Tant qu&rsquo;on y est, j&rsquo;en profite pour vous inciter \u00e0 lire <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.g9plus.org\/interface\/2014-03-22-numerique2020.pdf\">le livre blanc (03\/2014) du m\u00eame G9plus, sur le th\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a02020 o\u00f9 vont les industries fran\u00e7aises du num\u00e9rique\u00a0\u00bb<\/span>. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>On y trouve une courbe assez int\u00e9ressante : celle de la chute des prix des biens des TIC selon l&rsquo;Insee\u00a0(p. 13). Une courbe qui, sans rentrer dans ses d\u00e9tails, explique bien l&rsquo;engouement du public (ou refl\u00e8te, c&rsquo;est selon, car cet engouement a aussi un impact sur les \u00e9conomies d&rsquo;\u00e9chelles et donc les prix). Bref, une v\u00e9ritable mutation, vue cette fois du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l&rsquo;offre, ce qui est original, car dans ce monde d&rsquo;innovation technologique, le changement est justement tir\u00e9 par l&rsquo;offre, plut\u00f4t que la demande. On y verra aussi le changement de mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique des \u00e9diteurs de logiciels, dont on sait (revoir cet article sur <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"NASDAQ: ADBE\" href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/finance?q=NASDAQ:ADBE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"googlefinance noopener noreferrer\">Adobe<\/a>) qu&rsquo;il est fondamental dans les changements d&rsquo;usage : qui aurait pu penser se payer la suite Adobe professionnelle pour 60\u20ac par mois environ ?! O\u00f9 en est donc l&rsquo;offre fran\u00e7aise ?<\/p>\n<h2>Industrie fran\u00e7aise du num\u00e9rique : dynamique mais\u00a0modeste<\/h2>\n<p>Comme d&rsquo;habitude, il y a des signes encourageants : \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019industrie fran\u00e7aise du logiciel repr\u00e9sente pr\u00e8s de 10 milliards d\u2019euros\u00a0\u00bb ce qui n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9gligeable, mais n&rsquo;est pas non plus extraordinaire (voir en comparaison les CA des op\u00e9rateurs de\u00a0T\u00e9l\u00e9com\u00a0\u00e0 la p 33). Pour s&rsquo;en convaincre, le G9+ poursuit : \u00ab\u00a0ceci n\u2019est pas n\u00e9gligeable mais \u00e0 titre de comparaison, <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Microsoft\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=47.6395972222,-122.12845&amp;spn=0.01,0.01&amp;q=47.6395972222,-122.12845 (Microsoft)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation noopener noreferrer\">Microsoft<\/a> a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un CA de 54Mds\u20ac, Oracle 27Mds\u20ac et <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"SAP\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sap.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage noopener noreferrer\">SAP<\/a> 16Mds\u20ac. Cette comparaison abrupte relativise le poids et l\u2019importance de l\u2019industrie du logiciel fran\u00e7ais\u00a0\u00bb au niveau mondial\u00a0\u00bb. Puis il y a, en effet miroir, l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de la demande, la n\u00e9cessaire application de ces technologies aux domaines industriels des clients entreprise qui vont s&#8217;emparer de ces innovations pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client. Certes, l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client n&rsquo;est pas qu&rsquo;affaire de technologie, mais celle-ci n&rsquo;est pas qu&rsquo;un outil, elle agit comme un r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur \u00e9galement des bonnes &#8211; ou mauvaises &#8211; pratiques des entreprises : revoir \u00e0 ce sujet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/ygourven\/fr-transformation-digitale-et-relation-client\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ma pr\u00e9sentation \u00e0 ISCOM sur le sujet de \u00ab\u00a0relation client et transformation digitale\u00a0\u00bb<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Mutation in\u00e9vitable, mais il y a loin de la coupe aux l\u00e8vres<\/h2>\n<p>Alors, comme Beno\u00eet Thieulin nous le pr\u00e9dit dans l&rsquo;introduction de ce livre blanc, verrons nous avant 2020 toutes les entreprises s&#8217;emparer des innovations technologiques pour am\u00e9liorer leur relation client ?
