J&rsquo;ai pens\u00e9 que juste avant de partir en cong\u00e9s, plut\u00f4t que de l&rsquo;\u00e9crire encore un article sur l&rsquo;avenir du futur du marketing, nous prendrions un peu de recul et partirions naviguer sur <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Internet\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Internet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener noreferrer\">Internet<\/a> \u00e0 la recherche de nouvelles id\u00e9es. C&rsquo;est comme \u00e7a que je suis tomb\u00e9 sur ceux de liste de photos Mag des 30 id\u00e9es de design produit et les plus innovantes que vous ayez jamais vues \u00bb. Voici quelques d&rsquo;une de mes r\u00e9flexions prises par au fil de cette lecture que je vous recommande.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h1>Innovation et packaging<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;innovation n\u2019est pas seulement dans le produit : <\/strong>un produit peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s banal, comme le beurre par exemple (photo), mais son l&#8217;emballage peut n\u00e9anmoins r\u00e9volutionner l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience utilisateur ; \u00e0 la base, cette id\u00e9e pourrait \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la high-tech \u00e9galement. On pourrait prendre par exemple un service en ligne ordinaire et le transformer en exp\u00e9rience client extraordinaire en changeant la fa\u00e7on dont il est habill\u00e9. D&rsquo;ailleurs c\u2019est qu&rsquo;avait fait le service <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Posterous\" href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20221129070404\/http:\/\/www.posterous.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage noopener noreferrer\">Posterous<\/a>, malheureusement disparu aujourd&rsquo;hui, acheter puis tuer par <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Twitter\" href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage noopener noreferrer\">Twitter<\/a>. Posterous permettait la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un compte\u2026 Sans cr\u00e9er de compte. L&rsquo;id\u00e9e \u00e9tait g\u00e9niale, il suffisait d&rsquo;ouvrir un <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Uniform resource locator\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Uniform_resource_locator\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener noreferrer\">URL<\/a> ou d&rsquo;envoyer un mail directement \u00e0 une adresse Posterous et le compte \u00e9tait cr\u00e9\u00e9 automatiquement, il n&rsquo;y avait plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 le lier, apr\u00e8s coup, \u00e0 un compte de m\u00e9dias sociaux. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait g\u00e9nial, il suffisait d&rsquo;y penser, vous pouviez mettre des informations ligne avant m\u00eame d&rsquo;avoir cr\u00e9\u00e9 un compte !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"float: none; margin: 10px auto; display: block;\" src=\"https:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-RgdvAmjxa48\/U1M1WWjLu6I\/AAAAAAAAOTE\/8LALQ1DFtuc\/s1600\/cool+packaging+design-1.jpeg\" alt=\"Innovation et packaging\" width=\"605\" height=\"454\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Certaines de ces id\u00e9es sont tr\u00e8s innovantes mais aussi tr\u00e8s peu pratiques :<\/strong> une des le\u00e7ons que j&rsquo;ai retenue de la lecture de cet article, c\u2019est que parfois l\u2019innovation peut \u00eatre contre-productive. Si on prend cette id\u00e9e du salami <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Compact Disc\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Compact_Disc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener noreferrer\">CD<\/a>, je ne dois avouer toujours ne pas avoir vraiment compris si s&rsquo;agissait d&rsquo;un CD qui ressemble \u00e0 salami ou un salami qui ressemblait \u00e0 un CD. Mettons que je manque d&rsquo;un peu d&rsquo;humour je vous l&rsquo;accorde\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: none; margin: 10px auto; display: block;\" src=\"https:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-42CcHpveLTo\/U1M1RzrVcbI\/AAAAAAAAOSQ\/SzdXBr9V2HE\/s1600\/Saliami+Postmodern+CD1.jpeg\" alt=\"Saliami Postmodern CD1\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dans certains cas (les <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Kleenex\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kleenex\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener noreferrer\">Kleenex<\/a>) les designers ont m\u00eame r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 transformer des produits extr\u00eamement banals<\/strong> en v\u00e9ritable exp\u00e9rience produit qui vous donnera envie de collectionner m\u00eame les objets les plus basiques comme des mouchoirs en papier ! Si vous collectionnez toutes les bo\u00eetes de Kleenex, vous serez capables de reconstituer un fruit.
