0avons accept\u00e9 de l\u2019accompagner, il s\u2019agit d\u2019une initiative de qualit\u00e9 (Esther Dyson, l\u2019ancienne\u00a0patronne de l\u2019<a title=\"ICANN\" href=\"http:\/\/www.icann.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage noopener\">ICANN<\/a> et pionni\u00e8re du Net fait partie\u00a0du board de Youstice) et d\u2019une id\u00e9e v\u00e9ritablement originale (nous avons d\u00e9couvert la startup q<a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2014\/08\/vrm\/\">uand Zbynek est venu se faire interviewer chez nous<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons\u00a0voulu partager avec vous cette opportunit\u00e9 de business avec vous et tant que nous y \u00e9tions, d\u2019approfondir le sujet de la relation consommateur sur Internet.<\/p>\n<h2>Le E-commerce se d\u00e9veloppe, les diff\u00e9rends se font plus nombreux&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>Le E-commerce est un sujet r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement abord\u00e9 dans ce blog et on comprend pourquoi\u00a0: avec un taux de progression annuel moyen de 18% sur les 3 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, il est en train de s\u2019\u00e9tendre de plus en plus vite, et dans des cat\u00e9gories de biens et de services de plus en plus diversifi\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Or, n\u2019oublions jamais que le e-commerce, c\u2019est avant tout du commerce, et que si de nombreux avantages sont apport\u00e9s par la digitalisation, des inconv\u00e9nients viennent aussi venir perturber l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019achat de l\u2019internaute.<\/p>\n<p>Ces inconv\u00e9nients ont pour source (dans le meilleur des cas) une erreur informatique (il y en aura toujours, en d\u00e9pit \u2013et \u00e0 cause- de l\u2019\u00e9volution de la technologie), une erreur humaine, et dans certains cas une mauvaise intention du vendeur ou du consommateur.<\/p>\n<p>On retrouve ces inconv\u00e9nients lors d\u2019un achat r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au magasin physique, mais il est bien plus difficile de r\u00e9gler ce probl\u00e8me par mail ou par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone qu\u2019en allant voir le vendeur dans son magasin (seulement 19% des acheteurs sur internet vont voir personnellement le e-commer\u00e7ant pour se plaindre).<\/p>\n<h2>Une relation de confiance n\u00e9cessaire : la preuve avec l&rsquo;exemple de Dave Carroll vs United Airlines<\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, le e-commer\u00e7ant a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pour objectif la satisfaction du consommateur, Internet \u00e9tait un outil tr\u00e8s efficace pour construire (et d\u00e9truire) la r\u00e9putation du vendeur dans un d\u00e9lai relativement court, \u00e0 partir de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019achat v\u00e9cue par les clients pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents. Un des exemples les plus marquants est celui du musicien <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"French Canadian\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/French_Canadian\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener wikipedia\">Canadien<\/a> Dave Carroll.<\/p>\n<p>Celui-ci a post\u00e9 une vid\u00e9o sur youtube d\u2019une chanson humoristique (United Breaks Guitar) o\u00f9 il explique que son ancienne guitare a \u00e9t\u00e9 cass\u00e9e \u00e0 cause de la fa\u00e7on d\u00e9plorable dont les employ\u00e9s de compagnie a\u00e9rienne United Airlines\u00a0\u00a0chargeaient les bagages dans la soute.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s de longues d\u00e9marches effectu\u00e9es par le chanteur aupr\u00e8s de <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"United Airlines\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/United_Airlines\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener wikipedia\">United Airline<\/a> pour se faire rembourser sa guitare, le canadien a re\u00e7u un mail lui indiquant que le remboursement de sa guitare lui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 refus\u00e9 car sa demande n\u2019avait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 faite dans les 24 heures.<\/p>\n<p>La vid\u00e9o a fait le tour de l\u2019Internet (14 millions de vues sur YouTube) et le cours de l\u2019action de United Airlines a chut\u00e9 de 10%, occasionnant une perte de 180 millions d\u2019euros pour l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<h3>Pourquoi r\u00e9soudre les litiges e-commerce ?<\/h3>\n<p>Il est donc \u00e9galement dans l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat du e-commer\u00e7ant de r\u00e9gler rapidement les situations de conflit avec le consommateur qui se sent l\u00e9s\u00e9, au risque de faire l\u2019objet d\u2019un \u00ab\u00a0bad-buzz\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Or, lorsque les discussions entre le consommateur et le vendeur s\u2019embourbent et que la solution au litige peine \u00e0 se dessiner, il devient \u00e9vident que la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un tiers de confiance charg\u00e9 de r\u00e9soudre le litige est n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"United Breaks Guitars\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5YGc4zOqozo?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est le r\u00f4le de Youstice, start-up cr\u00e9\u00e9e en juin 2014 par le tch\u00e8que Zbynek Loebl, qui se place dans un r\u00f4le d\u2019entremetteur entre le e-commer\u00e7ant et l\u2019internaute. Le site de Youstice propose un petit formulaire, \u00e0 remplir en cliquant sur des pictogrammes, qui permet de prendre connaissance du type de litige, de son montant et de ce que le client exige en d\u00e9dommagement.<\/p>\n<p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le e-commer\u00e7ant re\u00e7oit une notification de la plainte, et remplit \u00e9galement un formulaire.<\/p>\n<p>En fonction de la r\u00e9ponse de l\u2019e-commer\u00e7ant, deux possibilit\u00e9s apparaissent : soit les deux parties arrivent \u00e0 s\u2019entendre et \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre le litige, soit elles ne peuvent r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 s\u2019entendre et le diff\u00e9rend est r\u00e9solu par un ODR (Online Dispute Resolution), qui r\u00e9uni des institutions comme le tribunal d\u2019arbitrage rattach\u00e9 aux chambres de commerce, qui \u00e9tend son action en ligne.<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9ponse gradu\u00e9e permet d\u2019apporter la justice dans un milieu qui a \u00e9volu\u00e9 tr\u00e8s rapidement et o\u00f9 il subsiste un vide juridique qui na pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 totalement combl\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Youstice, une solution \u00e0 la fois originale et n\u00e9cessaire<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019objectif de Youstice est d\u2019\u00eatre une plateforme de r\u00e9solution de litige en ligne rapide et efficace.<\/p>\n<p>La start-up a d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis en \u0153uvre des moyens pour atteindre cet objectif en construisant un mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9solution des litiges tr\u00e8s simple et rapide (on peut cr\u00e9er une demande de r\u00e9solution de litige sur le site de Youstice en 12 clics) et en ajoutant dans ses effectifs l\u2019ancienne journaliste et business angel Esther Dyson.<\/p>\n<p>Chez Visionary Marketing, nous trouvons que cette start-up m\u00e9rite qu\u2019on lui pr\u00eate attention, car elle propose un service original mais n\u00e9cessaire.
