Voici donc l\u2019<\/span><\/em><em><span style=\"color: #4f81bd;\">occasion de nous pencher avec lui sur le cas de la mod\u00e9ration 2.0, ses caract\u00e9ristiques et de ses enjeux.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Les clients ayant recours \u00e0 un service de mod\u00e9ration ne sont pas confront\u00e9s aux m\u00eames messages et n\u2019ont pas les m\u00eames besoins de mod\u00e9ration.<\/h2>\n<p>En effet, il y a les entreprises qui ont \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de commentaires, en particulier les m\u00e9dias, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur visibilit\u00e9, qui sont so\u00a0 nt victimes de commentaires injurieux et de d\u00e9bordements : c\u2019est souvent le m\u00eame type de r\u00e9actions que l\u2019on retrouve, comme le racisme, les insultes, les messages agressifs\u2026Notre devoir est de retirer ces propos n\u00e9gatifs, ne serait-ce que pour que le dialogue puisse se faire proprement.<\/p>\n<p>[youtube http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=nhYiQpRj_sU&amp;w=640&amp;h=360]<\/p>\n<h2>Et concernant les grandes marques ?<\/h2>\n<p>Pour les grandes marques, il y a deux cat\u00e9gories : celles qui ont plusieurs millions de fans, donc beaucoup de commentaires \u00e0 g\u00e9rer, et celles qui en ont tr\u00e8s peu mais qui ne veulent pas avoir de soucis car il y a une image de marque \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre. Les entreprises font appel \u00e0 nos services d\u2019une part pour notre pr\u00e9sence 24h\/24, ce r\u00f4le de \u00ab\u00a0veilleur de nuit\u00a0\u00bb qui va parfois tourner pour ne rien trouver, mais qui sera l\u00e0 pour enlever la t\u00e2che qui peut salir la r\u00e9putation de la marque. D\u2019autre part car ce r\u00f4le de mod\u00e9ration est difficile \u00e0 organiser en interne.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Il y a des types de secteurs qui sont plus expos\u00e9s que d\u2019autre ?<\/h2>\n<p>Cela fonctionne par vagues. Actuellement, c\u2019est la <a title=\"Grande consommation\" href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Biens_de_grande_consommation\">grande consommation<\/a>, et cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 auparavant l\u2019<a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Automobile\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Automobile\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener noreferrer\">automobile<\/a>, la grande distribution, la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie&#8230; tous ces secteurs avec une forte relation client qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les premiers \u00e0 utiliser un service de mod\u00e9ration sur internet. D\u00e9sormais, toutes les marques qui ont une r\u00e9putation \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre et qui commencent \u00e0 avoir un certain nombre de fans utilisent des services de mod\u00e9ration : soit en interne, ce qui est souvent difficile \u00e0 g\u00e9rer, soit en externe. C\u2019est quelque chose qui peut \u00eatre per\u00e7u \u00e0 la fois comme indispensable, mais aussi comme une source tr\u00e8s faible de valeur ajout\u00e9e. Quand le community manager passe plusieurs heures \u00e0 mod\u00e9rer, c\u2019est quelque chose qui ne le fait pas avancer dans l\u2019animation de sa communaut\u00e9 : c\u2019est donc une t\u00e2che qu\u2019il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d\u2019externaliser.<\/p>\n<h2>En termes de type de messages on retrouve diff\u00e9rentes typologies.<\/h2>\n<p>Il y a tout d\u2019abord les grincheux qu\u2019il faut diff\u00e9rencier : ceux qui sont dans une d\u00e9marche constructive et qui vont avancer des arguments pour justifier leur m\u00e9contentement, et ceux qui vont simplement exprimer leur insatisfaction sans argumenter. Dans ce cas-l\u00e0, c\u2019est de la critique gratuite et ce genre de commentaire est supprim\u00e9. Ensuite, il y a des propos qui peuvent r\u00e9elllement nuire \u00e0 l\u2019image de la marque. Par exemple une marque de grande consommation qui a des attaques r\u00e9guli\u00e8res d\u2019internautes qui pr\u00e9tendent que le produit est canc\u00e9rig\u00e8ne, ce qui est faux. On doit emp\u00eacher que ces internautes ne cr\u00e9\u00e9ent un d\u00e9but de bad buzz aupr\u00e8s des consommateurs (qui peuvent par exemple acheter ces produits \u00e0 leurs enfants). Il faut donc \u00eatre r\u00e9actif pour enlever ce genre de messages rapidement.<\/p>\n<h2>Y a t-il pr\u00e9cautions \u00e0 prendre lorsque l\u2019on enl\u00e8ve un commentaire ?<\/h2>\n<p>Lorsque l\u2019on est dans le <a title=\"Flood\" href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Flood_%28Internet%29\">flooding <\/a>o\u00f9 un internaute \u00e9crit 20 fois la m\u00eame chose, on va supprimer 19 messages pour en garder un. Dans le cas de flooding o\u00f9 le propos est diffamatoire, on supprimera syst\u00e9matiquement les messages, car on ne peut pas d\u00e9battre avec ces personnes qui sont l\u00e0 pour nuire, en particulier lorsqu\u2019ils sont de mauvaise foi. M\u00eame si ces personnes sont loin d\u2019\u00eatre une majorit\u00e9, cela suffit pour donner une tonalit\u00e9 n\u00e9gative \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de la conversation : les autres fans de la marque ne sont pas l\u00e0 pour se faire insulter, ne serait-ce qu\u2019indirectement. Tant que le message est constructif, on garde, dans le cas inverse, on supprime.<\/p>\n<h2>10 ans apr\u00e8s le web 2.0, ne sommes-nous pas revenu \u00e0 un web encadr\u00e9 ?<\/h2>\n<p>Je ne pense pas. Tout le monde et toutes les id\u00e9es sont les bienvenus, mais avec un minimum de courtoisie, comme des gens qui dialoguent en face \u00e0 face dans la rue. Je ne connais pas de marque qui censure un propos n\u00e9gatif. Mais elle l\u2019enl\u00e8ve s\u2019il est agressif et insultant.
