Je fais de l&rsquo;e-banking depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es. C&rsquo;est pratique, agr\u00e9able, facile \u00e0 utiliser. Je m&rsquo;explique. Un compte bancaire sert \u00e0 faire des paiements, mais \u00e9galement \u00e0 recevoir de l&rsquo;argent.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour les paiements, vu que je les saisis moi-m\u00eame, il n&rsquo;y a pas de probl\u00e8me, je sais lorsque sort l&rsquo;argent. Pour les r\u00e9ceptions d&rsquo;argent (salaire, remboursements d&rsquo;assurance, notes de frais, &#8230;) je n&rsquo;ai qu&rsquo;une solution : stocker les documents re\u00e7us qui m&rsquo;indiquent le versement d&rsquo;un montant et, \u00e0 la connexion suivante, v\u00e9rifier que le montant est bien arriv\u00e9. Si ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas, je dois stocker encore le document pour la prochaine connexion.<\/p>\n<p>Un peu fastidieux tout \u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, si l&rsquo;institut bancaire, \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception d&rsquo;un montant pourrait m&rsquo;envoyer un sms m&rsquo;indiquant le nom du payeur et le montant, j&rsquo;\u00e9viterai de devoir me connecter pour cette v\u00e9rification. J&rsquo;\u00e9viterai de devoir v\u00e9rifier moi-m\u00eame la r\u00e9ception du paiement et \u00e7a, ce serait un vrai gain de temps pour moi et par cons\u00e9quent, un bon service.<\/p>\n<p>En plus, les deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s (mon assureur et ma banque) pourraient profiter de cette action pour r\u00e9aliser un partenariat de fid\u00e9lisation en couplant leurs actions de communication. La banque et l&rsquo;assureur annonceraient \u00e0 leurs clients respectifs la cr\u00e9ation de cette option, faisant venir chacune des clients chez leur partenaire. Ainsi, le client serait satisfait, la banque serait satisfaite et l&rsquo;assureur serait satisfait.
