L\u2019occasion de revenir sur le NFC, son \u00e9volution et l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les commer\u00e7ants d\u2019avoir un terminal de paiement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 cette technologie sans contact.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u2019est-ce que le NFC\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Le NFC (near field communication) est une technologie qui permet \u00e0 deux objets \u00e9lectroniques de dialoguer entre eux avec une distance tr\u00e8s courte. L\u2019exemple le plus connu, c\u2019est un <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.telephonelegroupe.com\/intro.htm\">t\u00e9l\u00e9phone<\/span> avec un terminal de paiement \u00e9lectronique pour r\u00e9gler un achat, ou avec un valideur de la <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.ratp.fr\/en\/ratp\/c_5002\/the-ratp-group\/\">RATP<\/span> pour prendre le m\u00e9tro. Il y a donc un \u00e9change d\u2019informations entre un lecteur et un mobile qui va permettre d\u2019identifier, d\u2019autoriser et de d\u00e9clencher un certain nombre d\u2019actions. Par exemple l\u2019installation et l\u2019utilisation d\u2019applications, l\u2019ouverture d\u2019une porte d\u2019h\u00f4tel, le paiement, le transport, la lecture d\u2019informations en direct au niveau du transport, les audioguides dans les mus\u00e9es etc. Il y a beaucoup de domaines d\u2019application du NFC. Globalement l\u2019un des deux objets \u00e9lectroniques est un mobile, mais pas toujours.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_14461\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-14461\" style=\"width: 486px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/contactless-lead-1355413251.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14461 \" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/contactless-lead-1355413251.jpg\" alt=\"Le logo NFC fait progressivement son apparition dans les commerces qui offrent la possibilit\u00e9 de payer sans contact.\" width=\"486\" height=\"302\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/contactless-lead-1355413251.jpg 620w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/contactless-lead-1355413251-483x300.jpg 483w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/contactless-lead-1355413251-300x186.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 486px) 100vw, 486px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-14461\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Le logo NFC fait progressivement son apparition dans les commerces qui offrent la possibilit\u00e9 de payer sans contact<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Il existe aussi d\u2019autres technologies pour interagir avec le mobile.<\/h2>\n<p>La connectivit\u00e9 d\u2019un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone comprend le wifi, le Bluetooth (Le BLE, permettant d&rsquo;interagir avec des balises Bluetooth), la 3G, la 4G etc. Donc un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone a plusieurs fa\u00e7ons de se connecter avec des applications diff\u00e9rentes et compl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<h2>Il y a une \u00e9volution exponentielle du paiement sans contact, cela remplacera t-il les autres moyens de paiement traditionnels que sont la carte de paiement, le ch\u00e8que et le liquide ?<\/h2>\n<p>La courbe exponentielle que l\u2019on a montr\u00e9e est l\u2019usage. Le nombre de cartes bancaires sans contact repr\u00e9sente 40% du march\u00e9\u00a0: l\u2019enjeu, c\u2019est que ces cartes soient utilis\u00e9es. Cette utilisation a augment\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on exponentielle, mais est-ce que cela va remplacer d\u2019autres moyens de paiement\u00a0? Je ne pense pas\u00a0: on ajoute un nouveau moyen de paiement, plus pratique et plus rapide, mais de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on que la carte bancaire ne remplace pas le ch\u00e8que et le ch\u00e8que ne remplace pas le cash, la carte bancaire sans contact et le mobile sans contact vont prendre leur part de march\u00e9, tout en laissant les autres coexister. Cela va faire diminuer le cash, c\u2019est certain, mais \u00e7a ne le remplacera pas.<\/p>\n<h2>Quel int\u00e9r\u00eat peut avoir le commer\u00e7ant d\u2019adopter ce syst\u00e8me de paiement\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Le NFC est une technologie de proximit\u00e9. Pour pouvoir b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des applications sans contact, il faut \u00eatre dans le magasin. On a vu lorsque l\u2019on a fait la tourn\u00e9e hier \u00e0 Caen dans le magasin plein ciel, on avait un bon plan qui s\u2019affichait sur notre Smartphone \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e du magasin (une r\u00e9duction de 10%) et la r\u00e9duction se fait automatiquement lorsque je paye avec mon mobile. Tout cela se fait en magasin. Je rappelle que le commerce de proximit\u00e9, le point de vente physique, repr\u00e9sente 90% du commerce total. Le commerce en ligne ne repr\u00e9sente que 10%\u00a0: on en parle beaucoup sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et dans la blogosph\u00e8re, mais le vrai commerce dans le monde reste le commerce de proximit\u00e9.
